Delayed - What’s the Point?
The information this app provides isn’t even up to date. If you plug the tracking number into the actual shipping carrier site, there are more developments than what this app shows. Why would you pay for less information? This app is a ripoff. Only three items can be tracked with the free version, but paid or free - it’s delayed, by literal days. App sucks and it’s unfortunate they are getting people to pay them.

Doesn't update. No timeline notifications. Compared to other delivery apps that sync and send continuous timely statuses ..this one does not. I have to to open the app each time and drag down to refresh, otherwise delivery statuses can remain stagnant. I have deliveries that are STILL pending in this app whereas the other delivery apps have been done delivered a week prior.

Not a favorite anymore
I used to love this app. I set it up following the instructions and it just worked. I had a hub for all of my packages - rules in my email sent any tracking numbers to the app. The updated API model removed (broke) all of my automatic tracking. Forcing me to figure out how to connect the API to email and track removes the value I got of the app by forcing me to do the developer’s job - what I was paying them for. I’ve been paying for this for years and just cancelled my renewal.
I wouldn’t use this app
I’m fairly certain that the servers for this app are located in Russia specifically, but they’re for certain in Russia, Germany, or China. I wouldn’t trust it with your data. The dev seems to want to lie about it when messaging him for support and he’s incredibly rude.

Update: Developer responded and basically suck it. He states that 5-10 packages/mo for USPS is plenty unless you are a business. Well, we aren’t a business and had 18 USPS packages delivered in the last month. Once you exceed the arbitrary threshold, we’ve noticed it can take multiple days for a package to update. Currently, for USPS, this app is just a useful place to keep the tracking numbers. If you want timely tracking data, you’ll need to click the button to track it on the USPS website.
Orig: The app is great, the UI is nice, it ticked all the boxes until the recent changes by USPS which render the app much less useful if you need to track multiple packages each month. The developer will tell you USPS is now charging for API access and I get that but it doesn’t change the fact that the usefulness of the app is greatly diminished. Buyer beware the juice may not be worth the squeeze.

Too slow to show updates
This application doesn’t have much usefulness because it is extremely slow to show the actual updates on the package tracking. Tracking updates are sometimes almost half a day, or even longer, late. This equally applies to a paid version.
Beautiful App But No Lifetime Plan
I really like this app for its iOS style, and purchased the yearly subscription to continue to enjoy it. I am critically with my review as I believe there should be a lifetime membership. Route and Shop apps have the same, if not more advanced, functionality for free, only lacking an iOS UI.
Free version is too limited
3 active packages Is understandable, but in total 3 packages, makes this app pointless. If anyone wants to track fewer than 3 packages, they don’t need an app. It should atleast allow keeping history.
Having a subscription for someone who doesn’t use it regularly doesn’t make sense either, I’d love to support the developer, but I would not buy the subscription.

Great App, But…Germany.
It would be awesome if I could use the app on my home internet. I have region blocking turned on my UniFi network and I can’t use the app because all data goes through the url: data.parcelapp.net which resolves to Germany and gets blocked.
If this app gets US based servers as well, I’ll renew my subscription instantly.

Latency
Sometimes status updates an hour or more after changes or delivery. This is an unacceptable limitation for me. With porch pirates on the rise, timely delivery notices are essential.
Great but update broke widget
Been running smoothly for a long time but after the last update my widget is now blank. Even removing it and re-adding it doesn’t fix it either. Hope they address this soon…

If you have a small business and are looking to centralize your deliveries in one app this isn’t the one. AfterShip works better *because* of the email scanning option which, who’d’ve guessed doesn’t exist?
Note to developer: Implement this and automatic import filters and you’ll have a half a leg up on AfterShip. Also subscription only premium is a huge turn away for a lot of people. make a $15-20 permanent upgrade option.
