Inappropriate images won’t pick up, or any type of inappropriate content, doesn’t monitor all notifications properly, doesn’t monitor screen time properly alerts other device when using one way audio and when accessing camera and when screen recording

Definitely need my money back cause this app doesn’t work like it claims! you do everything the app says and it keeps disabling everything then it only works if you are at the same location! Took money for nothing ! Reporting

Feel like using several devices and repeating processes over and over again and still not being able to access anything? Then this is for you. Otherwise stay far far away.

The 5 star reviews have to be fake. Downloaded and did the trial for monthly. Thank god I didn’t choose annual. If you don’t plug it in to another laptop using a usb and download the software you have no features. What’s the point of having an app then. Stupid setup

I did the free trial of this app on my iPhone. Went as far as to set it up on my kids’ phone then decided to buy the annual subscription at the discounted rate. It created a second account. Now I can’t delete the app from my kids phone and reinstall. No way to transfer. I’ve emailed repeatedly to get help. I’ve asked for a phone number because the agents seem confused. No help. Now I’m out the annual fee and will likely be billed a second time when the free trial on the first account ends because they didn’t link my payment.
If you have an iPhone, beware.

No recomiendo esta app, eviten descargarla, roban a la gente, no tienen por ningún lado como quitar la suscripción y además el servicio el malísimo!! No es nada de lo que te quieren vender

This app is the absolute worst! Spent hours getting it connected only for it not to work, now I can’t even delete it off my child’s phone. It’s obviously blocking something because most of the social apps on my child’s phone don’t work anymore. I have followed all the instructions to remove it but it will not go away! I’ve spent three days trying to contact them & trying to get rid of this app. Zero customer service & I wonder who now has access to my child’s device?

Location hasn’t connected in 2 weeks and I’ve been trying to communicate with customer service to fix it but i get responses 2x a week and the responses are not helping the issue. It’s horrible and not doing its job
