I was never able to get the app downloaded onto my kids phone to work correctly so I couldn’t access the app to cancel or do anything else. I reached out to the email in the welcome email trying to cancel with no response. I only got the support email from my bank when I was trying to block purchases. I have been emailing them for weeks now with no confirmation of cancellation and they won’t refund my money that was charged eventually. They continually give the run around and just drag you around with no answers or help. They tried to push it off on Apple and needing to contact Apple support but Apple can’t do anything since it’s not listed on their subscriptions and I didn’t pay them. BEWARE! They will not help you!

Купил приложение на апреле 2025 г., и по окончанию подписки, ТУПО ЗАБЛОКИРОВАЛ ТЕЛЕФОН РЕБЕНКА на те ограничения которые я ставил в настройках приложения.
И теперь по окончанию подписки не могу ни как разблокировать. Теперь нельзя пользоваться полностью функционалом телефона.
И САМОЕ ИНТЕРЕСНОЕ, чтоб разблокировать телефон ребенка нужно купить платную подписку!!!

Don’t do it
This app is not a functional option to restrict a child’s iPad. The restrictions are not sufficient as bypassing is not difficult. The location is also not functional since my child’s device is with me although the app says it’s 10 min away at another location

Проплатила за месяц, спустя неделю приложение не работает, выкидывает. Геолокация неправильно показывает нахождения ребенка. На сайте разработчика, невозможно перейти в поддержку.

What a Waste of Money
Do not purchase! I have reached out 3 times and have not heard back from anyone. There’s no customer service number to call, only email. I emailed 2/25 and still no response. Emailed twice again, last week and still crickets! My daughter was able to remove the app off of her phone so what am I paying for. Not to mention, after the 3 day trial, they change you for the entire year but it looks deceiving (I know I selected to be billed monthly) but was charged a one time charge for the entire year.

This app makes kids depressed and very stressed. I did this for my kid and to be quite honest with you this app doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This app is horrific and should be deleted. Restricitng kids freedom is wrong.

It’s a scam and doesn’t work at all

The app doesn’t force close the apps. If your kid goes up to bed watching YouTube it will not shut down at the time you set, it just deactivates clicking on the app icon and launching it. Anything they already have open will remain open and useable. Waste of money for me. I wanted something that shut it down so I didn’t have to go and take it.

Muy mala experiencia. La aplicación no funciona como promete: aunque esté configurada para bloquear el celular de los niños, simplemente no lo hace. Es poco confiable y una pérdida de dinero. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
Not working after 90days
It was so helpful but not working after 90days and can’t request refund for the 9 months that I can’t use! Troubleshooting wasn’t working! Very disappointing and frustrating!
Choose another monitoring app
First the only thing this app does is show you that your child is on the move and in which direction that they are going. It does NOT give precise location so you still will NOT able to find them! Secondly, it ONLY tells you what apps they have on the phone not the amount of time they spend in each app! You can create screen times but the child can uninstall the app whenever they feel like it without the “code” that you set up when installing the app! Not worth the time or money!!
Lying in advertising
The iOS images and features say you can add tasks. You cannot. I confirmed with their support. If this is what you need, do not get it.

Do not get this app. They are scammers. I downloaded this app MONTHS ago and never subscribed to anything. Suddenly MONTHS later I’m being charged 79.99 for something I don’t even have. They have no customer service and no way to contact support. So I just paid 80 dollars for something I don’t have an don’t use. Caution!!!!! Don’t even download this app!!!! You’ll regret it.

Don’t bother
Location doesn’t update sometimes for more than 24 hours, when kids run out of screen time often it won’t let u add more time (it just keeps spinning and spinning) when screen time is up, it totally rearranges all the apps on the kids phones. I want a refund. So many glitches and aspects that don’t work.

The app does not work on iPhones. It offers a free trial but then charges you before it is over.
Lack of Website monitoring / Buggy scheduling interface.
Unable to filter websites if the kid has an Android and the parent has an IPhone. Unable to update schedules or enter new ones for app blocking, nothing saves.
WALLETS OUT, TO BUY KIDS SAFETY
At first glance, it might seem like a decent parental control app - but it’s only useful if you pay. If you want real-time updates or accurate tracking, get your wallet ready. Sure, you can see which apps have been downloaded, but you can’t block them without paying. It even has a time limit feature, but if you actually want to lock the device, you’ll need to open your wallet.

TERRIBLE, DO NOT GET!!!!
I installed Alli360 hoping it would help create healthier screen time habits for my child, but it turned into a constant source of stress. The app is buggy and unreliable, it locks apps at the wrong times, misreports screen usage, and randomly blocks essential apps like messaging or school tools. Sometimes it says my child has been using an app for hours when the phone wasn’t even on. Not to mention, when the phone is off the app takes more battery life. As a parent of 2 sons, I do not recommend this app. On top of that, a lot of the “features” are locked behind a paywall after you install it, and support is completely unhelpful if something goes wrong, which it will.
FRAUD
I got this app as a security measure for me and my children after one month in the app being listed as $4.99 I have been charged $44.99 for the past four months for a subscription that is no longer active. The customer service for this app is atrocious and is giving me the runaround. They will not refund my money and they will not cancel charging my card. I have replaced my card three times and I am continuing to get charged and they are telling me it is Apple’s problem. Well this is a third-party app. Apple will not touch it. I am requesting my money back and I am requesting to stop being charged immediately

I advise you dont waste your time or money on this app. I spent $90 on this and instantly regretted it. It doesn’t work almost 99% of the time and when it does work, it’s nice but worthless when I actually need it to work. I feel so scammed. I want my $90 bucks back.
Missing functions
I can't manually rate apps. Chrome was rated +17, but Safari wasn't. This doesn't make sense. I couldn't see a report of what's being used the most and screen time. I couldn't find an option to free up more time by performing new tasks.
