Не покупайте! Не ведитесь на высокие оценки! Работать будет далеко не на всех андройдах! В Описании много обещаний но оно не работает! даже с помощью службы поддержки геолокация не заработала, права у приложения постоянно слетают, за неделю постоянных настроек я обращался в службу поддержки раз 10 и проблему решить не удалось. в возврате средств годовой подписки отказали. Это зря потраченные деньги, выброшенные на ветер, почти 80$. Очень обидно. Отменяю подписку, хочу что бы таких производителей софта было поменьше.
Не корректная работа
Приложение не работает корректно, геолокация не работает , за что списали деньги не понятно 🥺, даже после обновления ничего не меняется. Разаод на деньги
Ужасное приложение
Мало того, что работает через раз, а сейчас вообще не загружается, так еще и деньги списывают незаконно, сохраняя вашу карту. Я не давала согласия на автопродление, но здесь это никого не волнует. Просто за воздух списали. В службе поддержки роботы или делают вид, что роботы. Буду писать жалобу.

Had this app for MAYBE 4 days. Has potential, but it keeps on crashing or when I try to open the app it stalls and then kicks me out completely. No its not my phone, Ive reset it, and the app is up to date. Paying almost $13 a month for something I cant use isnt worth it.

На iPhone 16 было установлено данное приложение в январе 2026 года, в марте все таки оплатила годовую подписку. В мае просто не смогла запустить приложение, при нажатии на иконку открывается белое окно и все… за что заплачено было- не ясно? В поддержку приложения обращалась через почту, пишут какие то ответы не по теме обращения, так что можно сказать поддержки просто нет! Удалите уже от греха подальше это приложение с AppStore пока исками не завалили! Я покопалась в отзывах, у меня не у единственной такая проблема!

I selected monthly plan of $7.99 but apple has deducted $85 in total after 3 days. Terms are not clear

No way to reinstall after app locked up
I can’t find any way to get this app to work after it was locked up for a week. My kids are locked out of their phones and I can’t give them access. If anyone knows how to reinstall this app without access to kids phones (K ids360 locked them out) PLEASE let me know.
Configuration
I configured the profile and even deleted it in Settings, but it kept saying “Final steps to install the Kids360 profile.” I did everything, and I even restarted the phone, but it still showed the same message. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the app, but it should be checked and fixed.

Logged the parent account out
Can’t get logged into the parent account and no way to find help to get back in. Has locked out my son’s phone because there are no parental controls on my phone. No login at the start up when the app is closed
RESTORE SUBSCRIPTION ..NO CUSTOMER SERIVICE
Yesterday night I locked my kids account using kids360 app. this morning when I opened the parent app to unlock my kids device, I noticed that I got logged out of my kids360 account and now it is telling me to reset my account and giving me instructions to install Alli360 app on my kids phone and enter some code .. - but the problem is my kids phone is already locked by Kids360, so I can’t access it to reconnect the app. I also discovered there is no live customer support, no live chat, and no customer service phone number available for urgent situations like this. I tried reaching out through the website, but there’s no immediate help when a parent gets locked out of managing their child’s device. To make things worse, the app is not restoring my subscription , and I currently have no way to unlock my child’s phone or recover my previous settings. An app that controls access to a child’s phone should absolutely have reliable account recovery and real-time customer support. Right now, I’m stuck with no solution and no way to get immediate assistance.

После установки, приложение проработало месяц и зависло. Пришлось удалить, деньги списывают уже третий месяц, подписку удалить не возможно, она нигде не отображается. Прихожу к выводу что это мошенники!!!

Do not get this app, it is not worth it, I forgot to cancel my trial, and now I have to pay for a worthless app. You cannot see anything your kids does on their phone except their location.

I was never able to get the app downloaded onto my kids phone to work correctly so I couldn’t access the app to cancel or do anything else. I reached out to the email in the welcome email trying to cancel with no response. I only got the support email from my bank when I was trying to block purchases. I have been emailing them for weeks now with no confirmation of cancellation and they won’t refund my money that was charged eventually. They continually give the run around and just drag you around with no answers or help. They tried to push it off on Apple and needing to contact Apple support but Apple can’t do anything since it’s not listed on their subscriptions and I didn’t pay them. BEWARE! They will not help you!

Купил приложение на апреле 2025 г., и по окончанию подписки, ТУПО ЗАБЛОКИРОВАЛ ТЕЛЕФОН РЕБЕНКА на те ограничения которые я ставил в настройках приложения.
И теперь по окончанию подписки не могу ни как разблокировать. Теперь нельзя пользоваться полностью функционалом телефона.
И САМОЕ ИНТЕРЕСНОЕ, чтоб разблокировать телефон ребенка нужно купить платную подписку!!!

This app is not a functional option to restrict a child’s iPad. The restrictions are not sufficient as bypassing is not difficult. The location is also not functional since my child’s device is with me although the app says it’s 10 min away at another location

Проплатила за месяц, спустя неделю приложение не работает, выкидывает. Геолокация неправильно показывает нахождения ребенка. На сайте разработчика, невозможно перейти в поддержку.

What a Waste of Money
Do not purchase! I have reached out 3 times and have not heard back from anyone. There’s no customer service number to call, only email. I emailed 2/25 and still no response. Emailed twice again, last week and still crickets! My daughter was able to remove the app off of her phone so what am I paying for. Not to mention, after the 3 day trial, they change you for the entire year but it looks deceiving (I know I selected to be billed monthly) but was charged a one time charge for the entire year.

This app makes kids depressed and very stressed. I did this for my kid and to be quite honest with you this app doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This app is horrific and should be deleted. Restricitng kids freedom is wrong.

The app doesn’t force close the apps. If your kid goes up to bed watching YouTube it will not shut down at the time you set, it just deactivates clicking on the app icon and launching it. Anything they already have open will remain open and useable. Waste of money for me. I wanted something that shut it down so I didn’t have to go and take it.

Muy mala experiencia. La aplicación no funciona como promete: aunque esté configurada para bloquear el celular de los niños, simplemente no lo hace. Es poco confiable y una pérdida de dinero. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
Not working after 90days
It was so helpful but not working after 90days and can’t request refund for the 9 months that I can’t use! Troubleshooting wasn’t working! Very disappointing and frustrating!
Choose another monitoring app
First the only thing this app does is show you that your child is on the move and in which direction that they are going. It does NOT give precise location so you still will NOT able to find them! Secondly, it ONLY tells you what apps they have on the phone not the amount of time they spend in each app! You can create screen times but the child can uninstall the app whenever they feel like it without the “code” that you set up when installing the app! Not worth the time or money!!
Lying in advertising
The iOS images and features say you can add tasks. You cannot. I confirmed with their support. If this is what you need, do not get it.
