App doesn’t open
For the past couple of days, whenever I try to open the app, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve even left the app open to see how long it would take, but after it kept loading for over 45 minutes, I got tired of waiting and closed the app. This has been happening for the past couple of days, and I haven’t been able to get to the login page at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help either.
Scan doesnt wotk

Great place to eat, horrible app.
Functionality of the app is garbage. It is atrocious to the point I’ve decided to quit using their rewards entirely, and if I’m not getting rewards I’m going to be spending my money elsewhere.

Downloaded because I love Paris Baguette and wanted to start earning rewards. I buy assorted pastries/treats for the office a couple times a month and when I have guests overnight. Since I began spending $100-$200 a month here, I decided to download the app to earn points. Their rewards system is one of the worst that I’ve seen. Points expire within 6 months and you earn one point for every one dollar spent. For 75 points you can get a small black coffee. For 200 points, you get a slice of cake or for 300 points you can go all in on a sandwich or wrap. Spend $300 bucks in less than 6 months to earn a single sandwich?
Didn’t Free Pastry
Got a notification for free pastry with a purchase but didn’t get the pastry as the cashier made a mistake of making the purchase transaction first at the Dublin store and didn’t scan. And when I asked to scan, the cashier said she can’t do it and that I have to make another purchase. What a joke!

Don’t Bother w/the App
Every “offer” they promote expires after just a few days so unless you’re here multiple days a week, you won’t be able to use it. This includes your “first free pastry.” Stop giving these companies your metrics in exchange for Pennie’s. Your data is worth so much more.
Incorrect item
I picked up two crab meat croquettes and since they placed the curry ones where the crab ones were supposed to be & I ended up with 2 hideous curry croquettes. Called and they said to bring it back. I live in Tracy and driving to Livermore is inconvenient
Where is the reload feature to the gist card
All of a sudden the reload to gift card feature is gone! And why do you put $100 limit?
No Way to contact Doordash
Ordered delivery through the app, which apparently is fulfilled through doordash. Doordash driver stole our order and we have no recourse because the app does not give the link to the doordash order. Basically got robbed $45 through this app and we have no recourse. Very frustrating.
App is the worst!
Have been trying to get into the app to place an order, it keeps going to a verify screen, so I reenter phone, birthdate, and location which is a long search, only to be told that phone number is already in use. NO KIDDING! I’m the one using it! Tried asking for help, just got the rewards listing. Tried redownloading, nope not that either. Tried contact and got the menu. Look, I like Paris Baguette but if I can’t order because I can’t get in, well, se la vie. I’m sure there is another bakery that won’t jerk me around. I’ve been a customer since they first opened in the Westfield plaza in West Covina and still have my points card! But now that I’m a senior and need delivery, I’m not going to play games and waste precious time and data on a company that doesn’t respond to their customers.

I forgot that I already registered with my phone and tried to go back to last page, but there is no button for me to click to go back:(
Can’t get past registration
Keep putting in my info it tells me Phone has already been taken. Can’t seem to get past registration page to order or collect rewards.
Points are not accumulating
I have spent a couple hundred dollars at the middle Tennessee location. I have the app scan every time and the points are not showing on my app.

Stores don’t make anything throughout the day
I’ve been to a couple stores and every time more than half the items are out of stock from their display case cases. I really don’t understand why they can’t have people producing product throughout the entire day. It’s as if these guys don’t like making money.
Privacy concern
They track everything about you. Is that really worth a free pastry?
Useless!
A year or more ago I downloaded this app and it popped up with a “verify details” page. Not a login page. So I put my info in and it says there’s already an account with my number. Well duh, I created one online. And that’s it! No “please log in” or anything. I redownloaded the app today to see if this was fixed and it still does the same garbage. I’ve been going here for over a year missing out on points because how else do I earn them in store? I’ve never been asked for my phone number when checking out.
Trash App
Once you log out from the app you will never be able to log back in. Delicious cafe but the worst app, user experience is one of the worst I’ve encountered. It’s been months since I’ve been able to log in. There is zero help and the app will frustrate you to no end. Not worth it
Impossible login
My phone number has an old account associated with it, so I can’t create a new one and I have zero way to access the old account. Why is a phone number only allowed to have one mobile account? It’s absurd.
No refund option
The app doesn’t have a menu to report a problem of an online delivery order. My delivery arrived with wrong item but I couldn’t report it. I emailed but no one is refunding me. Will never order delivery again and use ubereats instead.
