Literally the only reason to use the app is locked behind a pay wall. I am happy to pay to remove adds and such, but your app must at least do something to test it. Also pretty cumbersome to make passes with custom fields, it just takes a lot of time. Its competitor app is much much quicker on the go (but has a back end that goes down a lot)

Clunky counterintuitive interface. Importing an event ticket should be a simple, one click operation: reads the bar barcode and load a simple image of the ticket itself to Wallet. Done. But not this app. All kinds of fussy pointless configuring is required, all while being relentlessly pestered by ads. Deleted it from my phone after a short trial.

Can’t save a barcode from a lib card
My lib card has a normal barcode and can be recognized by google wallet, but Pass2u complains that the barcode is not supported. Manually enter the barcode number will generate a barcode in the app, but it can’t be scanned.
Zero support, no replies
Tried to email support over the course of a year or to recover an account I made a pile of popular templates under, but they’ve seemingly ignored it.

Very disappointed in this app (as disappointed as I can be for wasting $2.)
The fundamental problem with these apps is that I can’t copy an existing bar code to my card. For instance, I can’t put my library card in here. Tried to use this at a concert and it changed the bar code so that the people at the gate couldn’t read it.
This could be fixed by SIMPLY LETTING ME PUT A SCREEN SHOT OF THE BAR CODE IN THE CARD. This isn’t the only app I have encountered with this problem.
Note: the developer contacted me with some nonsense about the supported Apple bar codes. Who cares what bar codes Apple supports? When I get a bar code for a pass, I need *THAT* bad code. Your app makes it very difficult to add the original bar code.

I wasted $1.99 on this app and couldn’t figure out how to modify or create a template. There is a button that says “Please login”, but nothing happens when you press it.
Not able to Cancel
I want to cancel my membership and I am not able to find out how to do so within the app. This is extremely frustrating.

The new update made a glitch to the codes. It won’t even generate QR codes anymore after putting the info

Read their privacy page. You will have none. This company collects passwords, and all of your personal information. A huge 👎🏼 NOPE! Deleting!

I used this app for my credit card to use on Apple Pay just to learn that it is just a number and is not connected with Apple Pay 😡
No barcode on the card
Paid for the Pro version, but disappointed. Yes, it can create card or apply a template, but the digital card generated doesn’t have the barcode for vendors scanning. Still have to carry the cards with me all the time.

They collect your passwords
If you value your privacy, I would not use this app, even for free. From their own privacy policy: ”We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.” 😦
New Update is Terrible
Do not update like I did. You will have to agree to ads and other privacy invasion issues. When I selected to go through each ad/company, it took such a long time that I decided to reset my phone and restore an icloud backup. That’s how bad this new update is. Oh, and I am using the pro version too.
Great idea but too complicated for me.
I loved the idea of adding my library card and other items to my Apple wallet. This app was not intuitive for me. When it refused my library card I decided to delete the app rather than try to figure it out.

Beware of a strip on the bottom of app that looks like it’s part of the app & activation process. It is another company that asks for email, credit card info, then charges you $39.99, once or reoccurring, depending on a check box.

I don’t understand all of these high ratings. This app is a total disaster. You can’t design things on a small smartphone screen. Indeed, you probably couldn’t design this on an iPad. I would be better to just let people design a card in Photoshop (or equivalent) and upload a single image. That, alone, is hard enough to get into the phone. They should have a default icon you can use because every site that has icons wants you to pay $100 a year to subscribe. Ugh. I really blame Apple for not making it easer to put things in the wallet app. This is not something fo third party developers to cobble together.

This app mislead me to subscribe to another service.
I opened the app and it directed me to a webpage for registration. It asked me for a credit card, but it clearly said “location verification only - you will not be charged”. I was charged US$39,95 for digitalizze.co.

I thought this app would be able to convert a pdf to an Apple wallet pass, but no such thing is possible. Bought the pro version because it was required for me to create a custom pass, and now it was just a waste of money. If I get a refund I’ll update to 5*

Requires you to create an account on an odd site
Downloaded this app, and as I started to set it up, it took me to an odd website for games, movies, etc. none of which I was interested in. That site requires you to give them your credit card info. Why? I’m not interested in anything they have, and if I want the pro version, I should do that through the App Store, not some bizarre web site. I immediately deleted the app.
