Not Accepted
First photo was not accepted for my passport!
it’s not free
Bogus apps these days. Didnt realize Kodak would do that to customers.
Incorrect sizing
This photo is for OCI Application, but when loaded online application, it is cutting my hairs off. Unable to meet the size requirement
Cost Should Be Upfront
Where’s the &$@!#% price list?
No help line

PhotoAiD App (photoaid.com) is a complete scam at Walgreens!
I wanted to warn everyone here about a passport photo app called PhotoAiD.
It is a total scam using incredibly deceptive business practices.
They charged me $16.95 under the explicit promise that I would be able to pick up two copies of my 2x2 passport photos at Walgreens on the exact same day.
Here is what they actually did behind my back:
1. No Official Partnership: They have absolutely no integration with Walgreens.
2. Identity/Privacy Theft: Without my permission or knowledge, they used my personal email address to register a third-party account to place a basic photo order at Walgreens, and then passed me a random tracking number.
3. Hidden Fees: They didn't even pay the printing cost! They left the fee for me to pay out of pocket at the store tomorrow after 9 a.m.
4. No Service & No Support: When I arrived at the store late at night, Walgreens had no record of an order under my name. I was completely stranded with zero customer service from the app.
5. In all cases-assuming I provide the prepared ID photo myself-it costs $0.25 to print that same photo at Walgreens.
The Walgreens staff explicitly told me that they DO NOT support third-party apps.
They only process orders coming directly from the official Walgreens website.
This app essentially charges a whopping $16.95 just to do a basic photo layout (which anyone can do for free) and provides NO printing service.
It delayed my important travel business, wasted my time, and completely violated my privacy by hijacking my email for third-party registrations.
Avoid PhotoAiD at all costs!

Garbage
Paid for the service. Photo not accepted by the gov. Don’t use this.
Worst service I ever got
This is absolute nonsense. You guys collected $24 just to use AI to change my pic and the passport don’t even look like me. Looks like a cartoon. It’s so bad I’m not even angry, just amazed as to how you guys will charge for such nonsense
Doesn’t work
Went through all steps and paid for pickup at my local CVS. The app never sent my photos for processing and they were thus unavailable for pickup. Unfortunately, it seems this app is a scam and would highly recommend that no one use it for passport purposes.
Wrong size
I have paid and now to upload the picture it says it is not according to guidelines
ai
Horrible. Yt recommended this to me. No thanks scammers
Non delivery
I did not get my photo orders
Photo rejected
Their expert verified the photo for compliance but it is rejected by the Dutch consulate. Luckily i didn’t trust this app and used another app. That photo is accepted.
Photo did not pass
The photo you guaranteed and that I paid for did not pass
Passport photo
Quality is very bad
Lies
Went to print and it came out 8x8
This is a Scam
I did a purchase on this app for a pick up, once i got to Walgreens they didn’t had my picture , i waited 6 days and still nothing! Don’t waste your time on this app that steals your money and doesn’t give refunds
DOES NOT WORK
Went to the passport agency, and they didnt allow the picture so had to retake it there.
Terrible “correction”
I could not use the edited photo for my passport.
It is scam!
Beware, it is scam! No real customer support, don’t waste your money.
Unauthorized Charge and No Support
I was charged even though I did not receive the service I paid for. I contacted support and asked for confirmation by phone, but instead I was asked to provide proof for payments made somewhere else that had nothing to do with my issue. Very disappointing customer service and no proper resolution.
Poor product! Bad service!
The photo failed to be accepted but they refused to refund! Do not trust this app!!! A scam!
Horrible
Final edit removed a chunk of my head. Total waste of money.
Rip Off!
Paid $20+ for two sets of Passport photos to be sent to Walgreens where I’d pick up. Yeah…nothing there! Walgreens tells me they don’t print passport photos unless they take them in person! DO NOT USE THIS APP!
Face changed
Changed my daughters mount
No human check needed
This is a good app if you do the first picture in the original one comes out fine. If you have somebody do check it my goodness they’re gonna make you look 20 years older. That’s my only issue. I went way older in the fix picture than the original.
Works but very expensive
It is easy enough to use, but doesn’t present pricing until the end (which is a bit misleading). Additionally, the price is not competitive.
It is more expensive than having the photos taken at a pharmacy or post office.
