Scary Advertisements!
There are ads for other apps with disturbing characters. This scared my daughter. I don’t recommend this app or any other Piknik apps. Do better.

But save your self the money and hassle of downloading this game, as it will just glitch, and freeze your devices, I did it on 3 tablets (2 iPads, 1 android kids tablet), and 2 iPhones, terrible software, and terrible experience.
I know the developer will leave a comment back saying they are sorry, yet several other reviews below, and not a single offer to fix the problems of the glitch, or make it free. And there is no way to report the app not working properly. So we had to delete it from app devices. On top of it it’s claimed to teach kids, and they can’t even learn from

In order to use the app you need to signup to a subscription service of $7.99/month. Very misleading
The game does NOT work
When I went into the coloring section, I couldn’t get out of it. I decided to restart the game, but that didn’t help; the screen just displayed a black screen, and the game wouldn’t load. I’m disappointed…Why release a game that doesn’t work correctly? And you’re even asking for money for THIS??
Waste of Time and Effort - Pay to Play Only
I absolutely hate companies/developers who expose kids to this business model of having to pay a monthly subscription fee, or in app purchases on trials, limitations, or even generally putting them through the whole marketing journey map. Against my better judgement, I entertained the idea to download the app, only to be “put off” by the paywall.
Not loading
Game loads to black screen after pushing “Play” button. Our son is not happy. Will change rating after problem is fixed, but not worth the pricey subscription if it won’t work!

Too expensive
Unfortunately if you don’t pay monthly you only get 5 words and a couple coloring pages, so only half of the Chase and Zuma games.
Toddler adores this game, but the “in app purchases” is misleading! I wish there was a way for the kids playing to unlock like one new thing a day from the mailman to unlock at least a few other things. I understand this is to maintain the game and its servers, as well as keep it ad free. I just wish that I could buy a copy or license to use outright, I’d definitely buy it then!

Doesn’t work
My daughter enjoys the game but sad that I pay for it and it doesn’t work all the time! It doesn’t load properly and gets stuck definitely needs some improvements and to charge for it is sad cause it half way works

Who is paying 10 dollars a month for one game for their child? Seriously. That is way too high of a fee. It says “in app purchases” for this app but what it really means is that you can’t play at all unless you pay 10 dollars a month which is way too steep for a child’s game. Ridiculous. Would’ve given 0/5 stars if that had been possible.

I canceled my subscription and then the next day they still charged my card for an app we don’t use anymore and canceled tried to ask for a refund twice and was denied even though the subscription was canceled before the charge happened beyond disappointed and will be filing a report with my card. Terrible customer service on their end. Wish I could give 0 stars.
$10 a month ???
There were free options for parents who couldn’t afford the subscription but now it’s removed. This sad because it keeps so many kids out of learning and fun. The app in itself is good.
