Sucks
Paychecks are late and they will blame the state I was supposed to get paid last Friday and I still haven’t seen my paycheck this has happened 3 times already and after you get your paycheck a few days later than u get your paystub after your paycheck this is app is a joke and messed up

This app is not user friendly . In fact it’s one of the worst pay apps I have used. The password thing was giving me issues I had to redo that several times . Then I don’t see a sign in button anywhere unless I resign up and then it tells me in use that’s the only way I can find the log in then I login in and it’s a blank page … horrible app

Very laggy and many features are not working
I used to clock in and out and check my timeline with ease, but not the app is not working properly anymore and is lagging/freezing very often. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date but still freezes EVERY SINGLE DAY AND TIME I open it.
Garbage
Never loads. Constantly wasting my time trying to clock in or out. Garbage app do not use .
Slow or doesn’t work
The app is always slow or just straight up doesn’t work. Since the most recent update I can’t even view my paystubs it forces you to download in order to view.
Don’t use them !!!!
Avoid using them at all cost ! We moved our business to another provider and saved thousands , Paychex workers comp is the worst and most incompetent bunch of people. They just don’t care.

This app is awful! The app runs slow and hardly lets you clock in/ out half of the time. Definitely needs some updates. If it weren’t for my workplace using Paychex Flex I would never use this app!

Issues upon issues
As others have stated. The app is slow to clock you in and for the past week I have had clock in issues where it gives me an error with my punch in having me have to ask my manager to correct my punch out. Before this wasn’t an issue but now it’s happening everyday. Please correct it.

Terrible app
This is quite literally the worst app to ever exist. Like we are in the year 2026. Seems like this app was made for the iPhone 3GS because nothing every seems to load and consistently freezes.

If I didn't have to use it for my job, I wouldn't ever use it. Worst possible app to clock in on
This app is contstantly giving me issues and causes my employer to think I’m not doing my job right or he straight up makes it seem like I don’t know how to work an app, I was born in 2002. I know what I’m doing old man I’m beyond positive this app is not even functional when you’re up early in the morning 2am-10am

Worst timeclock app. Constantly misses punches and frequently has to send me a verification code to verify and save my device. I’ve been using this app for 4 years. It’s terrible!
Incredibly unreliable
It will tell you that you have successfully punched in, but doesn’t actually keep you punched in until you clock out, already showing you clocked out when you open it at the end of the day.
We can’t figure out if it just lies to you when it tells you it was a successful punch in a bad signal area and pretends that it worked, or if they expect you to keep the app open and running, and the screen unlocked the entire time because it seems to clock you back out if the app closes.
It sucks. It sucks and it doesn’t work and you shouldn’t give these people your money.

Only thing more difficult to navigate than this app is coparenting with my ex-wife.
Excruciatingly slow!
I don't know what the problem is but lately this app has been so very slow. So much so that I can't do anything on it anymore. Time and attendance is just blank and doesn't even show that it's loading. It's not my phone or my network as every other app works fine. You know something is wrong with your app when Facebook works better than your app. That's saying a LOT! I guess I'll just stop using the app on my phone and just use the website. This app is trash.

Unusable
Horrendous UI that renders this nearly unusable. Takes ages to load, constantly requires 2-factor authentication even when disabled, time sheet won’t load half the time, constantly creates errors in time sheets that are unfixable, can edit notes when clocked in. It’s the worst time sheet tracker my company has ever had the displeasure of using and that includes when we had to do it by hand.

The worst onboarding experience I’ve ever had
Many of the fields in the forms that my new employer sent me are not visible because they’re blocked by text boxes where I’m supposed to type a response. How can I type a response if I can’t even read the heading for the field? What a frustrating start to a new position! I encourage all employers to use ADP instead, as their product is far superior.
Forces too many updates for zero changes
I hate being forced to update when I need to clock in and it often does not work when it should.

The WORST APP TO EVER EXIST
I hateeeee this app so much, they ask you to update so many times and you would think this would solve HOW SLOWW THIS APP IS but it doesn’t. When you have to check your attendance and work hours and it TAKES FOREVER!!!! To freaking load and sometimes it never opens .

Absolute Garbage
Rarely loads properly. Inputs lag and refreshes poorly. My company went with them because they were a cheap option. They got what they paid for.
Useless
Other than seeing hours recorded by your boss and how much you got paid the app does nothing you can’t change bank for direct deposit. Maybe it is how my boss set up the account, but there isn’t even contact information so you can call a representative.

I hate this app with a burning passion. It works for weeks at a time then basically stops working. Can’t clock in and out and it just sits there and spins. I’m well within range of my job for it to be working and it doesn’t.
Terrible login experience
Tried to reset my password, never could receive my verification code by text or call. The online agent did not solve the problem but hung up without proper follow up. Now my account’s locked.
Does not work
Terrible app, lags and just does not work. I can’t view my balance and I can’t add a pin to my card.

This app doesn’t work. At all. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month due to it just constantly trying to load but never actually loading. I have tried many different connections and never have a connection problem with other apps, so I know it’s not on my end. There’s not even a way to report an issue with the app, only the option to report fraud, abuse or a scam. Waste of space on my phone and the developers obviously don’t care to fix it if there’s no way to report issues with the app.

Slowest app out there
This is gotta be the slowest app I’ve ever used on the App Store. The text message verification is a joke if you close the app and reopen it, you can log right in without even putting in the tax verification code not to mention it asks you every single time, even though you clicked the check box for remember this device. Total inconvenience and shame on the developers. They should spend some more money and time, improving the user interface and server speeds.

Coming from an employee stand point, this app is horrible. Not only the app but the online version of clocking in and out as well! Hate hate hateeee this app!!
worst app i have ever used.
i have been trying for a year to submit my personal information on my onboarding and it won’t let me submit it. due to this, i cannot see my hours, my pay, any documents, my W2, or any information whatsoever. i don’t know if anyone else has had this issue but ive tried fixing it with my manager and my regional manager and there’s nothing they can do.
