I’m trying to set this up, but I can’t even get past the first few screens. It keeps saying there’s a network issue, even though my internet is working fine. I’ve closed and refreshed the app multiple times and still can’t get through the setup process. Very frustrating experience so far.

Scam/ Fraud please Don’t waste your money
I had a terrible experience with the Payout app. They advertise themselves as a platform for settlement claim class action or lawsuit payouts, but it’s nothing but a scam. After providing my information, I received no legitimate offers or payouts. Instead, I encountered misleading information and frustrating delays. I’ve tried to contact them but no response,It’s clear that this app is designed to take advantage of users. I will do my best to pursue proper legal action to hold them accountable for their fraudulent behavior. I strongly advise staying away and not wasting your time, money or personal information on this app.

I have been trying to cancel this app every since day 2 . I sent the email and come to find out it is not working. Imagine that and then it took money out of my account, this is after I cancelled it. So I want my money back and I want this app cancelled!

I accidentally subscribed while trying to exit the app and delete it because it wasn’t what I was looking for. Within just a few minutes-literally as soon as I found where to contact support-I requested a cancellation and refund. Despite the immediate request, I was denied a refund due to “unmet criteria.”
This feels like a payout scam disguised as a subscription app. The customer service was unhelpful, inflexible, and showed zero willingness to resolve an honest mistake. Unfortunately, it looks like I’ve thrown away money on an app I never even used.

False Hope for Working People
The whole business model of this is slimmy. 99.9% of users are not going to qualify. $9.99 a week is just taking money from poor people giving them false hope. Avoid!

After purchasing the app when I tried to use it I was then informed about several ridiculously high fees and legal costs. You would lucky to have $1 left out of a $5000 settlement with all their costs. Their cut is 40% off the top which is beyond ridiculous and then they give a whole list of other fees and costs. You might win a settlement but Payout and the lawyers get all the money.

Please do not buy the subscription as they do not give refunds even a minute after they take your money if you may decide to cancel the subscription for any reason. I accidentally subscribed to this app (didn’t notice it wasn’t the app I was actually trying to subscribe to..) right away I emailed the support app and they didn’t answer at first so after about two weeks I emailed them again and they said they could not give me a refund. It is a scam.

I originally saw this app as an ad on TikTok and it seemed pretty convincing, so I was curious enough to buy the annual pass. However, a month after submitting my claims, the app disappeared and came back with another name called “Payout”. This logged me out before I was ever able to claim the money from my settlements. I am able to log in through the website they have but theres no option to claim my money. It says ive cashed out when that is not true. Also the support team does not get back to you in a timely manner, just a scam and waste of money just disappointed …

No clear way to cancel
Horrible app. I tried to cancel and support just emails me saying do it in the App Store. No direction and in the store it doesn’t show either
Not free for a year as advertised
They listed a free year’s trial on AppAdvice, but when you click the year it’s a significant charge for a year. If you decline, it offers up a much lower price but it’s still not free. Delete.
Misleading - Half the Opportunities Are Already Closed
Tried this app on a free trial. At first it looks like a goldmine long list of settlement “opportunities.” But once you get past the paywall, you realize a bunch of them are already CLOSED. That’s something they should disclose up front, not after you’ve paid.
It’s like paying to get into a buffet and then finding out there are no more trays left. If you’re gonna charge people a monthly fee, at least be transparent about what’s actually open vs. what’s expired. Otherwise, you’re just selling leftovers.

This app just wants your money. I did more research on this app after seeing a promotion and this app is still so new. as of now the 5 star reviews “claiming” they earned their money are a bit suspicious because class action settlement money takes a while? how did they “already” get paid out?

Brand new app that is a scam
Horrible platform that just wants your information, does not do any actual filing for you , and just wants your money. This is really concerning. Saw this on social media and decided to check it out and i knew it was suspicious the second i saw this app was made not even a month ago!

what a complete scam. this company should be ashamed because they just want your money. I know what class action settlements are, i have been filing them for a while. i saw this pop up and i did the beginning section when u start and they want all your information and then ask you to PAY THEM. first of all filing is usually free 100% i have filed in the past. It’s ridiculous. please save ur time.
