Bookmarks don’t save
This app only works when it wants to. My bookmarks never save, and I have to bookmark pages multiple times before it will get saved. it’s very frustrating, especially since I’m paying for the premium. save yourself a headache and choose a different app.
Basic functionality not available in free version
Can’t even annotate without paying for it. At least PDF Expert allows you to do this…

there is nothing new in the pdf apps. The big players pdf expert and pdf viewer have not added anything new for years. I was hoping this one was an exception. It is just a copy of the pdf viewer only with an inferior interaction with Files app. I tried it just for the full pdf indexing feature. It only indexes the files in iphone and not in icloud, ie waste of my time and my $1.29 to try this app. I deleted it right away. Developer: when you have something novel, then let us know. In the meantime: Thanks but we are not interested in the millionth copy of pdf viewer interface.
Buyer beware!
I paid for the full PDF Pro, earlier version, a couple of years ago. With the latest IOS update and PDF Pro 4, now I can’t open my original PDF Pro and I’ve lost access to a lot of valuable files. PDF Pro 4 only asks if I want to start a paid yearly subscription with still no access to my previous files. Really? Shame on you for your greed PDF Pro 4!!
Please repair. I lost all my notes due to some bugs
I used this app to take notes when doing my class readings. Everything was good until the app froze then unexpectedly quit. After then I found I have lost all the notes I have taken, which is very upsetting. After the same problem happened twice I dare not use the app anymore. Please fix this issue! (sorry for my English I’m not a native speaker)

False advertising - you can’t write without paying
I just spent a couple of hours charging up my iPad, updating apps, getting files into google drive as PDFs and then over to iPad to grade some essays and you can’t write on these PDFs at all without paying 1.99 a month. The pictures make it seem like you can do basic highlighting and writing, but if you tap on the pen, it says you have to upgrade premium - such a waste of time!
Annotation is a ‘pro’ feature
Yeah not kidding. I gotta pay for it. The developer is generous to give 1 day free trial. Yeah ONE day then you have to pay a monthly or a yearly subscription. I like generous developers so here’s my generous 1 star review.
Crashes and looses your work
I would use the app to read PDF documents and highlight sections. The app started crashing and with each crash none of my work would be saved. Not worth the subscription.

Monthly fee makes it too costly for my needs
If I ran a business that used PDFs extensively, this might be an alternative I would consider. However, I need something for occasional, personal use and can not justify any kind of regular fee for a simple PDF app. I would be more likely to occasionally buy addition function.

No documentation or support
Bought the PDF PRO 3 VERSION on a monthly subscription. There are no help or built in support on the tools. Most of the tools do not function on the Apple iPad Pro 10 inch. The company does not response. How do you use it? Watch your money on this app.
Great features, but apple pen spotty
This app has the best combination of features I have found for notating PDF documents. However when making notes on PDFs there is sometimes a large lag time in between your writing with the apple pen and when the word appears. I notice it more when I’m zoomed in on the document and trying to write in a smaller space. I’m using an iPad Pro 12 inch, so the refresh rate is 120 Hz. Other note apps just don’t lag like this. If this bug can be fixed, it will be truly awesome.
The app resets to first page on all files.
It doesn’t remember the pages, so you always start from page one, loosing the last page you have read. I paid and can’t really use it.

Dropped support for iOS 10.
I just purchased a year subscription to this app a month, ago and the developer just decided to stop supporting this app under iOS 10.
Pretty bummed about that, but got this app before that happen.

It’s a well-done and good PDF app, but dropping support for iOS 10 just seems an arbitrary decision mace by this developer, just because of more of a need to concentrate on iOS 13.
The dev had to concentrate on iOS 11 and 12 while still supporting iOS 10.
So, how is iOS 13 any different from anything the dev had to do with iOS 11 and 12?
I am running an older iPad Pro running under iOS 10 and have avoided upgrading my iPad Pro because both iOS 11 and 12 have too many bugs and issues with older iPads and older iPad Pro models.
I may upgrade when iOS 12.4 get released if enough bugs/issues get fixed/resolved or just wait for “lucky”iOS 13, and see if things get better or worse for older iPad/iPad Pro models.

Won't open
This app updated today without warning and now it won't open. Every time I try to open it, it crashes instantly. I am in the middle of finals. Please fix this! The app is great but it just doesn't work anymore and I have all my class notes there

I got this app for editing letters and documents,it does neither I would not recommend.
