I been searching for app to make fillable PDF. this app made me pay over $120 for nothing. when you use this app for fillable PDF, you cant export to other app. Fillable document will disappear. and you only can save 25MB to this app. what a horrible app. I recommend to spend same money and get acrobat for same function. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO EVEN TRY THIS APP.
Not free and ruins documents
I spent an hour with this “free” pdf editor editing a document and then it wouldn’t release my document until I agreed to pay $20.
Than when I got my document, it had been entirely ruined bc the program had ruined all the formatting. So now I have to use it again to try to fix the mess it made.

Can't even upload a document
I thought maybe it was an app glitch where you couldn't upload the document on the main screen without signing in so I created an account and it still wouldn't let me upload a document. I've tried multiple different PDFs and all of them show the same error. This app has some major bugs that need fixing. Can't even do anything on it.

Don’t download if you have a choice. They will make you think it’s free until you go to export then try and charge $10 a month. Use anything else

Horrible app
I tried to use a free trial to check out the features and see if I wanted to use it. I cancelled the free trial last month but I still get charged a month later. Support was not helpful and this is a very fraudulent company
Can't Cancel
There is not away to cancel this app. Have searched within the app and have no option to cancel. Followed the directions and nope not an option. The $ 96 per month is ridiculous and I want it cancelled.

Loved this app it was cheaper and easier to use than Adobe. Now with the new update you have to pay way more to even be able to e-sign and you have to download a separate app! Absolutely canceling my subscription and moving back to adobe.
Is this a scam?
I signed up for a free trial and tried to cancel it right away because it was very glitchy and hard to bring over files but the app does not allow a cancel and I’ve been charged. I’m waiting for a response to see if I can stop the company from charging me for something I’ve never used. It costs $144 but the features are not that great
Dishonesty on free trials and in business dealings . The app is not great or better than Adobe etc

Would not recommend to anyone, I maybe need to use this once every 3-4 months. To just buy one month of use is 20 dollars. What a scam.

This app does NOT state that it requires a paid subscription, or in APP purchases to utilize. It does come with a 7 day trial, after that $120 a year. Since it does not show payment requirements up front. Don’t download unless you’re wanting to pay a lot.

I filled out a form and I could not export it without paying and it kept crashing and disconnecting. I ended up redoing it with another program. Don’t bother!

Spent all this time creating my PDF file on this “free” PDF app. Comes time to export the file and it is forcing me to pay. Completely unable to export my file anywhere that I spent hours creating. What a waste of my time. I would give negative stars if I could. Shame

Shady Practices
When you purchase they sign you up for automatic renewal and they don’t notify when the annual payment comes around. Just make sure you read section 8.2 or the terms and agreements.

I signed up for a free trial while house hunting to help with applications etc. in the middle of moving, I forgot to cancel the free trial and it charged me almost $200!!!! I’ve tried to contact these people to no avail. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! You can clearly see I didn’t use it ONCE after the free trial ended. PLEASE

On a form that has several choice boxes. Example: Single, Married, divorced - when I attempt to click the my choice ALL BOXES are checked. It only checks or unchecks ALL BOXES, not allowing for individual choices. Which makes the app broken

Zero Transparency scam
This Company Is a Complete Scam ,Stay Away. I was being charged $20/month since September of last year by pdfFiller for a subscription I didn’t even know existed. It started with what I thought was a harmless free trial, and then turned into a hidden recurring charge I had no way of seeing, managing, or canceling. The charges were linked to a random, encrypted Apple relay email I never recognized or authorized. Because of this, the subscription never appeared in my Apple account, even though I paid through Apple Pay. So every time I tried to cancel, the app just redirected me to Apple subscriptions - where nothing showed up. I had no control, no visibility, and no way out. After wasting my time trying to piece this together, I finally managed to log in using that ghost email, only to find out I was on the Basic plan. The kicker? The Premium plan is listed as $15/month, but somehow I was being charged $20/month for Basic - a plan I never signed up for, and that shouldn’t cost more than Premium. How does that make any sense? When I asked support, they danced around the issue and admitted nothing. They eventually canceled the subscription only because I pressed hard for it, not because their system made it easy or transparent. And of course, they never refunded the months they took my money without consent. This isn’t just a glitch - this is predatory billing disguised as a legitimate service. pdfFiller exploits technical loopholes like private Apple relay emails to trap users in unmanageable, invisible subscriptions, overcharges them for low-tier plans, and offers no accountability. Avoid pdfFiller at all costs. This company is running a scam behind a paywall.

They claim to have a free trial, but that free trial cost $102. How pathetic I wasted my time filling out this important document that now I have to redo elsewhere they do not even give you the option to preview before print or whatever. I’m so frustrated because of my time wasted. l am a single mom of three due to ages I had to wait till they went to bed to work on this legal document of 18 pages that took me 2 hours and cus your free trial is a lie and because I can’t even preview to print without paying I now have to find a new way to do this all over again. It’s 2:14am and I have to be up in 3 hours but my infant will be ready to feed again anytime so I will be interrupted and won’t probably get it turned in by deadline and then I loose my Childrens survived benefits from SSI and that hurts them more then anyone. So thanks dudes.

I bought the subscription in order to download my PDF. However, it kept saying I didn’t have a subscription even though it charged me. When I tried to contact someone, it said I’m available. It’s a very weak app. I do not recommend.
