I understand that I’m not on the top tier of the app, but these ads are insane. Yellowstone Season 1 for example: there are 60-90 second ads every few minutes. It’s not even watchable! If it were a newer show I’d understand, but on an early season of a show like this, it’s crazy there are 10 ads on some episodes.

It sucks because NBC paid all of this money to have live sports on Peacock. Then they put an add when you click on the live sports even if the game isn’t on a commercial break. Streaming is ruining live sports and Peacock is the front runner for being the worst of them all. Also the network sucks so it is very glitchy when watching sports. The live feed freezes a lot.

I just got done deleting my account. Can not stand how blurry it is on EVERYTHING. I don’t care about the stupid shows that nobody watches anyway. Why can’t I watch basketball for more than 10 seconds without it crashing? I just feel stupid for giving you guys as much money as I have up until now. you enjoy it. Not another cent coming from me.

I have an iPhone 16 pro and this app for me is horribly unreliable. It crashes way too frequently. It glitches out going to the next episode all the time. It loses my place in a series constantly. And when you’re trying to find my place again, it makes me rewatch commercials over and over and over to the point I’m spending 6+ minutes watching ads just trying to find my place again because the app glitched out. This is my least favorite streaming app.

They trick you to pay for their monthly subscription promising access to sporting events. Once you pay it, they then say you need to actually upgrade to a more expensive plan. You upgrade to the expensive plan and on and on the scam goes.

Normally when you get above the bottom subscription and it’s called premium it means something. A 40 min show has 6 ad breaks at “premium” what is the bottom tier experiencing?

Of all the streaming TV apps Peacock is the worst. Constant buffering issues, navigation discombobulation, etc. Tech support can’t seem to make this thing user friendly. Today, as it happens often, I turned off a prerecorded sporting event I was watching and came back later to resume only it was gone from the listing of most recent events or resume. I had to type in the exact event before it showed up.

The app has commercials even though I’m on the premium plus plan. I signed up with an Apple TV plan, but it did not give me a credit for having an Apple TV larger plan. It’s incredibly confusing and scammy, now standing the commercials being way way too long. It’s like cable all over again but worse. Canceled.

It is ridiculous that after paying for cable I now have to pay Peacock separately to watch the shows I already pay for. This used to be included. Now I have to pay for an extensive subscription for the management in this company to fill their pockets, buy fancy homes and vacation homes, and their cars to get what I already pay for

I don’t like how ads are bloated into these apps but atleast Amazon prime feels like it takes pride in how it functions. Meanwhile peacock forces ads at every video start, and even if you pause for awhile you can’t fast forward past ads to catchup or least can’t, no watch from beginning or resume from last position on live video option?, video not starting at times and just a black video

Gosh the suggestions on this are horrible. They make it impossible to find what you were recently watching and they don’t outlive sports anywhere easy to find on the app (the only reason i got this was to watch nba playoffs which i was forced to get and it’s impossible to even get to the game). It’s so easy to tell they don’t care about the user, anybody who has developed backend user logic could honestly do better

I tried to call customer support since my tv app says I have to pay when I’m already paying, but customer service doesn’t exist and the chat bot is an idiot and doesn’t help but repeat what I don’t need. Wish they’d fix it but again no customer service to actually speak to a real person. Called and had to leave a voicemail and of course they don’t call back. So using my app on my phone to then connect to my tv- oh what fun. 🤦🏻♀️

Extremely spotty in keeping place in show and within season. As well as double ads, they have needed an update for over a month, if it’s not fixed soon we’ll just cancel. What a disappointment
