Game not able to be opened for days
I could not even open this game for about a week right in the middle of an event. We should be reimbursed for time lost. Don’t push an update in the middle of an event. This could be a deal breaker.
Unable to use
The game had been down for roughly a week with no explanation, and no nothing to explain what happened very disappointed in pixowl. also, during the time it was down it seemed like the game kept continuing, but we weren’t able to as players

Never ending issues
For a while now it seems like there is an issue when trying to play the game. It is very frustrating not being able to complete tasks when unable to get in to the game. It also should be a better way to add friends rather than adding them to my facebook. You are forcing us to add complete strangers to it. I have more to add but will at another time.

What the blazes is going on at your place?
Tried to open app. Said new update, go here to get. Tapped on it, took me to App Store where no download was available. Tapped on Open App. Took me back to Snoopy where it was froze on 13.33% downloaded.
Have now missed 1.5 days of game, 15 Snoopy bucks and the ability to complete mini game.

Game no longer crashes but I still can’t purchase special deals even after downloading the newest download.

I think they may have finally bricked the game completely. For three days now a pop up window at login says there’s an update and sends you to the App Store. But the game is already updated so the App Store just sends you back, and it won’t load any further. Every update for the last few months has broken one feature or another. Now they seem to have broken it for good.
Spending more time connecting support than playing this game
Multiple people report game crashes when trying to open it. Had multiple issues before this. Works for a couple days and now it’s frozen again. More frustration than enjoyment. Long time player seriously considering deleting it

This game always has issues and every time they update it gets worse and now the game is stuck saying there is an update and there isn’t one it was updated two days ago but thanks to another one of their glitches the game is now stuck and it won’t go past this until they update again which will just cause other glitches

Game keeps freezing
I love playing this game, until the new update and now I can’t even get into the game. It down loads up to like 13% and then stops. I have done everything possible to even uninstall and reinstall the game and then I get internet error. I have sent a screenshot and hope someone answers me back.

Consent Glitches
A few months ago I would have given the game a 4, as it was quite enjoyable. However recently the game has consistently gotten stuck and has to be restarted. The last update would not load and I was not able to login for several days causing me to miss the first challenge of the latest update. Now the game is stuck again stating there is an update, however there is not one in the App Store and the game will not load. I tried “contact us’’ but was not able to, requesting Google password changes and that got stuck in a loop as well. Very disappointing as this game was cute and relaxing.
Glitchy
I love playing this game but it seems that they need to increase their testing. Every upgrade seems to break something. Latest won’t launch the purchase functionality to buy packs but at least the game launches this time.

I miss Snoopy’s Street Fair
I redownloaded this game after years of not playing it and I still hold the same opinion, “I miss Snoopy’s Street Fair.”
This game is buggy, confusing at times, and involves SO MUCH WAITING. Waiting for materials to produce from buildings I set down, waiting for those materials to be crafted into other materials, and waiting for the characters to interact to collect more materials all to craft more materials in order to advance in the game.
It took so much clicking around to realize there are two different crafting areas crafting different things. To give some grace, I hadn’t played in years. BUT I highly doubt I’d have this same problem with Snoopy’s Street Fair. That game was 1000x simpler than this one

I used to play everyday now i cannot log on at all uninstall and reinstall still cant tried everything still says i cant get on the game. I play on an ipad maybe you game updaters did something to mess it up for ios users who knows…
Rigged
When tapping the craft button the game will log it as a double tap when there was no double tap. So I lose bucks constantly because it thinks I want to speed up the crafting. Definitely won’t be spending real money on a game that just steals.
Customer report team working to repair your town
I have had this era to pop up on my game for the last three or four months. I have emailed and I have had no response. No fix no repair and I would greatly appreciate it if somebody would tell me how to fix my app.
Game deletion
I played this for years, spent a lot of money on the game, and then when I got a new phone, it magically all disappeared even though I had the game saved to my cloud. I wasn’t able to get any of my progress back, nor the level. And I was on the highest level possible! I had a ton of things, by paying for them or winning the events. It was sad, I reached out to them and the most they could do was give me the money that I spent, and then never followed through with it. It wasn’t worth the hassle, because I knew I wasn’t gonna get my town back that I had created after playing for years.
Game won’t start
The game won’t start which is unfortunate I think there is a bug.
Better before
This game was better a long time ago when the characters talked and said actual Peanuts phrases. That was the best part!
Expensive
Too expensive. Costs about $40 a month to play the monthly game. Once the game is over, there is no use for all the items you had to make and the characters no longer make those items. Instead, when you check what a character makes, there are a lot of blank objects they can spend their time on making.

1)The green check marks after tasks were completed stopped appearing.
2)Daily rewards would cause app to freeze after clicking, I’d restart and never accumulate any of the rewards
3)Stopped receiving outfits months ago from gift boxes, always small coins
4)Timer for free gift boxes would say 2:49, I’d return after 2:49 hours and there would be no change on the timer
5) After the last update for the pirate story, I was stuck in a loop. I’d click the app to play, there’s a pop up for a new update, go to App Store to download, no update, go back to the game and I’d get the same pop up for a new update.
I gave up and stopped playing a few days. Deleted the app again and downloaded it again today. Chose the option to start on level 42 where I left off only to start back at level 1.
Previous rating: It’s a fun game but there’s constant pop ups for in-app purchases. You can’t progress as fast unless you do. Another annoying feature is you have to collect character cards in order to earn new abilities and it doesn’t save your progress. For example, I needed one more Houdini card in order for Snoopy to complete a task, I had 9/10, finally got the 10th Houdini card but it showed I only had 5. It does this a lot.

Still doesn't work
This game still won't open for me. " Come back and get $20 Snoopy dollars." That would be wonderful but the game still won't load for me and I was almost to level 30. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix this. I started over during the Christmas crash. I refuse to start over again.

I can play the game but it’s the same old stuff with each “season”. Collect minimal stuff, characters are limited in what they do. Giant squares that are useless; prior to whoever write the original game, at least the games pieces to collect were related-like all the cool Christmas decor that made things, but also made for a nice town. Now the decor is generic with just a couple options. I’m sad this game has gotten so $$ hungry

Ridiculous & Expensive
I downloaded this game a few years ago, played for a few months, and realized, you will get NOWHERE in this game unless you are willing to spend your grocery, rent and car payment to buy what you need in game. And when you break down what you purchased for the price, it’s WAY TO EXPENSIVE compared to other similar games. I decided recently to downloaded the game again, hoping it would be different, that the developers actually listened to the players, but over the last two weeks of game play and by reading reviews, this is STILL a problem. I LOVE SNOOPY. But it is frustrating getting NOWHERE in the game without spending money ((I do in other games where it makes sense to do, where it’s not costing me rent, utilities and a car payment for practically nothing in supplies)) sadly I will be deleting again. What you do get for free from the developers does not make what you buy worth the frustration of getting NOWHERE!
Ads Are Too Invasive
I don’t mind that they are ads, but they take up a lot of screen space. The HUD is general is too much to look at and distracting and should be minimized somehow. Cleaned up. Ads & the HUD should be like what Fallout Shelter does, and if you can make the HUD that clean then it’s distracting to the player. I love Peanuts but I can’t get past this messy HUD.
