Constant crashing
I love this game so much but every time I try to open it it says there is something wrong with the internet and will not open. I read other reviews and seems like it’s pretty common once you get to a certain spot in the game
Game doesn’t work
Customer Service doesn’t help either making things right. If I could rate 0 stars I would!!!!
I miss Snoopy’s Street Fair
I redownloaded this game after years of not playing it and I still hold the same opinion, “I miss Snoopy’s Street Fair.”
This game is buggy, confusing at times, and involves SO MUCH WAITING. Waiting for materials to produce from buildings I set down, waiting for those materials to be crafted into other materials, and waiting for the characters to interact to collect more materials all to craft more materials in order to advance in the game.
It took so much clicking around to realize there are two different crafting areas crafting different things. To give some grace, I hadn’t played in years. BUT I highly doubt I’d have this same problem with Snoopy’s Street Fair. That game was 1000x simpler than this one
After trying to reintroduce myself to this game, an ad pop-up appeared for this game about buying.. can you guess what? ✨Materials✨
I kid you not, the game froze there. I had to close and reopen the game to be able to continue playing it.
Respectfully, please, please, PLEASE bring back Snoopy’s Street Fair. It was simpler with a faster game progression and is overall just better. And in Snoopy’s Street Fair, there were mini games I could play at some vendors. I can’t do anything but wait in this game and that doesn’t really feel like a game at all.

Wont let me play
I used to play everyday now i cannot log on at all uninstall and reinstall still cant tried everything still says i cant get on the game. I play on an ipad maybe you game updaters did something to mess it up for ios users who knows…
Rigged
When tapping the craft button the game will log it as a double tap when there was no double tap. So I lose bucks constantly because it thinks I want to speed up the crafting. Definitely won’t be spending real money on a game that just steals.
Customer report team working to repair your town
I have had this era to pop up on my game for the last three or four months. I have emailed and I have had no response. No fix no repair and I would greatly appreciate it if somebody would tell me how to fix my app.
Game deletion
I played this for years, spent a lot of money on the game, and then when I got a new phone, it magically all disappeared even though I had the game saved to my cloud. I wasn’t able to get any of my progress back, nor the level. And I was on the highest level possible! I had a ton of things, by paying for them or winning the events. It was sad, I reached out to them and the most they could do was give me the money that I spent, and then never followed through with it. It wasn’t worth the hassle, because I knew I wasn’t gonna get my town back that I had created after playing for years.
Game won’t start
The game won’t start which is unfortunate I think there is a bug.
Better before
This game was better a long time ago when the characters talked and said actual Peanuts phrases. That was the best part!
Expensive
Too expensive. Costs about $40 a month to play the monthly game. Once the game is over, there is no use for all the items you had to make and the characters no longer make those items. Instead, when you check what a character makes, there are a lot of blank objects they can spend their time on making.

Some functions not working
I can’t buy anything because the buttons are blacked out. SMH it happened after the last updated. Can you please fix this right away. I just spent $10 and it took my money and it didn’t give me my items.
Glitchy and scummy support
This game should be fun but it is incredibly glitchy. Support seems not to care at all. I recently contacted them to point out one of several glitches that once again cost me lots of game dollars. When that happened in the past, support claimed it was my fault that the confirmations were off. This time I said the confirmations were on but the money disappeared anyway. Instead of responding, someone turned off the confirmations as well as turned off any way for me to contact them again. Absolute money grubbing scum.
Server not working
I just started playing soon as I exit the app n get right back on it keeps saying server not working I tried getting back on it multiple times
Waste
Wants to be Simpson’s tapped out, but it has an AD every time you click any task. Deleted. Not enjoyable watching some AD push me another game every 90 seconds
Not worth it
You gat started and play a few days, and then things slow way down to where the game is trying to force you to spend money to play the game or watch a ridiculous amount of ads. What a waste of time to take Snoopy and make it all about money. Just a greedy scheme by the developer.
Need more land
It has been 18 months now and no new land has been available. I have been told time and time again it’s coming soon, it’s coming soon. Ridiculous lies. I have worked hard to built up my town and I need more land available!,,,
Buggy inconsistent game with nonexistent support
When I started to play this game long ago it seemed great but now after many updates it’s become a buggy mess with no support from Pixowl to fix anything. Thru many events in the past, the items left over from the event that you receive that give out supplies are generally useful but lately items from events are not being converted to give out coins and xp like other items from past events that did that and remain giving out worthless supplies that are useless and cannot even be sold in the market.
The game has become seriously inconsistent and their customer service outright refuses to fix anything. They have a collection routine for coins and it only allows it to be run every 24h. you can probably see the flaws right away with this strategy. The game itself has many, many, many bugs. Graphics are messed up continuously, moved buildings and items will move back to their original locations over 50% of the time, even if the spot is now occupied by another item/building. It will just sit on top of it. Characters will move behind buildings and items so you cannot find them anymore.
I’ve unlocked every character from the shop and 75% of them are completely worthless. They gather useless supplies in their tasks that you end up throwing away every day or two due to the pitiful amount of inventory space you get. They only use a few core characters in any event and charge outrageous amounts of real money to get them “dressed” correctly to be useful AT ALL in events.
I would not start this game until Pixowl gets on the ball and fixes the bugs, listens to the players, lowers prices, makes events less pay-to-play and generally stops hating the players.
Additionally, I’ve been trying for MONTHS (since November 2024) to get your customer support to fix ONE SINGLE ITEM to be consistent with similar items from previous events & they won’t even respond to me. They just auto close my request tickets with no response!

I have played for years! Love the storyline. But starting in the last year this game is horrific! It crashes every two moves you make! I haven’t been able to purchase the packages for the characters! Which you should probably do as you are loosing $$$$$$! Now I can’t even get into the game! Very disappointed. Waist of time.

Game used to be really fun until recent update. No longer have characters available to complete events without buying cards. Why did this change??
Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time on this game. It starts off as a quick build game with cute animations but quickly becomes annoying with pop ups & requirements for money to advance in the game. Even when you do take the time to build it, it will just randomly draw from your dollars for no reason. It gets progressively worse doing that to much frustration. Now that I’m not killing tons of time at a hospital, I’m deleting the app.

Giant squares that are useless; prior to whoever write the original game, at least the games pieces to collect were related-like all the cool Christmas decor that made things, but also made for a nice town. Now the decor is generic with just a couple options. I’m sad this game has gotten so $$ hungry

Update:well now that the Christmas lights stopped flashing there's no more crashing (Hee-hee). Unfortunately I keep getting rewarded for day one-which pays nothing, and character challenges keep reloading so it shows no completion. Ugh. Liked the Christmas theme, but looking forward to going back to old theme...

Ridiculous & Expensive
I downloaded this game a few years ago, played for a few months, and realized, you will get NOWHERE in this game unless you are willing to spend your grocery, rent and car payment to buy what you need in game. And when you break down what you purchased for the price, it’s WAY TO EXPENSIVE compared to other similar games. I decided recently to downloaded the game again, hoping it would be different, that the developers actually listened to the players, but over the last two weeks of game play and by reading reviews, this is STILL a problem. I LOVE SNOOPY. But it is frustrating getting NOWHERE in the game without spending money ((I do in other games where it makes sense to do, where it’s not costing me rent, utilities and a car payment for practically nothing in supplies)) sadly I will be deleting again. What you do get for free from the developers does not make what you buy worth the frustration of getting NOWHERE!
Ads Are Too Invasive
I don’t mind that they are ads, but they take up a lot of screen space. The HUD is general is too much to look at and distracting and should be minimized somehow. Cleaned up. Ads & the HUD should be like what Fallout Shelter does, and if you can make the HUD that clean then it’s distracting to the player. I love Peanuts but I can’t get past this messy HUD.
Good but has annoying problems
I like the game but the notifications come up 5 times in a row, the ads oftentimes freeze, some of the ads are like 2 minutes long and you can’t choose to end them early so I have to get out of the game if I’m looking to actually play games.

I recognize your business needs cost-effective solutions for any potential update and maneuverability navigating a slew of technical issues with even basic maintenance, much less any major update. That said, I appreciate the concept of Peanuts Town Tale and honestly think the experience could attract even the most casual gamer were it to be presented as a complete game. The trouble is at times it looks like you’re still using the beta version. Snoopy’s Street Fair is a much different game but it looked like a finished product. So I regard it an adequate template or gauge for an ideal Peanuts town theme.
- Tapping into the classics: SSF had calming nature sounds and classic themes, no one complained about them. It’s ok to have different music.
- User-toggled backdrops: you have snowy backdrops every winter whereby you don’t have green grass boxes oddly placed around objects. Summer themes would look more polished with sand.
- Incorporate more sound: It’s hard to determine where to do this but any gesture would be appreciated I think. Even just a few beagle noises would be a fun addition.
- Character interaction: SSF had characters stop from time to time, look around or appear to talk with other characters. A few simple animations for every character would make it look like a real town between events.
- So while I’m being obnoxious, let’s suggest day and night shifts. I might assume the items that sell most commonly are those that glow like holiday lights, so perhaps users might enjoy that.

Were folks to hear of a revamped product, new and former users may check it out while retaining all current players, thus boosting profit margins. Just some things to consider.
