This app is sexist against its male streamers. A male decides to stream, whether it’s a normal stream or an adult oriented stream, the app forces the stream into 18+ and private, when it does this, it prevents new followers from discovering the account. I have not noticed this occurring with ANY of the female streamers. This app could be so much more but it’s marred by the idiotic rules and limitations.
Terrible
downloaded this solely to get my old Keeks but support told me they deleted all my data so if u had the same idea don’t even bother, unless your Kylie Jenner, bc ofc her keeks from 2013 r still posted🥱 Anyway the app is glitchy as well and offers nothing different compared to all the other social media platforms out there. If they kept people’s keeks i could see the app making a comeback but they blew it that opportunity.
Discrimination
I have been on & off peeks social since it was a private company. I decided to leave the app for a few years because the ppl in customer service will disable your account without valid reasoning. I recently just posted a vid just to see if my followers still loved me & they showed out. Even though I haven’t been on the app in years. I still have my original profile. Lo and behold the next morning my chat has stopped working & the get popular feature has been disabled. I haven’t even went LIVE! I’m not surprised though because that’s the reason I left to begin with. Don’t waste your time.

375 for privates is crazy cause why even have the 18+ feature and have nothing be 18+
Terrible developers
These Indian developers still can’t figure out how to incorporate the 18+ section into their app lol. Reddit and Twitter figured it out 15 years ago.
disabled my account
so I recently emailed them about being harassed by one of their administrators and they disabled my account for further until further investigation because the second message I sent them about it. I told them like oh like the video that’s no longer up like I deleted the video where the person was harassing me and like asking me to do things that aren’t part of my offer box i erased it. I responded to the email saying next time I’ll screen record, but before I could go live again, I noticed my account was disabled.. so they have my money I made with them and their app and my ability to go live.. not sure why I’m the one being punished here
Stream posting has broken down
New streams can’t be viewed - an error box tells you the stream is “processing” even when they were posted 2-3 days ago. Their process for transcoding/reviewing content appears to have broken down completely.
No longer a social networking app!
I’ve been on peeks for a number of years. Instead getting better it only gets worse. Most recently they disabled my ability to CHAT! They’ve done this before and said if you purchase a coin Pack you can chat with broadcasters. Now they’ve changed it to purchasing a $14 coin Pack(which is not even offered) MONTHLY. So they have turned this into a subscription based service. They disabled my ability to post content to G and 14+ audiences and force my content toward adult audiences. I’m a musician not a porn performer. My content is not geared toward the hopelessly horny. There was a time when peeks had different categories, such as entertainment and gaming. Now it’s only pg and 18+. What they’re advertising in the App Store is very different than what’s offered on the app. I think Apple should investigate how peeks operates and determine if they are following the developer TOS. Customer service is atrocious! When peeks cited “policy change” in regard to the $14 monthly charge, I asked for the link that announced and described the change. Received no answer to this issue. It’s all very scammy and unprofessional. Do better peeks!
It’s an android app.
Hasn’t been updated in forever for a reason. Doesn’t stay open for longer than 5mins half the time and instantly crashes if you try to stream. Only gets updated and works on android phones from my experience.
Live stream cuts out!!!!!
I know I put out a review already but this is completely ridiculous you guys need to UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM Every time I put on a live stream and I’m streaming for like a minute and a half it just decides to kick me off why is that.You guys need to fix your system ASAP this is annoying for anyone trying to stream!!!! THE LAST UPDATE YOU GUYS DID WAS OVER A YEAR AGO I think you should do it again and get rid of the bugs!!!!???!!!
Discrimination at its finest
I’ve been using peeks for about 6 years now, and there hasn’t been one moment where the app treated me fairly. The only good thing about the app is the app itself, meaning that I am an exhibitionist who likes to stream for money…but whoever is running the app needs an adjustment..I had a huge following and the administrators of the app were clearly jealous of that. I would follow the guidelines to a tee and they would ban my account for made up reasons (they would say anything from the thumbnail which would never have nudity, to me doing something inappropriate while a was FULLY clothed just sitting there…yet my time line would be full of people actually breaking those rules) but they would give the account back whenever I would reach out and call them out for it..they finally banned my account for doing a bondage scene in the 18+ section….nothing crude, nothing obscene, and all consensual..the stream was doing excellent numbers and without reason or warning they banned my account and took all the money I earned…

I created another account (which they won’t let me upload any content on) and I discover that there are a plethora of features that my previous account didn’t even have! Like messaging people, and crowdfunding, etc. they had been keeping my precious page in the blind so that I couldn’t capitalize. I knew that I was being targeted when they came into my live stream where I was fully clothed and warned me about nudity…
Unless you fit whatever group of people they favor, this app will only give you a hard time and discriminate..I didn’t expect to come to the reviews and see so many people who have dealt with the same things but the administrators of this app don’t deserve any good fortune with how they treat people.

Scam/ corruption with rules and better customer service
Scamm they will let you earn coins and ban you for no reason. They also let certain users do as they please and break rules with no consequences… customer service rather block your from emailing them then walking you out with the actual problems or issues not to mention they never care to hear what you have to say or even say they have. No supervisors or anyone above them denied my request to speak to higher management multiple times. Have ban me multiple times after I make a fair amount of coins why not ban me when I start making them why wait till I’ve streamed for days just saying

Can’t even stream
A friend told me about this app and I’ve been having issues since downloading it. First, the drop bar to select your birth year and country was not working so it set it to whatever year. 2nd I can’t even stream, whenever I start a stream a few seconds later, it ends the stream. I haven’t been able to stream not once. Too many bugs

Can’t watch anything that I paid for on the app on my iPhone. I have to use my web browser if I want to watch anything 18+. I figured they’d have this issue resolved by now. Everything works fine on android. Do better. What’s the point in having an app that isn’t doing what the people pay for?
DONT DO IT
I have been on this app for over 3 years. I have over 1 million likes and 10,000 followers. They change terms of service very often without telling you AND you cant even view the current terms of service because the link is broken. The app blocked you for mentioning anything even a snapchat account. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO MENTION ANY SITE BUT PEEKS. You cant have watermarks or your blocked leaving your streams open to be screen recorded and stolen. Support give robotic answers that aren’t related to what you ask! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE
THIS APP SUPPORTS AND ALLOWS SCAMMERS
I have yet gotten my refund from this app as I was Scammed by two of there content creators on here. I asked for my refund and I’ve messaged them numerous times and get the same automated response as usually they respond with thank you for contacting customer support we will get back to you with in two business day and to this day I have yet gotten a refund nor a resolution. Not to mention I also got in contact with a guy named Mike on here which he’s very rude and has failed to get my refund. They also allow Male content creators on here who actually record females without there consent and then you have a couple of them that are Pimps and are on here doing there business recording these females. This app is worse then Periscope’s.

This app is ridiculous and decided to take out the message option. How do you interact with your followers offline. Very annoying and won’t recommend to anyone. Even the whole subscription is a scam and waste of time. There are better apps out there to use and stream to make money. Check out coco.

It's getting better
I've been a Peeks broadcaster for over 3 years and we have had our love-hate relationship it was a good year of getting paid on time when I first started with no problems you could withdrawal anytime and with any amount to your pay pal account then they went to a Peeks card that's when things went bad for about two years it took me almost a year to get the money that was owed to me I stopped broadcasting for a long while because they weren't paying I do enjoy my fans so I would pop in now and then then I got an email that said the card was gone and money can go into your account and that issue was fixed now I have an issue where they won't let me get my inbox messages but then they get mad and drop my rating when I give out my phone number or other social media platforms a way to keep a larger cut of your money we will see if they fix this issue I thought it's cause I use an iPhone but I can't get my inboxes on my Android either
