Game will glitch when you get a feature….which are very hard to come by. You might get one after 400spins but will likely take longer. Don’t waste any money on this. Just use your free credits and be done with it. I got one good spin followed by almost 400 without winning much more than the bet lol at least real casinos let you win a little from time to time!

Glitches and Lost credits
I have been playing this game for months and every time I purchase a package and increase my wager to a larger wager, it will give me a big winning hand, like a 4 of a kind at max bet that should award 2.5B credits but it shows the 4 of a kind and then doesn’t pay. I have sent screenshots to them but they treavyou like you are making it up, and then not ever pay the credits for the win. The support team says this is a “one off issue” but there are multiple reports from other app users in the Facebook page community as well as reviews in the App Store with the same or similar reported issues. They just keep telling me that it has to be escalated to a third party support team and I have to wait for days before the game is restored or credits are awarded IF they ever are. I have emailed the support team, which is the only way to contact them and each time I get a generic response of troubleshooting steps to follow that NEVER work. Do not spend your money on a credit package.

Penn have no excuse
I have high school students who have built better functioning apps. At least they fix their bugs, Penn just ignores them. The only way I’ve seen anyone interact with “support” is by leaving a poor rating here. They do not have customer support, they have brand damage control.

My husband and I play this app but for a while now we can’t get it to work. We can turn our WiFI off and it will load, but with WiFi on it just clocks and won’t load! Please FIX THE APP!!!
Don't Bother with this App
App won't open most of the time and some days you can't even get into it at all and when that happens, you lose your daily bonus and have to start over. And the slots that you have to choose from don't pay. It truly is a struggle to even try to play anything on this app. Again don't bother downloading this app.

The games are fun, but there are a lot of problems. Sometimes it freezes and you lose your bet or winnings. Sometimes when you exit a game, the main screen does not come up and it’s blank. When you scroll through the games, it jumps up. Sometimes the volume doesn’t turn off of one game when you switch to another. Sometimes there is no volume. You have to close the app and reopen it A LOT to fix each of these issues.

Don’t ever use your credit card to buy credits from this app. They will continue to charge daily and I have l lost a lot of money. Had to cancel my credit card several times before I learned my lesson..

To anyone reading the reviews, pay attention to them and save yourself time and money. This app is awful and has outdated slots and doesn’t have “grand” win coded into their slots. Example: most slots have a mini, minor, major and a grand coded into their payout system and this app doesn’t have the grand payout coded into their slots. Meaning you can spin 20 million times on the same slot and you’ll never win the grand. And this app is so expensive and give you nothing in return. Most slot apps will have 100s of billions or trillions of dollars for $99 but in penn play, $99 will get you a few 100 million. Please read the reviews before being scammed with false advertising. They advertise a grand but the grand is not coded into the app. I’m not 100% sure but I don’t believe a major is coded into the slots as well but don’t know for sure on the major.

This is the worst casino app I’ve ever played on, and I’ve downloaded many. The games are trash and just copy pasted with different themes and the payouts are abysmal. Please just download any other app.

Where is the support. Opened game had 159 million and it took me down to 30 million after one spin of 650 thousand. It has done this before and sent an email with no reply. Now it has done it again with no reply. I only give 2 chances. Done with all the glitches and losing chips because of your glitches. Shameful just shameful.

This app is super buggy like the volume will be on and then playing the game. It turns itself off and you can’t turn it back on. Games will freeze up in the middle of play (this was done on multiple devices on and off the internet). The games are dated and boring.

The worse table odds I’ve experienced including all other casino apps. Waste of time downloading I recommend roulettists, much better interface and odds on games.

Half the time the games don’t load especially the new ones. More over the only winnings worth discussing are the free coins once a day when logging in to play. I spend more coins than they pay out.

Not even sure where to begin on what to complain about with this app it’s very poorly designed and made. nothing feels real on it. There’s many other apps of its kind that run way better smoother, and with way better and more accurate games. My longin streak is at day 24 and has been for over 100 days now that doesn’t update I don’t get any of the bonus credits and when you do challenges there’s no way to track them. Like if you’re going to make an app where people can spend their hard earned money at least make the game payouts realistic with actual casino games. Worst app ever to take your money and not even try to let you win fake money to keep playing to entertain yourself. I’ve been playing everyday for over a month now and all you get from the from spin bonus is the minimum amount which doesn’t take much to lose it. The games are stupid, old and uninteresting to play. I like casino apps and don’t mind buying credits but this one is atrocious!!! Had 100mil in credits playing 400k a spin and never won a single 3x or more jackpot that’s ridiculous!!! This is my first review ever written about any app I have ever downloaded. This software glitches out and fails more than it actually works. It randomly disconnects, looses progress in bonus rounds and then looses all the credits you earned. If you really enjoy wasting time and getting aggravated with an app then this is perfect for you! You would think especially being an app produced for a major casino company that it would be top notch, but maybe this is an indication of how bad their actual casinos are and might deter me from spending real money in their properties!

Disappointed
I got a Penn play account and have $10 credits to use. Downloaded this app to use them before they expire and it won’t allow me to log in. Not really sure who to contact. So there goes my “free” credit. I can’t even use it.
Need to update again!
We need to update again because my profile page is blocking my main screen and games and no matter how many times I try to click the X button it won’t work and move iff my main screen but i can play the games, but annoying profile page wont get off my screen to see the main ones clearly.

Promo code entry gone
App took away ability to enter promo codes so I have to watch new promos begin and end without being able to enter them. Wasting my time looking.
Was having a decent experience until...
...they made video poker effectively worthless without notice. The max they allow you to bet on any video poker game is 50 credits. For a frame of reference, they give you between 100k and 1 billion in-game credits for free every few hours and at least 3 million every day. Slots are ok (I mean, they're slots) but this is not the app for video poker players.
Not happy
Doesn’t work after new update on my android or apple device saying error code 500 on server I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t help very disappointing still doesn’t work on android or apple can’t even play I’ve contacted support and they say they don’t know when they can fix it it’s been 2 weeks
