So I placed an order for a similar wardrobe for my parents and there was some confusion about the color so I cancelled it within 4-5 hours on a Republic Day holiday. It was a holiday the order did not go through and yet they charged me 2.5% cancellation fee. I called back on there working day to check if there is a way to revert the cancellation charges offering to buy another wardrobe or same wardrobe but they refused.. like you charged me cause I was cancelling and then you wouldn’t let me in cancel the cancellation request all within the working day what kind of cheat and thug practice is that. Very disappointed

Recently, we ordered a wardrobe and a center table and we are waiting for their carpenter from yesterday . He was supposed to come yesterday at 4:00 pm but did not come and no one has the answer for this. Customer care says he will come at 6 pm. If he doesn't come by 6 pm, we should call back tomorrow.

Does it mean that if he is sick then there is no one else who can answer in his place ?

Bad customer service, delays and lack of response
I had ordered multiple furniture items from pepper fry for parents who are senior citizens to make their life easier with new home. Instead they have been faced with constant frustration, waiting for endless hours for phone calls from customer service and lot of delays in assembly as well as refunds. We have been repeatedly reaching out regarding a mattress with specifications that do not match the cot order from Pepperfry but they ignore the issue or deflect it saying it is non-refundable. Can’t login!
Tried login using email and password, it says invalid login. Works fine in browser. Tried login with “OTP” and it says enter a valid mobile number. Using an Indian number. Retarded monkeys designed this app and all of Pepperfry tech
Expensive!
Compared to Amazon, Flipkart and other sellers, almost every product is expensive (after discount). Just ridiculous!
Seems like a fake company
The app seems to be broken so highly doubt the security of privacy. And for any email they send the same standard reply. Highly doubt the credibility of the customer service.

Very poor customer service when you get an issue with your order
I have placed multiple orders with this company. Everything goes smooth if you got product right. However if your product is damaged by them, customer service is very poor. I bought a wardrobe, mirror was broken and then they put a poor quality very very thick mirror with 0.5 cm difference in alignment, with multiple scratches. They will give you run around once you have a problem.
