Disappointed
I thought they were a reliable application, what a shame. That they charge something I never asked for. I never made a weekly monthly or annual subscription. I have years with this application and I have never asked to subscribe. Now suddenly they charge me for something I didn't ask for. I feel robbed.

Whatever you guys did to the app, made it worst….. I used to be able to add color to my eyes, But they looked real, Now whatever Color I want to try, They automatically look like I edited in some weird filter, they don’t look as natural like they did before🥺😒
This face editor is racist.
This app is very dehumanizing, and offensive. I am albino and it said “No face detected”, so I thought “whatever” I’ll just do it manually, but when I went to edit lipstick on me, the ai put the lipstick above my nose. I took that to heart. 😿
Illegal ads
They won't let you leave an ad / don't leave a way to X out of it which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I'll be reporting this tomorrow. Do not use.

Always loved this app as not everything cost money and i would use the free parts of the app. They just made majority of everything to a “pro” benefit that i used. So stupid

This was supposed to tell you what makeup looks best on your face type and all it is, is a photo editing BS type of app 🙄 I wish I looked at the reviews before wasting $10
Not all features are working now
I paid for upgrade previously for higher resolution saves. Now that new “pro”features have been added, the eye concealer NOT pro eye color concealer isn’t working at all. It’s a bug that needs to be fixed or the app is basically worthless to me.

I’ve paid for this app, which does not get any better for the last five years and now that I’ve gone to the free route after watching their lame ads my phone freezes during the download. I never get my picture. I won’t be purchasing anything. In fact, this repulse me. Finding another editing app that isn’t shady.
Suddenly Not Working 11/17/25
I’ve been using this app for the past 7-8 years and have never had an issue. But today, November 17, 2025, the app will open a photo and you can’t see it. The photo won’t show up at all and you can’t see what edits you’re making. I’m hoping it’s a glitch that they will fix with an update but this is really disappointing. I haven’t been able to use it at all. I’ve closed out of the app, restarted my phone, and made sure there weren’t any updates for the app (and there weren’t) but nothing fixed the issue.

This app is purely money-driven and does not prioritize its users. When you try to contact their support team, the email address they provide does not even exist - making it impossible to reach them. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not trust this company.

Stupid up. I paid for premium and I don’t get premium. I get constant marketing to get me to pay for premium, but I paid for it already and I don’t get the benefits. Stupid app. Stupid unprofessional people running it. Do not buy.
Rude CS, too many ads
Rude customer service. I had the paid version of this app over 10 years ago, before the subscription existed. I “restored” my purchase, but it does not include the same features that I previously had access to. The app is overrun with ads now.
