Было 100р/мес пользовалась три года. Платила подписку. Сейчас 15$( в среднем ~1250р) ужасно. Отмена подписки и удаление приложения.

I’ve been searching for an app that doesn’t make it obvious that you edited the video and this one isn’t it. If you want to use it purely for social media uploads, I’m sure it’s fine, but DO NOT use it if you want to send a video to someone. The file name will say Persona Video in the info. It’s a dead giveaway that you’ve used an app to add filters to your video.

Rip off

But I immediately contacted them to let them know and that I didn’t want to pay $60+ and also that I had t even used any of the features thus far. They refused to refund me any of the $ and I was out almost $70 and I never really did use the app because tik tok and Snapchat have the same, if not better filters for free.

Paid subscription but app says “expired”

I tried restoring purchases and restarting, but it still doesn’t recognize my active subscription. Please fix the receipt/subscription sync and provide support or a refund.

How to download an app without paying again
My app got deleted and now it asks for credit card information to download it again. I’m prepaid till June 2026 so I shouldn’t have to pay again. Please help

Very surprised
Purchased this app not too long ago and paid around $50 for it and made a few pictures and then when when I came back to it a month or six weeks later, it said that I hadn’t paid and that I had no subscription and I have paid $50 for the year or approximately and I did it through Facebook so I didn’t. I don’t have the receipt as such. I wasn’t sent a receipt in my email and I didn’t. I don’t see it on my Meta Marketplace so I just think I was gypped unless somebody can refund my money. I would not recommend this because it might happen to you. Otherwise, the app is sensational. I love the effects, but I don’t understand why my subscription was cut off so early when it should’ve lasted a year.

The body reshaping is horrible; glitches back and forth between original and edit. Makes for tons of embarrassment using it for posts

The app had a cost of $27 per year. I was overcharged and paid $45.99 when I double click my iPhone automatically over charged my card . No customer support anywhere.

possible glitch?
i had this app for over a year, it's my fav! but for some reason when editing a video, you click save and wait for it to process. but there's no option to download it after processing? it's just a preview.
Glitchy lashes
I would pay to use if they fixed the lashes. It’s so glitchy and obvious on every filter. It’s not even lashes it’s like blacks dots flickering where lashes should be and makes it so obvious it’s a filter. I’ll redownload in a month maybe they see this and fix it but doubt. I’ve emailed them twice about. I’ll stick w TikTok filters.
More bad than good
This app reduces the resolution of your images way too much. If you plan on viewing the images on anything but a iPhone don’t waste your time. Ai changes also reduce the image sharpness so you have to use a sharpening tool which makes images look unnatural unless you use the settings just right.

For the amount being paid, the filter shouldn’t be moving in videos. It’s really annoying when I see that happen

It’s alright but you can’t take a photo in app with a filter on and save it you have to buy the app for that. So much for trying to find something like Snapchat

Saw only very limited features available for the paid 1 month which jumped $5 PER MONTH! Please offer à free trial with ALL features (VIP) so customers can try before investing for the entire year long subscription. That’s what most other software does. Tia💓
