3/24/26: Another Ripoff in this game!! Just finished a Weather Alert level, and I didn’t think about writing down all the levels, but each level it gives you red blocks that you win. I only wrote down 6 of the 10 levels, which totaled 404 red blocks that I won. So I won a lot more if I would have added the other 4 levels. Then, when I clicked to collect my prizes, and it went back to the Puppy Race, it only gave me 54 blocks!! Where’s the rest of my blocks?? This game rips you off constantly by not letting you collect your winnings. Just like when I finished my pet city from my previous review, and had almost 100 treasure chests that I couldn’t collect because the game wouldn’t give me hardly any axes to break them open to collect them, it just kept giving me things to add to the city. Why can’t you just let players collect what they win?? Why won’t you fix that part of the game so it is enjoyable??
3/16/26: Another review! The Petopia events are “cute” that you build your own pet city and all, and it gives you a lot of things to put in your cities, and gives you a “treasure” each time it gives you things to add to your city, but then hardly ever gives you an “Ax” to break open the treasures to collect your prizes!! I currently have over 80 treasure chests or treasure boxes in my city and it just keeps giving me things to add but no axes to break open the treasures. Yet another annoying “ripoff” where the game gives you prizes but you don’t get to collect them!!
2/23/26: Another Update: I just finished the newest Weather Alert. I didn’t write down how many red blocks I won on the first level, but levels 2-10 I won a total of 1161 red blocks. When I “Collected” my winnings after level 10 on the Weather Alert game and it returned to my Pet Adventure game, it only gave me a total of 166 red blocks, not the 1161+ that I actually won!! AGAIN!!! WHY DO YOU KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF THAT PLAY THIS GAME? We play the game, win prizes, and then can’t collect the prizes!!
SO FRUSTRATED AND READY TO QUIT!!!
10/25: I am updating this post. ANOTHER GREEDY RIPOFF!!! When you find all the toys, and you “Win” prizes, you don’t get the prizes unless you pay for them!!
And YOU DON’T GET your gold bars that you win! It puts them in a bank that you have to pay to get them out of even though I won all the gold bars. I should have thousands of gold bars, but I can’t get them unless I pay! And I am not paying!
I have been playing this game since it started. Was very fun to begin with, loved rescuing the pets, and you actually got to keep everything you won, but it has now become very aggravating!! There are so many ads, that are so long, and you have to hit so many “x’s” to get out of the ads, just to play one frame and then you have to watch another ad.
A total rip off! And I just won over 200 red blocks in the special event to pack my puppy’s lunch, which gives me 150+ more red blocks than the 50 that I need, and it recorded all my red blocks but won’t give them to me! So many rip offs where you win something and don’t get it!

Level 6560 doesn’t give an opportunity to win!!! Blocks aren’t dropping no matter the tactic. Bs tried to contact support via the web to report the bug bit that also doesn’t work. Smh. Failure

Fun to play
Enjoyed playing this game for quite a while. It’s fun,cute and challenging. However, there is no way to report a problem except here. While playing level 7220, the game froze. I started over and it froze again. The third time was not a charm either. I each time it it kept my boosters and coins to extend play. Boosters and coins cost real $$$! I can’t skip over levels and am unwilling to risk more money on level 7220replayed the level and move on to the next level. This has happened a number of times before and I stopped playing the game for many months. There should be a way to get refunded. Keep your loyal players happy. This could be a 5 star game if the creators were available to fix problems and refund lost money.

Very glitchy these days
I have been playing this game for years with no issues. But lately, it has been very glitchy. For example, 3 times I grew a pet for 50 gold bars and all 3 times I didn’t receive my gold bars after it said I would and I worked hard to get them. Please fix and give me my gold bars!
I have deleted the app not only because of the reasons stated above but also because levels have become increasingly hard to beat since the change in ownership. Now they make you lose instantly if you use a booster. This game is not as enjoyable as it used to because of the glitches and making hard to win a level.

after playing the red block game I won 20 gold bars and when I went to claim them they said they was claimed on another device NOT TRUE I ONLY HAVE 1 device that I play this on. Please give me my gold bars that I EARNED!!!

State Farm Ad is freezing the game
State Farm ad does not allow you to go back to the game. It is the ad where you play a game that promotes an upcoming movie. This has happened before with a different ad. Please fix it.

After the 4.40 update
You can not earn points to increase your chance of winning to add hammer, ballon’s etc. without spending money. I thought this game was fun but not when I have to spend money to enjoy!
I hate the new version of it.
Great game, but I miss the old version of the game. Can you bring back the map that you always had in older versions and I don't like the whole feed your puppy thing and play with it once you win a level and they become even more and more challenging. It even got rid of my favorites like Mystery Mountain where you bring the baby octopus back to his mommy and gives you a reward for beating all 5 levels and I want the old pet designs back cuz the new ones make it more like a game for babies to play. I also miss the Critter Carnival game where it's there weekly and this game has gone downhill and I will stop playing this game until all old features come back and most of all, I want Weather Alert and Panda Party back please. Listen to us rather than being money hungry and all you care about is money, but WE are more important than money! Also, why can't you offer both versions and we can decide which version we want to play either the old version or new version.

2024 and the glitches are getting worse
I’ve played this game every day since I stumbled upon it 9 years ago. You can call me a loyal pet saga player. I even help random players who are stuck on certain levels. Last year they introduced “Feed a pet and send him on his way” to collect the 50 gold bars. I did it and when it was time for me to collect my 50 gold bars I get an error with a message that I’ve already collected 50 gold bars on another device! Which is a lie. It has happened to me twice … Kindly Fix it

This game used to be enjoyable, a very relaxing, get away from anything, but now you can’t win a game without using boosters or and paying for gold bars. It seems like all these games just want you to buy & keep buying merchandise in order to get through & win the game…. i’m very very disappointed to the point that I’m contemplating on deleting my game after I finish using all my gold bars…

Too Hard! Too Soon!
At no point in time should a new game take multiple days and lives in order to complete a level. Especially before level 30. And I shouldn’t have to be forced to use my power ups all within the first few levels also.

This game is still boring and old style, there are little to no rewards to motivate you to keep playing every time you beat a level, the graphics looks duller, no challenges, no multiplayers, nothing! no development whatsoever, I think it’s still stuck in the 2010s

I had this same game 15 years ago and it’s changed so much! I miss the maps. It gave me a goal! And the creativity that was put into those maps… not sure if I will keep the game if it’s going to be like this. Hope there’s some better change
Petopia Burnout
I have played this game for years and I love it! I really like Petopia but each time it freezes the game and I have to delete it and reinstall. This is so frustrating because I lose all my rewards! This happens on all of my devices - IOS, android, and PC.

This is only way to try and get ahold of any one on this game. Second review. Took 43 moves out of 50 to get the 1st of 5 pets to eve show up. Then the last 7 moves again no pet. Loved this game, very relaxing UNTIL NOW. Please FIX. Thank you.
