Absolutely stupid sign up
Devs WTF!!?? I need to validate my email but when I send the validation email, I receive a marketing email to sign up instead. Same email I use at my vet. When I click the link in the email I go back to the app and to square one, sign up, validate your email and bam the marketing email to download the app and join.

I have tried multiple times to set up an account and you can’t!
After providing your information it takes you to a landing page that says “Follow instructions sent your email to validate/finish setting up your account”.
The email sent is titled “How to know when your pets need care” and offers no option to validate anything or finish signing up.

Terrible app
This app is horrible! I literally downloaded the app and it is suppose to send me a email to validate my email and account instead it continues to send me emails to DOWNLOAD THE APP! Like I LITERALLY CREATED A PROFILE THROUGH THE APP! I DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED! JUST SEND ME THE DANG ON EMAIL VALIDATION SO I CAN ACTUALLY USE THE FREAKING APP
Can’t even finish creating account
I tried signing up for an account and it sent an email to validate my email. Issue is the email sent isn’t a email to validate my email. It just tells me that there is a new app and to download it sign up under my email and verify pet info. Issue is the new app is the same app and this app has a content pop up of saying to go validate my email. I even tried deleting this app then clicking on the download link in the email and it’s this same app! And as soon as I open it they pop up is back saying to go validate my email. lol. What the heck! Deserves 0 stars because you can’t even use it.
DATA MINING SCAM
I have driven my pet 2 hours to the vet to get denied because we did not have an appointment. This app is probably a data mining scam.
No support
Can't have two email addresses for your account so both of you can receive appointment communcations. Can’t contact support on the app because the support page is missing the form/button.
Dumb
This app used to be good and now it takes you out of the app to schedule anything. What’s the point if it’s just going to take you online to some site? Vets opened by private equity now suck! All these blood suckers do is provide mediocre service and drain your bank account
Devastated
I’m absolutely disappointed and devastated with how this app is ran. My sweet girl hasn’t even been gone for a week but this app was quick to erase any memory of her. I’m heartbroken. Do better PetDesk!
No Option To See Pets Immunizations /Shots
Terrible app. Wish my vet had not changed to this. The main reason for me and many others to use this app is to have access to pets health records. With this app you can see breed/bday/weight..and i big ad to get you started on pet insurance. Do better.
Privacy Policy Blocks pages
The app is extremely difficult to navigate because of the big square that pops up to go over privacy policy. There is no dismissal button and it blocks buttons preventing you from continuing. Depending on what I am doing in the app I can sometimes turn my phone to landscape mode to get just a little of the button to show and that works but other areas are completely unusable like booking an appointment
Terrible for requesting appointments
I received confirmations via email, text and push notification of an appointment for the incorrect time. The actual appointment time schedule by the provider was different per their system.
Junk
Can’t order medications online and to delete your account and protect your data you need to email them to so this… they hold your information hostage so they can profit off you and your pet!
An ABUSIVE APP DO NOT USE
This app has changed in the last few months. I’m no longer able to schedule appointments. It also will not allow me to delete the app. It also will not allow me to change notification settings. It continually puts me in loops of increasing frustration. This is the first review of an app I have placed in well over two years. I’m not one of those that makes these reviews a common practice. Believe me you don’t want this one. It’s a baddie bad one.

they changed the color of the app from green to purple and my well crafted OCD green app screen was ruined

I don’t like the fact that information that’s in the notes is wrong like the weight and you can’t change it! There’s so much information that needs to be in there. That’s not.
