Lost all the progress over the past few years
When updated to the new version, without any warning, the app erased all the progress for all my 9000+ cards over the past few years!! This is so frustrating! Now all my cards are marked “new”, even though in the older version, almost all of them have been “learned” or in different phases. I couldn’t believe this could happen without any warning. So disappointed and angry!
Waste of money
Actually I don’t write reviews often, but this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded.

A complete desaster
Until about a month ago, there was an update which removed the functionality to enter new words to my collection of Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew vocabulary. The relevant keyboards have not been accessible from within the app ever since. This new "update" has not fixed this issue.
