Why pay for a subscription only to buy more credit to use an app we don’t even know how to use? There are no instructions, nothing. I ended up using up what I had for the month in 5 mins. Ridiculous.

New update ruined the whole app will pay extra to change it back
Keeps freezing
Everytime I use this app and then go to print out the stencil this app freezes and I’ll have to exit the app and start completely over!
Technical difficulties
The app constantly changes the version sent out , constantly having glitches, this is the third time the lay out of the app change and it is now limited and awful you can not do anything unless you pay for a membership while the other had more features
Pay to use
Dont care what anyone says majority of the app is payed for realistically you buy their printer for tattooing to make a stencil then you download the app to find out you need a full transparent image to print out or else you can only print a whole image bunch of preset designs as well but majority of the presets you also need to pay for don’t get me wrong make money but make your app a 1 time purchase, Monthly or Yearly subscription is a huge bs scam.

So I signed up for the free trail and stopped my trial before the 7 days. The app then proceeded to charge me a $40 yearly subscription 11 days after and I have the emails to prove it. So since it’s forcing me to have the subscription I’ve been using but today it decided to log me out and say I don’t have a subscription. I’ve received no refund and locked my card because I had no idea what the charge was for. And overall has caused me some serious inconveniences. Don’t get why it decided to charge me still and I don’t get why it won’t even let me have the subscription even though they stole the money from me.

What happened?!?!
I loved this little printer until… basic functionality required paying for a subscription. I can’t even print text anymore without $$$$. Non premium options are now completely unavailable as they were a month ago.
Deliberately Frustrating
This app seems intentionally designed for only one purpose: to frustrate the user into giving in and subscribing to their absurd subscription service. Intrusive popups, bait-and-switch offers, misleading labels, and menus that are laid out specifically to make finding the few free items inconvenient. And of course, their printers are designed so they cannot be used with any other app.

I got this for my birthday and it’s so fun. I absolutely love it and it works amazingly 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend for anybody.😀
Greedy
Not only does their app cost a lot to use their printer which you already paid for, but they will give u a monthly limit of like 5 stencils AFTER already purchasing their stupid app. Greedy company with shady practices. I suggest you purchase a different printer and stencil app

What happened to the tattoos?
I specifically bought this printer to use with the tattoo printing functions. Now, the app is nothing but print options for cards and such. I am having trouble even finding the correct driver to download to just simply print from the computer.
You have to pay to use it?
So I got a thermal printer and what the app is telling me I need to pay a monthly subscription to use it?? That’s absolutely ridiculous.
Even paying for pro you have limits
Paid pro for a year… and there is limit of how many times you can use ai. Not worth it in my opinion when you PAY for pro.
