I got this per google suggestion as I had the same contact for my daughter 5 times and I didn’t have what google was telling me to do. This app won’t stay open long enough to do any good. If this keeps up, probably going to cancel subscription because what good is it doing me? If it starts working and not force closing, I’ll edit my review, but not worth it.

Immediately after using the app to clean my phone, I discovered it had broken it instead. Somehow it corrupted or deleted important system files that broke my connect to and access to my iCloud account.
After following the instructions as listed in the app, it looked for duplicate photos, videos, and contacts and cleaned them. Unfortunately, I then discovered my phone’s connection to iCloud was broken.
In settings my name was grayed out. I was unable to access my iCloud account. I couldn’t run an update because it said it was not connected to the network. Facebook was suddenly unable to connect to the network, and Kindle also was unable to connect. Data was turned on and I was connected to my provider. Even though settings told me I was connected to WiFi (which was working for everyone else) I had no WiFi signal at the top of my screen and could not access anything. I also had issues connecting to someone else’s hotspot.
After numerous restarts and forced shutdown attempts with no success at fixing the issues I did a factory reset, using a back up from five days ago to rollback my phone. I am hoping that fixes what was broken.
No idea what happened to my phone with this app but I can tell you not once did the instructions say to back up your phone before using, just in case. After using the app my phone broke and will take me all day and more to get it back to how I had it before. Use caution if you decide to try this app.

This app would be cool BUT when it says similar photos I delete on and I’ll go in my pictures and it’s literally gone like WHAT at least I tested it on pictures I need to delete DON’T GET THIS APP IT SCAMS YOU TO DELETE PICTURES THAT DONT HAVE A SIMILAR PICTURE!!!! DELETING IT NOW

Get an app to clean this one out it screwed up my account and wouldn’t let me cancel it and just kept charging me. Now I’m trying to get Apple to fix this mess they made

Screw this PAY FOR SVC APP
Don’t download unless you’re ready to pay for the full subscription. Deleting ONE photo takes more time and effort than finding the duplicate and deleting it. NOT WORTH IT!
Keeps crashing
I've updated, Uninstaller, reinstalled...and the app keeps crashing any time I try to complete a task. I've paid for the annual membership, but it's useless because it just crashes any time I try to do anything. Great Idea, terrible execution, and a waste of time and money for me.

Zero Stars: Destroyed My Contacts
I had duplicates of all my contacts so I got this handy dandy duplicate remover.
I made a backup first using its easy to use backup feature (just in case anything went wrong.) I then used the duplicate cleaner feature. It definitely got rid of the duplicates. It also appears to have deleted all the notes from the “notes” section in all the contact’s.
Almost a decades worth. Gone.
No problem, let’s just restore using the backup, right? Nope. The backup restore did nothing. Everything was still deleted.

Five pictures a day. I imagine the person who made this app made it so they can get rid of their pictures fast. But then decided to make money off of people who need more storage by only letting u do five a day. That’s just messed up five a day takes two seconds and ur stuck with everything else.

This app has destroyed my contacts before you buy the license it looks like everything will be easy to merge the contacts but after you purchase it actually you see nothing other than just the same app and it will not merge your all of contacts at once.

This app claimed to be deleting just the duplicates, but after examining it also is deleting my similar photos as well. That should not be. If you spend time to edit a pic, lighting, color, etc. it is no longer the same as the original. This app cannot recognize that and deleted many pictures i did not want to delete.

Beware
Back up everything before you use this app. I had to clean up duops in my contacts and it deleted the top 1500 I use all the time. It took out addresses to the ones that left and just left me with phone numbers if anything. What a waste of money. It will take you longer To retrieve information that it deleted than it’s worth. After two months I’m still trying to find contact information and other sources because of this app
Only 5 duplicate photos a day
Bunch of crap! Spent 20 minutes going through found duplicates, selected “delete” and then told there’s a 5 duplicate daily limit of photos to delete!
I have photo library heavy with duplicates.
I have around 40000 pic in my pic library. I’m guessing that 10000 are unnecessary duplicates. This app does identify all duplicates however once it hits around 4000 it crashes. And it gives you the option of deleting as it works in background.. All of the duplicates that I deleted were in fact never deleted… another words don’t waste your money on this application.
Got charged the wrong subscription amount
I just did the three day pass, it expired on Jan 1 and it charged me $9.99. Which I never chose that option.

Useless and stupid
All these cleaners do on apple is just try and make you delete big photos or videos you have on your phone. It doesn’t do anything else of value, no cleaning of internet cache, random videos stored on the phone from games and apps, or help free up ram. All they ever do is just say “this video is big, want to delete it to save space”. It’s absolutely useless and implies you’re dumb enough to not know when to free up space from your photos.

I bought the full app, for 1 year. Trying to get the best “version” of this companies overall service. This app made a mess of more than my contacts. A mess that wasn’t repairable, even after reloading a clean back up.Now, any one of 50+ customers can call, and are mis-identified, as the same contact.
This has resulted in some impactful miscommunication. Including, but not limited to, sending sensitive information to the wrong recipient (before realizing what was happening).
Now, even 3 weeks later, and over 10 attempts to solve this with apple support, I’m still plagued by the lingering gaps in my data.
