Given that the iPhone 7 Plus is no longer receiving new iOS version updates, this requirement implies that I would need to purchase a new phone just to access your app. I would appreciate any insight you can provide regarding this situation.

Popping up instant notifications for advertising is unacceptable. Deleted.
Stuck payments a nightmare
If your payment is stuck for whatever reason on the receiving bank side you are screwed. The payment is deducted from your bank and there is no way to recover it. I ended up paying double my taxi fare. Customer support is of no use as they claim nothing wrong from their side. Whoever came up with this process needs to be fired. GPay is apparently better but it’s not yet available for NRIs visiting India

Does not work with international numbers
Despite the claim the app does not work with international numbers. The SMS verification step is broken.
Stuck payments, beware you may pay twice and will not able to recover from merchant.
Not reliable for everyday payments to whom you don’t know. Often payment are stuck for couple of days and then passes, instead of failing immediately if other bank is not accepting the payment. I had to pay uber twice and now unable to get refund from driver even after calling multiple times, all due to phonepe processing issues. This is an issue when you cannot directly follow up with the merchant. Based on this experience GPay is the way to go, as it fails the transactions immediately.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t open at all when I have to pay. It gets hung.
Issue with opening PhonePe app
I installed PhonePe loges in and everything w went smoothly as soon as I go to Home Screen of my mobile and try to ope the PhonePe app I can only see the the PhonePe logo and the the rest app does not open I have been suffering with this issue for past 1 month it keeps on happening the d an e thing

Font not supported
Hindi Marathi find not supported while adding note to transaction. Very frustrating, it appears special characters.

Can not set up UPI pin and no error description
Was able to link HDFC accounts with international phone number but can not set up UPI pin because of unknown error. Tried way too many times and set up keeps failing. The app does have a ticketing system but can not create a ticket for a general problem. You must select a transaction (which I have none).
Transactional integrity broken
This app breaks the fundamental transactional integrity of financial market. There has been a number of case transactions got hung, money got out of my account but did not reach recipients account. This stays for over 2 days and had to follow up with receiver to get money back etc which is a painful thing. It’s shocking this app is allowed by regulators to deal with public money. A transaction needs to always fully success or fully unwind - never leave a state where money is debited from payer but did not reach receiver for a substantial amount. This will now be reported to Apple for review whether this app will be allowed to be on store. In addition there is no customer support. There is a chatbot where there is no option to reach any customer support.
Doesn’t work for NRIs
It is still failing to send verification message when trying to add Bank account linkage.
