I am currently using an iPhone 7 Plus and have been relying on your application for over three years. I recently noticed that the app is now requiring an iOS update to function.
Could you please explain the technical reasons why this iOS update is mandatory to continue using the application?

Popping up instant notifications for advertising is unacceptable. Deleted.
Stuck payments a nightmare
If your payment is stuck for whatever reason on the receiving bank side you are screwed. The payment is deducted from your bank and there is no way to recover it. I ended up paying double my taxi fare. Customer support is of no use as they claim nothing wrong from their side. Whoever came up with this process needs to be fired. GPay is apparently better but it’s not yet available for NRIs visiting India
