Misleading
Not only is it not free, which wouldn’t be a problem if it did what it says it did. It only recovers photos that are already in your recently deleted which you can simply click on to recover for free.
Dont want to call it a scam but that’s what comes to mind
They ask you to pay $3.99 and rate the app before you see if there is anything to be recovered. Now I have to dispute with my credit card company. Would have been nice to see if there was anything to be recovered first because for me there was nothing to be recovered.

It didn’t work as I expected it
1 I was looking forward to recover my photo from 2025 why I have them save on lemonade family photo app it was work perfectly then picture started to turn white I could only screenshot it now it won’t save don’t allow me to screenshot my picture my best friend had the same problem but this app only found recently onces I already have thanks any ways it’s just frustrating me social media don’t give there users a warning that the app isn’t going to work because it the 3app that I use that took my memories social media isn’t like before that they did inform there user bad part I’m not a mom so my nieces and nephews are like my children and i keep lose my pictures frustrated if someone can help me contact that app I really appreciate it a lot because they don’t have damn way to contact them
It doesn’t recover photos past “Deleted” that are still in your folder
I thought okay I bought it, I’ll use it to clean up but then it chose unrelated pics as “similar” and I had to go through them manually. I just deleted it 10 min after downloading.

Makes no sense. It doesn’t restore anything that you can’t restore from your photos. I could have easily went to recently deleted and restored these myself. It doesn’t restore stuff that isn’t in recently deleted.

When it said I was able to recover “lost” media, I thought it meant videos and pictures from months ago that I deleted. But hope, stuff from less than a month ago, which you can easily find by going to recently deleted in the photos app. Complete waste of money

I don’t have FaceID on my iPad. My iPad is not even capable of it. I shut off finger prints. Nothing. Waste of money, now I have to request a refund.

Doesn’t work
I wasted money only to discover you can’t use the app. It makes you disable Face ID for photos and same as another in here I disabled how many times and closed the app and phone a restarted and nothing works. Keeps asking to disable a function that is already disabled. Waste of money and time. Fake reviews for sure.
