I tried to contact the app to let them know it is shutting down whenever I try to use certain features and it doesn’t save the edits. The app wouldn’t let me submit the feedback I tried to send them either.

3 day free trial
I just downloaded this app like 10 minutes ago and I instantly saw that they didn’t have the feature that I needed so I tried to end the three day free trial and I can’t cancel. It is nowhere to be found. I emailed them and left a review about canceling it and now I’m just hoping I don’t get charged.
Customer is always right?
I tried to cancel after my free trial and I canceled same day and it still charged my card. I tried to talk to apple support but they don’t care either and now their decision is “final”. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Stingy app.

Difficult!!
This app is so difficult to navigate!! It drives me crazy. So many different settings. Why can’t I just go to my picture and edit what I want without having to go to save to my phone and then go back in and use a different edit. I just want to clarify and highlight a face in the distance. This is the most difficult photo editing I’ve ever used.
Zero customer service
Whilst the app has a few useful features (which many phones have as a standard now anyway) I’ll never recommend this app because when I needed help, I was never helped. They ignored every e-mail I ever sent and to this day, still haven’t bothered responding.
Anyone thinking of using them, you’ll be on your own and they won’t treat you well at all. Between login failures and zero customer service, 1 star is being generous.
They should be ashamed of their level of customer care.
The developers have since responded to this review saying if I have any issues, to reach out to them via e-mail…………WHAT DO YOU THINK I’VE DOING FOR MONTHS NOW!

I accidentally forgot to cancel my trial and they charged me and when I tried to explain I don’t even use it they denied me. App doesn’t work well everything is super choppy AI.

They advertise 7 day free trial. What they don’t tell you is if you use during the free trial, they will deduct $65 from your account. That is not a free trial. That is free until you try to use it. Funny thing is, I only opened the app and did not use it nor save any pictures and it still deducted the money from my account. It’s a scam.

When you offer 7 days trial and after that you charge me 60$ for 1 year subscription it’s scam. Don’t use this app at all

it has a lot of features and I feel like the app could be really great if it actually worked it’s all AI based but none of it actually works, I used one of the wrinkle removers, and it changed everything completely and made it look like a chicken not an actual human

Scam Artists Stealing Money
Do not download this app. I tried the free trial just to see what it was about, then got caught up in some traveling and didn’t cancel it. Went to request a refund and have to send an email to a very odd email address which I did and haven’t heard back from yet, on top of that, don’t expect to actually be able to USE a membership even if you are charged for one, because unbeknownst to me and not made obvious, you need to create a sign in. Which, if created after you are already CHARGED for something you didn’t want in the first place, you are not able to access at all anymore. Even if you create an account and restore purchases after the fact, it doesn’t connect. So now I’ve been charged $54.11 for something I didn’t want in the first place, and on TOP of that, am not able to access it to use it if I wanted to. Absolutely furious. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

The app just returns you to your camera roll and freezes. No amount of restarting the app or the device makes it function. A very disappointing situation for a formerly very useful free app.
Great until recently
I feel like the past few updates have really bugged the app, I go to edit something and the whole app freezes every single time even despite me troubleshooting to try to fix it
Selecting a face
Wouldn’t allow me to select one face in Portrait Beauty section. So whatever I did to the shape of one face, it did to the other face as well.

At first I thought that it was great! It edited very nicely, but then I realized I had to pay. It’s fine 2$ is not that big of a deal. I go back to editing and now I’m finished. IT SAYS THE SAME THING AGAIN! It asks me to pay, I pay again. Go back to editing and finish. Guess what happens? I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!! At this point I’m just thinking the purchases aren’t going through. I checked, they are. I did this a couple of times until I ended up spending ruffley 20$ instead of the 2 I planned on. And I never even got my picture edited.. don’t buy it
