Not a fan / run away
This app is not good. Someone recommended and o gave no idea what they were thinking. I wish I never bought. I was in desperate need of a tool to help take a picture, crop it possibly remove some of the background and possible enhance for a memorial picture. There wasn’t an option to remove something. I can do this in Shutterfly and Snapchat. Not sure why I can’t in a photo app. The quality of the pictures are awful. The AI tool which they limit the use of, was terrible. It added cracks and lines to the photo, I couldn’t undo it or ask for help when it ruined the photo altogether. I lost two credits trying. What a waste. The cropping tool is terrible. You can’t undo edits. One enhancement changed the persons face and made it look weird. I am so sorry I got this app. And now I need to make sure I don’t let it renew. Ugh!!!!! So annoyed. I never write reviews. Don’t buy this app!

Ruined my photos
Submitted a photo to restore of myself and newborn. Your program made me a man then now I don’t have a photo to take somewhere else!! Just heartbreaking!
Do not buy
Absolute garbage. The subscription grants you access to buy tokens that you can use to clean up photos. Total scam. Stay away. $19.99 paid to essentially access my own camera. Trash of the lowest order
Print books
I have the most up to date version and do not have the option for printing an album. I have tried to reach someone but it is very difficult. Please help
Frustrated by the brutal paywall
I’ve used the free version before. But now, to download my old photos to my iPhone, I am being forced to renew a $20 membership. Essentially handing this app money to access content I’ve already been working on for free. There has to be a better way than this…. The tool is good but this feels like gouging the consumer.
Don’t Buy This App
There was to be a free trial, however my subscription was immediately taken. When I reached out to Photomyne, they told me to contact Apple an ask for a refund.
User interface sucks
endless loop to sign up. This is one of those apps that they developers must not use themselves otherwise they shoot themselves in the head.
Customer service is absolutely awful
I have been trying to contact customer service and they will not answer me. An AI operator responds to everything I say, saying that I will get help in a few hours and then no teammate ever reaches out to help me dissolve my issue. Absolutely ridiculous.
Navigating difficult.
I enrolled in the program I wanted and do not appreciate being returned to hard sell of other features over and over.
If you like to get bombarded by marketing emails this app is for you!
It seems futile to try to unsubscribe, too, as they will add you to endless lists.

I tried the 3 day free trial to scan photos of my dad for his wake service. I was not able to export any of the scans, so I purchased a $20 membership. I was still unable to use the membership. Customer service was very unhelpful. I will be reporting this app and requesting a refund through Apple.

Great idea but after scanning pics a watermark appears. You have to pay to remove watermarks. Not acceptable.
Can’t get past the trial membership
For some reason, this app has a default feature where it forces you to do a trial membership. The problem is, I don’t want the trial membership. I wanna pay for this app. I can’t do anything that I need to do with it under a trial membership. Even when I go in and try to delete my membership and restart it, it won’t let me get past this trial. It’s infuriating because everything else about this app seems great. I don’t have the luxury of waiting three days for the trial to end. I need to do more advanced things with the photos. I’m trying to scan.
Could be better
Not sure what I am getting. Photo enhancement and animation seems to require ‘extra credits’ even though I paid $60 for app. Every time I open this app I get another advertisement.
Give them a mile, they give you an inch
The app works quite well with one major problem, which is a concern for me. When you upload a file that 3 MB and then download it from their site after a restoration, you get a 500 kilobyte file. The photo does not print large formats well at the reduced size. For the cost of this app and the web based version, you would think that they would have enough storage to maintain the full size files.

The scanning and cropping worked well, but the resolution was not as good as other scanning methods.
Not Free
I was directed to this app by a Facebook where the guy demos the product (which looks very cool!) then says “It’s free!” It absolutely is not free. False advertising, which makes me question why anybody would want to use their product at all.
Impossible to use
Trying to scan and share photos for a family memorial service. Scanning is easy. Accessing and sharing photos, even after signing up for a year of service, is NOT. Help screen blocks main screen and does not close. Trash experience
Not worth it
The restore feature you pay extra for puts random faces into scanned photos . The restored photo does not even resemble the person in original photo. In No way does the restore come close to the ad demonstrating the app.
