Changing free feature
I use to love this app offering various options to create my family photos. And now mid creating it removes some features that were free trying to force an upgrade 👎🏾 no longer referring my friends to use this one.
Crooks
I canceled my free subscription and TWICE now they’ve took money. Twice I’ve had my bank over drawn. And they make it impossible to talk to someone!!! I clearly cancelled my subscription and they’re still charging me?! Yeah I’ll be posting everywhere telling everyone to avoid this SCAM!! DO NOT GET UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED
Now just a cash grab
used to be great, but now they basically force you to pay for the subscription by intentionally blurring your photos so that you can barely see them. this app is now just another cash grab.
Ridiculously long ads
Used to love the free version but now it wants you to pay or watch ads. The ads are ridiculously long and go on and on in a loop. Seriously looking for an alternative!
And now Temu ads that don't want to close just to exit a photo
I've loved and used this free app for years. Now it has video ads (new thing) that love to play before editing a photo. Seriously considering deleting this ad because of the very long Temu ad that doesn't want you to close it and will redirect to its sales pages. Temu ads are evil when you have to click the smallest fraction of precision on the X to get it to close when 99% of the time you'll get it wrong and it redirects to a sales page. All this just to edit a photo....something you used to not have to do.
Issues
I use to love this app so much but recently it’s been given a lot of issues. When I try to put my photos in any grid the grid doesn’t pop up with the pictures in it like it’s suppose to. I deleted the app reinstalled it worked one time it’s back to the same issues. I’m done!
Used to be good
The app used to be great and now it’s unusable because of the number of unskippable intrusive ads. They might as well not have a free version at all.

It’s extremely frustrating as I depend on the use of this app to commercialize my business. If issues continue I will have no choice but to find an alternative
Privacy and data concerns
