BEWARE!
This is a SCAM!!! No way to cancel during the free trial to avoid the $90 annual subscription fee. The app team doesn’t provide required documentation to Apple for Apple support to assist with the cancellation, though my case was escalated to a supervisor. They noted the app team’s process is not standard. Somehow, the app hides the billing from Apple and the customer during the free trial so cancellation is t possible. Then they auto charge $90, to be auto-renewed annually. Subscription still doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions list, so no way to cancel. I had to request a charge back from my bank. Looks like I’ll need to do so each year in perpetuity. Apple needs to ban this app from App Store.

I use this and paid for it for awhile and loved it. All of a sudden over the past few months in 2026, I keep paying I do screenshots that I’ve paid and I send them to Customer Service and a chat comes up and their Customer Service did absolutely nothing and refunded absolutely nothing and just disappeared! Horrible service and unpredictable and horrible app! I even sent screenshots of my payments and I sent screenshots of it not working.

This used to be an amazing app until they updated it.
This used to be an amazing app, I used it for product images until they updated it to the point it became unusable. If you’re ok with making individual images, this app is great, but if you want multiple images with consistent backgrounds for a professional look, you won’t be able to do that here. This app used to be amazing. I used it for all my product images. There were preset background images you could use to have consistency between products. But a few months ago they removed those preset images in an update. I went back and forth with their support for weeks, and they finally told me I should be using prompts for better creativity. But even if I use the same prompt, I get wildly different background images. It’s impossible to make consistent backgrounds so all of your products have the same look. Now when you generate images, you’re using up your account credits. In one day I used up almost half of my credits just trying to get a consistent background on TWO product images. Having multiple products with wildly different backgrounds looks unprofessional. I’m seriously disappointed because this used to be the perfect app for creating consistent and professional images.
Hello customer service???
I have been paying for PRO for sometime but I never had access to it. I tried to figure out how to contact customer service and it is in an endless loop that led to nowhere. I feel totally ripped off. It should be SO easy to reach your customer service to fix a problem like that. I’m done.

I pay for the Max subscription and the app still won’t let me access those features and instead just keeps asking me to sign up for a subscription. When I try and click the button for “already purchased” to get the app to understand, nothing happens. When I go to pay again, it acknowledges I already have that subscription. Paying $35 a month for an app that can’t even tell that I’m already paying $35 is less than ideal.

Wtf SCAM
I signed up for the free trial, canceled, they charged me anyway, won’t give me a refund. They keep saying I signed up through the web when I obviously signed up on my phone and the CANCELED subscription is listed on my iCloud list of apps. This company is trash and their app isn’t much better.

Nice app but subscription only option kills the app. Not everyone wants to pay a subscription to edit photos once in a while. Will look for different options and delete this app.
Charged me $89.99 Even I Have Cancelled
I only installed and tried the app for less than an hour. I cancelled it right after, before the free trial period ended. But I found I got charged $89.99.

Loved when it was free, then you had to go and make it so you have to pay for the brush, now the app is ruined. Good job.
This company is a joke
Not even worth the free trial. App is glitchy and when generating multiple images they are almost all identical. This is a generic AI phot app and I strongly recommend you try a different one. Canceled my subscription during the free trial and was still charged the $90. When I tried to request a refund the same day I was charged I was prompted with “you are not eligible for a refund because you are requesting more than 2 weeks after the purchase”. Tried two days later incase the charge wasn’t registering with the app and received the same prompt. Tried contacting support and the only option is some BS ai chat bot that is not helpful. Requested to speak with a person and was told it “might take a few hours” been waiting almost three hours and still no response. Do they just expect me to wait by my computer all day or are they just hoping my $90 isn’t worth it and I’ll just give up.

Steals your money
I wanted to try this app out, it offered me a 7 day free trail, I went to sign up for it. Then as I filled out the info it refreshed and tried charging me nearly 300$, I of course canceled this and backed out fully, but not before they charged my card. Thankfully the bank froze the transaction. This was in May 17,2026. Now on June 1st 2026 they are somehow charging a different card on my phone for the same amount, despite me having deleted it that very same day. DO NOT GET THIS APP IT IS A SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Scammy Business Practices
Be careful when using their free trial. I made sure to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended and my app account shows that it’s canceled, yet I saw they tried to charge my card twice (unsuccessfully) and just now (2 days after the first 2 charges) I see a charge and got a receipt for a subscription. Sent an email to their customer service, but I’d avoid this app altogether.
Bait and switch
Looks awesome … at first glance. Free trial is only for the yr price, not monthly. And if you came here because of the sweet splash videos to add to your boring shots think again. That’s on the mid tier + and that’s 3x the standard monthly price unless you want to pay 10x $250 “mid tier” for the annual. 90% of the stuff in this app you can do on Photo shop or a simpler app. The only neat and worthy things cost an unreasonable amount of money. I subscribed to save time for my online shop but with how clunky it is it would take way more time for a stock mock up than it’s even worth.

Buyer Beware - BOOKKEEPING AND SOFTWARE ARE AWFUL!
This app is not WOW. I asked it to create a photo of a specific 50s pickup and it could not do it accurately. THE SAME DAY I STARTED THE FREE TRIAL, I CANCELLED. IT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD A WEEK LATER DESPITE MY FORWARDING THE PHOTOROOM NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BACK TO PHOTOROOM. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ANY CORRECTION OR ON THE WEBSITE OR CONTACT A HUMAN.
Difficult to cancel
I try to cancel on app and it sends me to the help page, i read the help page and it says that I can only cancel the same way I got the subscription, WHICH IS THROUGH THE APP!!!! I go on the app again and it takes me to the help page again.

If you’re just trying to use prompts to fix up a photo, this app alters faces in a bad way worse than chat gpt..
Gets Worse With each Update
Easily the most incompetent team out there. Each update brings less and less. It’s as if this group of misfits says how can we add features no one will want, how can we make it more complex, how can we fall farther behind other apps out there, but most importantly, how can we raise the subscription price and deliver less. Just stop ruining your app already!
Was great with 500 photo option, now they’ve half’d to 250
Twice as much work and time is required, ridiculous scummy behavior making adding shadows use ai credits. Why give legacy users more photo credits just to require ai credits? Makes the app essentially useless past a point.

Nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. They make you go in circles link after link. Very obviously this is engineered on purpose to discourage people from leaving
False Charge
I was billed by this app and don’t have a subscription. I talked with apple and they didn’t see it anywhere on my account. I am currently disputing this charge.

Background remover changes
I bought the Max Subscription for a month everything was good until one update, and then my ai backgrounds became inconsistent, not what I’m asking. I don’t know what happened nothing had changed I’ve contacted support with no help. Genuinely useless now and un useable for my needs after the first week.
Fraud and a scam!!! BEWARE!!
Downloaded this app last night and tried the free trial. I decided I don’t want to move forward with it anymore and it won’t show up in my subscriptions. I checked Apple and Google, and signed up through Google. Still nothing. Makes it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel or even contact someone. I WILL be reporting this charge as fraud to my bank and this app as a fraudulent company and a scam. Unbelievable.
AI backgrounds
This app started off great but now the AI background generator is awful! 13+ tries to even get something close to what I’m looking for. Not worth the money anymore!
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
No option to reach out to customer support. Searched the internet for directions, followed those directions and they don’t work!!! I NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I’m deleting content and it is NOT deleting, I need to clear my content, there are so many images it is dragging my system down.

Not a good editor for jewelry. Close up pics are low quality, when zoomed in on AI model they look really bad. Disappointed as well that all AI models are young. My demo is middle age. Deleting app
Attempting to charge me a yearning
Starting to think it’s a race thing. I have a friend who is not black, and I have the screenshots of you all helping him, yet yall haven’t responded to any of my concerns BEGGING for help. So I don’t know what else to think. I begged you to fix these attempts of $301 charges almost every week , before my daughter’s volleyball deadline so I could buy her gear. Yet you didn’t gaf, now I couldn’t pay for it, she missed volleyball this year. I’m so stuck and I’ve been begging for help. So I don’t know whatelse to do, that to get my buddy Official Mr grouchy to help, he has over 12 million followers between 4 platforms and he is like my brother. He has a voice and WILL get me help but it just went the route I wanted. I just don’t know whatelse to do . I DONT WANT YOUR SERVICES!! I never used the app, deleted and canceled after i realized it’s not what i was looking for! We are talking within 48 hours… check the data on your side see if im lying. Just stop trying to charge me $301! It’s been none stop since Feb. I’m sure you think I’m bluffing or maybe you don’t care . Once you look home up you will see I’m not playing around , I have no other options .

Updates SUCK!!!
I have the Pro version, and each time there’s an update, something in the app stops working! First, the credits didn’t reset on the date listed. Now, whenever I choose a pic from my photo library for my custom “Virtual Model,” it kicks me out of the whole process. This app was once a game-changer, but lately it’s been trash!
