PhotoSi: Photobooks and prints

This service is terrible. I spent 60 euros on prints and all the photos came back cropped. Badly cropped. I will have to throw away most of them. The cropping was not apparent when I placed the order. How hard it it to size a photo for a standard 2:3 print? A massive disappointment. Absolutely to be avoided.

Quando, appena avevo spedito l’ordine di stampa, mi sono accorta che l’indirizzo del destinatario era sbagliato, ho subito contattato il servizio clienti e mi sono stupita nel sapere che non era possibile modificarlo. Assurdo! Il prodotto non era ancora stato stampato!!
C’è stato uno scambio di messaggi..in uno mi avevano illusa di poter cambiare indirizzo ma così non è stato. VERGOGNOSO!! Non sarò più cliente, cancello la app dal mio tel.

The app keeps crashing when trying to place an order. Buggy and slow, it should be pulled by the App Store

I've had problems with the app. It freezes all the time and it takes ages to open the prints in progress and then it just closes the app. It getting annoying!! Can you fix this issue??
