Awful customer service
Our annual subscription has renewed but we have no access to the app. I have the receipt and have emailed customer service repeatedly but received no response. I’m not getting what I paid for. Inexcusable.

So the description for the App says there is 1,000 free songs but you get into the app and there is like 10 songs and half of them are just links to their other apps.Also I do not know what the point is for putting slow or fast because no matter what it will always go at the same speed and I can’t play very quickly so I struggle to find the keys that quickly.It is very frustrating.😡😡

I can’t afford this so I am going to delete this because this money. I am really poor so I have no money but I have enough to pay rent and to buy food

You can’t even play the piano in real life and it’s kind of just like a game in the in this app and I downloaded this app to actually learn how to play the piano but it turns out it was just like a game I’m really really really upset

Why I think it’s not the best
I have to buy all the songs I want to learn and very few are free.
