Pick Up Limes

I canceled my subscription ahead of time but yet it still charged my card. I checked my subscriptions and it still shows that I cancelled. I’m trying to figure out how to contact Pick up Limes without luck.

When I downloaded this, I was under the mistaken impression there would be a signed-out option integrating content from the website in a convenient location. It doesn't. I think this is unfortunate. A lot of people are financially struggling these days and there's nothing to entice anyone who doesn't already know the PUL brand to consider subscribing. I DO know the brand and I'm not interested in giving my data away for a week long trial just to test it out. Even Meal Lime (who long ago beat you to this) gives you a reason to come back.
It is important for the developers to get paid but making the app 100% paid only kinda stinks. I'll come back when I see some website content integration. Until then it feels silly to use this. I'll stick to the YouTube. Been disappointed when I initially couldn't get this to work at ALL during the launch period and now I'm disappointed again by the business model.

There’s definitely a learning curve associated with this app. I wish they’d design something that made sense for people who weren’t cooking just for themselves. Would be nice to have the recipes you select for the week give a meal prep step by step and compile a grocery list for you. Surely there’s something out there. Anyone know?
