Can’t get past signup
This is the most infuriating onboarding workflow. It’s next to impossible to sign up as a non Dutch person.
Impossible to use for non-Dutch speakers
There is no way to translate and understand each page unless either 1) shot every screen to feed into a translator app, or 2) manually type letter by letter into a translator because the app does not allow me to copy paste any content!
Waste of time
I wanted to try it but yeah guess what? The waiting list more than 2000 !!! Probably you should just shut it down
Drains my battery
This app is infamous for draining the battery and takes too much space on my phone. Also, crashes are sort of everyday things in this app. I am highly disappointed with it and have already uninstalled it. Customer care, please be mindful of user feedback and work on it. Otherwise remove this garbage app from app store
App in English option please!
Would love to use this service but relocated to the Netherlands for work and i dont speak Dutch so cant use this. Would love if there was an option for the app to be in English.
Stupid useless app
Supposed to be for Dutch but can’t input Dutch post code! Idiots!
No news about deliveries
We decided to try this app after getting good references. We signed up but it has been 3 weeks and the position on the queue has hardly moved. Well, we will continue going for shopping to AH, Jumbo and Dirk.
