Even though this app can be fun in social settings, I have now experienced multiple occasions of fraudulent transactions. I have also learned many other customers have experienced the same issue of being somehow enrolled into a subscription without consent or any payment transaction. Do not use or download this app unless you want to be charged for a weekly subscription against your knowledge.

I had no idea this was a $5 sub, I would not have downloaded this app if I had know. It renews MULTIPLE times a month. This app is NOT worth this much money for what is provided. Be obvious and clear with customers about PAYMENTS, especially reoccurring subscriptions. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and app in general.

I downloaded this a long time ago because it was a great game. I downloaded it again for fun and weeks later found out that they were charging me $4.49 weekly, sometimes twice in a day. I unsubscribed myself from their subscription on Apple, deleted it. And for some reason thought since I unsubscribed and deleted it, I could download it again without being charged. Nope. Immediately got resubscribed and charged. It’s a sad a great game became such a scam.
Changed to scummy subscription model
This game use to be cheap, like a few dollars a month. They have updated it to $5 a week! Absolute scum move by whoever owns it to take advantage of people forgetting to unsubscribe. They didn’t update anything except for the price. Greed at it’s finest.

I have had Picolo for years. It is fun to pregame with. Bought all the packs, now when I tried to log in they have a subscription service and I can’t access what I already bought? Also 4.50/week is insane for a game like this. The devs are greedy and insane. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY $18 a month for a game that gives out prompts. Ridiculous.
Lousy service
I downloaded their app by mistake and if you have the possibility you can verify in their platform logs that I have never made use of it, I was never asked to confirm the subscription let alone confirm a payment, said payment they charge three and even four times a month. They are crooks behind a computer.

No one in their right mind would pay $5 per WEEK intentionally for this game. They are clearly scamming people who accidentally start a subscription or forget to stop the free trial. The game is fun but this model is outrageous. Also, if you’re gonna make me pay that much per week for decks, please remove the Facebook challenges which are a pathetic attempt of advertising the scam on social media.

downloaded this 0rap, thought about playing with a group, went into the application for a second, quit and didn’t open it again. They use the scam method of subscribing for $4 per week. Forgot to delete this 0rap, lost $20 without using the app!! Refund was refused.

I would not pay five dollars a week for literally anything in my life, streaming services, music, laundry, literally anything, especially not a drinking game that I play twice a month? To charge the same as Netflix for a game like this is WILD to me. So disappointed that they have changed it and I didn't even notice until recently so unfortunately I've been getting charged for a long time. I have loved it for 5+ years and I think it's trash now, I'll be deleting since I can't play without paying MORE THAN MY NETFLIX. Literally the audacity.

Poor shuffling
Disappointed I paid money for it to continuously lost the same person 5 turns in a row and then play 4 games in a row after that. Even the war version was like this having us tell jokes turn after turn, it gets boring when there’s no variation. Waste of money.
Charges every week
The game is fun, but nothing you can’t find on google with a quick “drinking game prompts” search. It charges every week and is over $20 for the month. The app also won’t let you access your account. It lets you add people for the game, change the language or rate the app. So they even make it convoluted to access your account to cancel as well. I’ve never had an app that won’t let you access any sort of settings (other than language) in the app itself.
