Cancel Subscription!
I have not used the premium subscription in quite a long time as it is too expensive. Saw a trial and that I would be notified before the trial ended so I could cancel to avoid charges. I was not notified. I saw the charge and tried to cancel but it was too late and now Apple is saying my $65 is not refundable! WTF! I would never have agreed to the stupid trial if I couldn’t cancel it. That’s insane for an app feature I DO NOT USE AND HAVE NOT IN A LOOOONG TIME! Shove the trial in my face again and again and again, no wonder!!! What a damn worthless thing to do to people. I’m a mom in a family of 7! I can’t afford to blow 65 damn dollars on some stupid app features that I can use free on other apps!!!!

They give you a free trial ,which I canceled the same day bc I don’t like it ,and now they still charged me $80 something for a year subscription even though it was never approved. Keep in mind I used it for 5min when I got the free trial and I have not used it since and especially not since they stole that 80 and they still refuse to refund .
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Offer your app for a one-time fee and I will be happy to pay buy it. Life has become too expensive to be adding any more subscriptions. So when I see that a subscription is required for an app that might be great, or to use all the features, I opt out with disappointment.

Not intuitive, automatically signs you up for expensive 1yr subscription after free trial
Difficult to use, rips you off after free trial. I haven’t used it once since the free trial and still am being told that it’s not eligible for a refund. There are other AI photo apps with better UIs and less predatory pricing schemes out there, go with one of those instead.

I tried this app during the trial. And canceled it next thing I know I’m getting charged a $83.99 charge. I disputed it with Apple and also disputed it with Picsart and they declined to refund my money. Not only did I cancel within the trial. They were supposed to send me a reminder even got that so I had already had a reminder set in my phone. Bottom line is they care more about their bottom line in revenue a customer being happy with their app. Why am I paying for something that I am not going to use and we’re not talking $8.39 here we’re talking about $83 that is a lot of money for something that I’m not happy with and I don’t want.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I wrote to PicsArt over a month ago asking them for vital information to see if this app would be a good fit for me. I gave them a number of questions and it took them over a month to respond. I let them know that an app is only as good as their customer service and there’s is unacceptable. This app is NOT recommended.
This is so dumb and stupid. I can’t even get here without a free trial.
Like I can’t even get in here with a free trial and I seen lavender blossom she’s a YouTuber lover subscribe to her, but yeah, I seen her use it and now I’m trying to use it. I can’t even get to any pictures but I have a free trial. So y’all need to fix this game OK I’m not mad at this game.

They made all the features that were previously free paid and now you can’t even use the free things without them lying and making you pay for pro. I make projects with the free things and then when I go to save it says that I’m using something pro which I am not. This app is so greedy for money.

Can’t get refund on annual fee
Accidentally got hit with a crazy annual fee and they won’t refund me even though it was on auto renewal and their services have not been used.
Free trial is useless.

Beware - Misleading Billing and Zero Support
This app falsely advertises its trial terms. I used the app once, canceled on the same day during the trial period, and was still charged $84 for an annual membership.
I tried to resolve the issue through Apple Support, but my refund request was denied by the developer. When I reached out directly to Picsart support, they refused to take any responsibility and responded with: “Picsart doesn’t have the authorization to charge, cancel or refund your subscription. Since Apple handles all purchases made within Picsart, you’ll have to contact them directly for help.”
This is incredibly frustrating and misleading. They are quick to take your money but unwilling to assist when something goes wrong. Passing customers back and forth with no resolution is unacceptable.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this app-be very careful with their subscriptions, as customer support is essentially nonexistent.

I used to love this app
I used to love this app, dawg. I understand that people have to be paid so there’s paid subscriptions to use certain things right. That’s reasonable but everything consistently changes and its very irritating because all of the things I used to use for free, slowly became part of the subscription. I don’t use this app enough to pay for it and it would be a waste of money for me to do. Otherwise I don’t mind it but i much rather use this app then have to resort to other editing apps, or AI to make dumb edits like bending text across my SpongeBob meme. I do not use this app for anything that serious very often. Not to mention every single time I use Picsart on the computer. It’s like the worst thing ever and the last time I used it, the subscription didn’t even cross over. I don’t know if that’s changed, but I might as well just have stayed with Adobe if that was the case.
