Be careful; Trap software
The “Pro” version doesn’t feel like a true professional product. The pricing is confusing and misleading-advertising a 3-day trial, then charging $83.99 for a year, or offering $53.99 to skip the trial. It feels like a trap rather than a transparent subscription.
Even after paying, the features are very limited. You can only create extremely short videos (around a few seconds), and to do anything more, you’re pushed to buy additional coins. This quickly becomes far more expensive than expected.
There are other apps that offer much more flexibility and allow you to create full-length videos without constantly charging extra. Between the pricing setup, limited functionality, and what appears to be overly positive or unreliable reviews, it’s hard to justify continuing to use this app.

used to be so good
What a disappointment. I've been using this app for years just for amateur photo editing. I recently tried again and it was trying to force subscriptions on me multiple times. I then tried to do basic adjustments on a photo and it didn’t work at all. I guess the creators got greedy because I genuinely used to love this app.

Pay for Pro - Didn’t get Pro
First, most of these good reviews are fake. Second, I have a “PRO” subscription and have paid for it for years and am still waiting for the app to reflect it. Still don’t have 500 credits per month nor the storage space that PRO offers. I have reached out to customer service for months with NO response. Their paid subscription is basically a scam and they don’t resolve any issues you have. Just use the free version. Cause paying for PRO is simply handing them money.
Why have to buy everything
I’m trying to make a photo and stuff and then I went to post it really bad since I spent all my hard work doing it and I have to pay just to post it. That’s just stupid. This app sucks. I hope you get sued.❤️
Scammed out of money
I was offered a three day free trial, used the app once for the unblur function (which didn’t work) & then billed $90 8 hours before the three days was even up. I cancelled before the free trial was up but both Apple and Picsart have refused to return the money taken from me. Picsart said I have to go to Apple which turned me down without so much of a reason. I was also falsely told by Picsart I’d receive a notification before billing. Don’t chance it.

Why would you ever have ai for stickers because I was about to make one and it just keeps telling me to make an AI sticker no, I don’t want to make an sticker. I literally just got a pro. so this is why I don’t like you. I used to like you and me and my own stickers and now you just ruined it nice I hate you.

I Used to Love Picsart
I have used Picsart for many years now, almost a decade. I have paid for the premium subscription at the yearly price. You might have access to most of the tools but they do not give what they say you will get as far as storage or credits. I have emailed them under the contact us section twice now and no response as to why this is happening. I will not be renewing my subscription since it really has very little difference without the storage or credits they promise you will receive. The fact you aren’t able to make a phone call to contact them is also pretty suspicious. I have given them at least $500 maybe even $800 over the years & to have my concerns ignored and fall upon deaf ears is disappointing to say the very least.

Great program for editing but too much pushing AI features
I love this program, I’ve been a loyal subscriber for a few years now but I am tired of all the AI related content on this site. I’m tired of AI features constantly being pushed on the app. I do not use AI and I will never use AI. At least add an option where users can turn off AI features and content.

Pro glitch
I signed up for the three day trial, and within 20 minutes of using the app and playing with the features, it prompts me again to upgrade. Not ready yet, so I clicked continue with free trial, nope, prompted again to upgrade. Closed the app and reloaded, again prompted to upgrade. It was fun for 20 min.
AI is terrible
I have had to waste so many tokens on your very flawed AI system because it clearly cannot follow simple instructions and I wish there was a way of getting those tokens back every time your AI program screws up because if you were able to make that happen then I would be able to give you 4 or 5 stars
Horrible update
Picsart can you please change this new update you guys made on the app. Me, and almost every other user on the app do not like the new update. We cannot log out, change our name, view our follower count if we have 1K+ or even have our banners as the background. A lot of my friends have quit because of this new change and it’s changing the whole vibe in a negative way. We would like the regular update from before. I appreciate your time reading this and I hope you take this into consideration.
