Mistake, not possible to cancel
I got this app as a recommendation to identify plants in the garden. It works well, but I was just interested in trying it, not subscribing to it! I tried to cancel on the day the trial period ends and it charged me for a full year subscription. I have been trying to cancel and get my refund since, to no avail

App is only free for a 7 day trial. Ads for this app are very deceiving as it’s advertised as free. It’s only free for seven days and then there is a $39.99 monthly charge after the trial period ends.

Do NOT do a free trial!! When you cancel they will put it as canceled but continue to charge you. No way to turn it off!
Don’t buy this app
The only advice they ever give for a diagnosis is overwatering. A couple of plants I had got worse because as it turned out I was not giving them enough water.
Company does not invest to modernize app
This app used to be very good. It seems as time goes on it misidentifies more and more plants and just can’t identify basic ones. Google and safari app pictures currently do a better job- for free. For the price they charge for this app the tech no longer justifies the exorbitant price of $30 a year. Google is free and better.
This app needs much upgrading to be competitive. Sad how such a good concept just becomes irrelevant if not kept up with the times

Don’t depend on them
After signing up for the free 7 day trial, the developers say they will send you a reminder to cancel before being charged for a full year’s subscription. Well guess what…I never got that reminders and was hit with a $42.39 charge this morning!!!

Beware of “free trial”
I cancelled 2 days before the free trial ended. Picture this went ahead and charged me $40 for the whole year then cancelled. There was no response on an inquiry request. I would not trust them.
I hate this app
I was taking pictures of random things and when I took a picture of a squishy it said it was a plant 🌱

Asks questions like age and are you depressed??? I deleted immediately.
Incorrect identification
I think that the purpose of this app is to identify more difficult and unique plants, not really common ones. It did not get it correct. It could be in a similar family, but it is wrong. It identified my plant as a dragonfruit that was “unhealthy.” But the succulent part of the plant had 4 sides and not 3, is a vine, and has a bright flamingo pink flower with excessively fuzzy white base. For sure not a dragonfruit. I’d skip this app if you have something unique. Unless there is a button to manually submit it to an expert if the app cannot correctly identify.
Waste of my time
I already decided to use the app and download it. Then it forces you to watch a long Ad. I just deleted it. I already downloaded, why make me watch a never ending Ad before I can even use the app? You already sold me on it

This app sucks! You can’t see what you’re looking for without popups staying on screen so long you give up and close the app.
Seeds of Hope
Purchased the app. Before I did I read the terms and conditions. Yep, I’m that guy. Seemed like a useful thing to have. I grow and cultivate the seeds and sell them for various types of rare plants. The one plant I took photos of the app says. “We do not diagnose these types of plants” I said what? If you are going to exclude certain varieties you might want to advertise which ones you are going to discriminate against. I’ve asked for a refund of my $44 but I’m sure I won’t get it. The way things are these days. Written up in a way that’s impossible to get around. I’m also sure I’m the only person with this problem. That’s the other thing people say. To get away with a service that doesn’t work.

Sylvester palm
Took a picture of our Sylvester palm which is plagued with brown fonds. They turn brown within days of growing new ones. This tree is not healthy yet this site says it is.
the creators should just give up on this one 😂
Absolute waste of time, hope u morons know I’ll be reporting this app as it has no buisness being on the App Store
Not helpful
It tells me that the plant is healthy when it’s almost dead, and more than one situation. And when it says it could use some help it doesn’t tell you what to do.
