I have been playing for a while now. When there is an issue with the game and you attempt to contact them they never resolve the issue. They never contact you weather it’s a money issue or game play problem.

So many problems. No help fixing them.
I absolutely love this game! Problem is, there are so many problems and no matter how many times I get in touch with them, I get no help. I woke up this morning to find my team missing on all of my devices. There is no way to rejoin because everything is gone. They haven’t kept my card albums up to date with my team members so I am no help with that. It’s very frustrating. I have worked so hard on this game. Time to find another game with a support team that will actually help fix problems.

Today is the 12 Apr 2026. While playing this game it advised me I had to update it. I was on level 3350 or so and after the update it sent me all the way back to level 1. Needless to say I will be deleting this ripoff of a game. Thank you for for the time I had.

The issues are area building and merge.
You have to pass way too many levels to complete, only to receive a small amount of coins. For the marge game you have to pass over 100 levels (could be a lot more but ive never finished) in order to receive 1000 coins. It already costs 900 coins for 5 extra moves! in building, you have to pass 100 levels in order to finish an area only to be rewarded with 300 coins, it's ridiculous. I feel bad for people who pay to play this game. It's a rip-off.

It’s irritating when you play the game and you keep winning and all of a sudden you don’t get your three extra videos because you don’t have enough coins to do it so you’re screwed and tattooed and I am not liking it. It is not right.
Deceptive advertising
Downloaded this game via an ad, which promised $100 worth of boosts or bonuses. This was a lie. The game itself is OK, but not as good as a similar games, namely Royal Match and Royal Kingdom

I downloaded this game and was promised a free gift pack and no gift pack is there! Feel let down and kinda scammed! Gonna see if I can contact the company and get it straight. I hate when games do this!
Deceptive advertising
I came across an ad for this game on Facebook and was enticed by the offer of $100 worth of boosters for free, just for downloading it. And there was nothing like that to be found in the game.

Leader Boards Are Rigged
Bots on the leaderboard that pace and mirror your score to keep you from winning. They only move up in score when you do. And their achievement stats never change.

I deleted this app two weeks ago and I just received a notification from Apple that a charge occurred yesterday. This is NOT the first time they’ve tried to sneak in charges. Be warned.

Terrible service
No one ever reads the messages you send to help you with app. Don’t waste your money. If you ever need help you won’t get it
4.9 rating must be fake! Don’t download. Don’t waste money.
I will never spend another dime on this game. I have had issues with the game and lost money…contacted customer support MANY MANY times. They don’t answer. Multiple players say the same thing. That 4.9 rating can’t be right! If this is reportable to the Better Business Bureau I will be doing it!
Buggy /bad customer service
Thought this was going to be fun but bugs in gameplay won’t allow some quests to be completed and there’s no way to contact customer service in game.
The game itself isn’t bad, but the support is non existent.
If you have a problem with the game there is zero support from the game developers; a bunch of AI generated questions that solve nothing . Even the Email they claim to offer as a source of contact is non existent.
Very crooked if you buy anything
I found out you might get ads at level 200 for extra coins then at 400 for 3 extra turns. That is not available for all users, and is not an option if you make any purchases. I started a new game after deleting everything and never got ads. But my game play after purchases was much harder and obvious that it was a money grab. Also as I neared completion of challenges, I failed constantly. My friend sent me 5 star cards so I could reach 500 stars but they stopped showing up when I was very close to 500. The people who get ads never have to spend a penny, but if you don’t there are levels completely impossible to win with the limited number of turns. This game was so fun until I realized that some players can cruise along watching ads while others can’t. Very crooked and I hope they shut you down thieves. Reported to google and apple for fraud

I’m only giving you one star because I have just a couple more hundred piggy cups to get and you’ve taken it away and replaced it with some bird game!!! bring back the piggy cup because that means I’m gonna have to start all over from the beginning and I do not appreciate you greedy SOB’s.. Do what’s right and give us 2 days back on piggy cup,that you took away for some ridiculous bird game!!!!!!!!!!!!!! giving me $3000 because of the screwup you people did that did not rectify what happened. New team battle.
Too many glitches in the game. I lost my card collection for 6 months. Finally came back. Recently the game changed on its battles and we all only got 118 coins. That’s no way for anyone to keep playing. Considering deleting game
Main screen don’t match player to player
The leader of our team sees something different than some of us on the team. He was ready to kick people he thought hadnt participated in something we could not see (team clash)
Doesn’t work
Why won’t you fix merge wonders so it actually works. It has not worked as long as I have had the game. It’s very frustrating because that part of the game is useless.
Political Ads?

Game keeps glitching out. It doesn’t recognize and pay rewards nor does it match the moves that allows bombs and bursts. Disappointing

Poorly programmed
So many issues with this game. I am done. How do you need one card for weeks and everything you open doesn’t give you the card. The scoring is deceptive. How can you not have other areas created for weeks. Disappointed to say the least. A waste of purchasing items in app.
Don’t waste your money
At first this game is fun to play but once you hit a certain point it’s unbeatable without spending money. I’ll give it to them, it is a fun game and keeps you wanting to play more and I don’t mind spending money to play but it’s gotten to the point where you’re spending money every level to keep going. Also, it has had many glitches since I very first started playing. I have tried contacting the developer multiple times about the issues I have had and they NEVER reply. I’ve used the in app help message and emailed them. I’ve lost real money playing because of their lack of never replying. I’m done. Delete!
Ads Too Big
played for over a year, was up to level 1600+, ads were often barely able to click out of, then suddenly an ad that was so big there was no way out but to give up and remove the app

I like the game but it is starting to have too many extra things. Also, haven’t been receiving cards sent from team members.
Misleading & too expensive
This game starts out like the others, very fun and basically free. But once you’ve played for a while, the game begins to work against you and becomes very expensive. If you like to play a lot, then you will have to pay a lot in order to keep playing. I’m very disappointed because I thought this one was going to be different. After I use my remaining points I’m going to delete it.
