This Game was a fun game at one time.. it’s ashamed it’s become a Money Greedy Cash Grab game… it’s definitely NO FUN NOW!!!!!

I clicked on an ad for this App, which stated that if it was downloaded, I would receive a load of package of bonuses worth $99. Well, I clicked and downloaded it and started at ground zero and didn’t get any rewards whatsoever.
Piggy kingdom
I started out loving this game more than any other game I’ve played. But I am now locked out of playing it and I haven’t lost a single time on over 1000 levels. I’ve never done as good as I did and now it’s frozen. Thanks

When one is offered a $99 bonus pack for a first time download and then get a generic“we are looking into it” message when complaining in-game…it behooves one to WARN a first-time download only happens the FIRST time…do NOT delete that sucker until you get the bonus pack…but also don’t play it.
Of course if you haven’t downloaded it yet, maybe it would be wiser to wait and see them put their money where their mouth is…

The Ad Lies
The ad says you will get a bonus “worth $100” if you install it. I don’t want to spoil it, but there’s no bonus.

I added the game from an ad that promoted free boosters/coins. I got nothing extra. Seems like a good game but deceptive advertising is a turn off. I will be deleting
False Promises
This game promises new users a $99 “best value” bundle for free, but when you download it, it’s nowhere to be found.
Rip off
An ad on my calendar app stated that if you downloaded Piggy Kingdom, you would get a bonus pack. Well, I did and no bonus pack was received. So tired of being lied to, app is deleted now. Don’t promise people something that you’re not going to deliver.
Saw an ad to download for reward
I was playing a different puzzle game and saw this one advertised and it stated that after download, my account would receive $100 in credit to use within the game. That didn’t happen, so I sent customer service a message, and received an automated response that they would get back to me soon. That was 12 days ago, so I sent another message. Honestly this game is really no different than any other Kingdom puzzle game out there. I am going to delete and move on.

Bugs in place
Cannot log in with Facebook at all - nothing helps!!! And I set prefered language English and guess what?? Also no way - changing language to my iphone all the time!!! Why??? Let people choose - no need to follow system language!!!! Deleted the app for good…
Increased difficulty Decreased rewards
All of these match games follow the same pattern: entice players with abundant reward opportunities and then later decrease reward opportunities while simultaneously increasing difficulty. The difference with this game is that when the algorithm wants you to lose it’s blatantly obvious almost to the point of cheating. Classic bait and switch scenarios.
Ad lies
While playing another game they had for Piggy Kingdom came up and I download it, the ad stated I would get a whole lot of boosters at least $100 worth LIES. A rip off of Royal Kingdom.
Rip off
I have been playing for a while now. When there is an issue with the game and you attempt to contact them they never resolve the issue. They never contact you weather it’s a money issue or game play problem.
BS click bait
Claims to give you tons of prizes when you download and start playing the game you get absolutely nothing. My wife said it best boring and primitive.

I removed this game because mine was nothing like the one you advertised which seems to be newer and more fun why do you developers do this? Sad thing is I like the game but I want play the game your advertising not an outdated nor
Teams page is blank
This game has been down all day. I have requested to talk to an agent but just get a generic recorded response. No actual help.
So many problems. No help fixing them.
I absolutely love this game! Problem is, there are so many problems and no matter how many times I get in touch with them, I get no help. I woke up this morning to find my team missing on all of my devices. There is no way to rejoin because everything is gone. They haven’t kept my card albums up to date with my team members so I am no help with that. It’s very frustrating. I have worked so hard on this game. Time to find another game with a support team that will actually help fix problems.

This game used to be fun but sitting there watching one of those black bombs shoot arrows all over the game and missing everything that it’s supposed to help you win or with eight bombs and you still freaking lose come on this is a joke. Lost my levels
Today is the 12 Apr 2026. While playing this game it advised me I had to update it. I was on level 3350 or so and after the update it sent me all the way back to level 1. Needless to say I will be deleting this ripoff of a game. Thank you for for the time I had.
It’s not a fair exchange
The issues are area building and merge.
You have to pass way too many levels to complete, only to receive a small amount of coins. For the marge game you have to pass over 100 levels (could be a lot more but ive never finished) in order to receive 1000 coins. It already costs 900 coins for 5 extra moves! in building, you have to pass 100 levels in order to finish an area only to be rewarded with 300 coins, it's ridiculous. I feel bad for people who pay to play this game. It's a rip-off.

It’s irritating when you play the game and you keep winning and all of a sudden you don’t get your three extra videos because you don’t have enough coins to do it so you’re screwed and tattooed and I am not liking it. It is not right.

No customer support beware
I’ve played Royal Match for a long time, but I recently switched to Piggy Kingdom because Royal Match started feeling too “pay-to-play.” I wanted to try something different, and I was genuinely enjoying Piggy Kingdom, after seeing it on Reddit.
I got to level 3820 in two weeks. Spent some money unfortunately.
Then the app glitched, and when I logged back in my entire account was gone.it started me from scratch. It F’n sucks.
I can find my account when I search for my team, so I know it still exists, but I have no way to access it. I’ve contacted Support twice a day for the past four days and still haven’t received a single response.
I’ve at least heard from Royal Match support same day. Disappointing.
I’ve spent $200+ on this game, and the complete lack of customer support is incredibly disappointing.
It’s really unfortunate because I was having a lot of fun with Piggy Kingdom and had completely stopped playing Royal Match. But if this is the level of support when players are contacting support and getting no response I’m going to quit.
Im almost already to level 700 in the last three days on my new account. I’ve spent money on this one too unfortunately.

Scam?
So, I downloaded this game through another one I play. The ad told me I’d receive $99 dollars worth of goodies to use. Haven’t seen it, so where is it? Love the game, didn’t appreciate the throw off. Unless get it at a certain level, which should have been noted in the ad.
Game play is jerky.
This game is obviously a similar spin off of Royal Kingdom and Royal Match. Unfortunately, the game play is not nearly as smooth. Objects move around too quickly making it difficult to see what is actually happening.
Money grab at higher levels
At first this game is a blast. Then you buy a little help and you’re still winning. It’s a total money pit.
