Unplayable
Idk what updates were pushed but this game is now immediately unplayable; crashes at almost every action I try to take, even for something like sending postcards. It took me 10 tries to join a mushroom invite because it kept crashing every time I try to join. My friends are also experiencing crashing whenever they join mushroom invites and they’re on a new (released in the past year) Samsung phone.
Love the game but for the love of god please fix whatever buggy mess is causing these issues.

Not compatible with new phone
Ever since I got my new phone I cannot get steps to register. I’ve tried everything. So sad to not be enjoying this game any more.
No longer fun
The game has turned into rewarding if you only spend money. I used to like it but no longer
Slow and User-Hostile
Not for serious gamers. Whaling is actively punished. The entire UI runs at a pace that makes snails look swift, and that’s on the rare occasion that it’s running correctly. I’ve briefly played it on the newest, most expensive phone (briefly because phones don’t stay the newest or most expensive for more than a few months tops) and it’s just not properly optimized for anything. This game is probably a delight for incredibly casual gamers, people without senses, boomers, et cetera. I’m none of those, and it’s purgatory. I should just get addicted to hard drugs instead. Maybe if they add Miis to hard drugs.
Also, right now there’s a limited-time collaboration with the Super Mario Galaxy Movie that i can’t even start because i *play Pikmin Bloom too much*. It is literally insane how Scopely or Niantic or Satan or whoever’s fault this entire app is right now would rather bite the hand that feeds it than just be fed.

Doesn’t work at all now
I’ve played this game religiously for 3 years and now the app is essentially worthless. I can’t do a single thing without the app crashing immediately. Want to collect mushroom rewards? Crash before the results screen loads. Want to go on an expedition? Crash before I can even finish selecting my Pikmin and press go. Want to plant flowers? Crash before the petals screen loads. Want to feed my Pikmin nectar? My phone’s iOS is up to date. I have enough storage space on my phone to run the app. The app itself is up to date. Deleting and restarting the app doesn’t help. Restating my phone doesn’t help. Absolutely disappointed.

Flowers and coins
I enjoy this game but it’s hard to move up now. I walk for 30 minutes to an hour and I’m lucky if I get 2 coins.
Bad Zooming behavior
The game is great. But a recent update is making it less fun.
When exploring your pikmin on the map, the minute you select a pikmin, the screen zooms you out, and you lose track of where you were.
I am losing interest in keeping track of my pikmin, and thus collecting them, if I cannot review them geographically.

Event Challenges.
This app was once an excellent walking companion, but unfortunately, it has undergone some changes that have affected its overall quality. One of the main issues is the reduced rewards for walking, which has made it necessary to drive at a moderate pace to achieve the same results as before. Furthermore, the game's focus has shifted towards generating revenue, making it challenging to complete events without spending money. I've noticed that many players, including myself, are unable to complete event collections, and the game often prompts us to purchase the final item needed to complete the collection.
