Predatory
I signed up for the seven day free trial on April 10. My card was charged $29.99 on April 13th. I would have likely kept the app if my card was charged on April 17th as expected. Not cool to charge during the free trial period.

Why Ask?
Why do you ask if we have problems with certain parts of our bodies if you don’t change the exercises to accommodate them? I marked that I have knee problems, but consistently receive exercises that require me to either be on my knees or to place additional strain on them. If you ask about potential problems, can you at least change the exercises to work with them, or at least suggest possible alternatives? Otherwise, don’t ask, so I don’t expect that there will be exercises that fit my specific needs.

I signed up for premium and paid for the year. I had to replace my phone and now can’t access the account I had - they want me to pay again!! Not cool!
Lies
They said you can do it for free for 7 days and then after that you can continue to do it for free in a response to a review but that is a lie. I am only on day 4 and i can’t do the work out without paying. Would not recommend this app.

I’ve emailed you guys 4 times not for a refund and you’ve failed to email me back for numerous days.

Limits you to the days workout.
I paid for these work outs and it only lets you do one a day. I’ll be requesting a refund. A possible class action might be in order.

Whenever I downloaded this app it was free whenever I did the workout but on day 4, I was ready to do these bed “Pilates” and guess what, they told me a discount 57% off and I was like “oh maybe I just have to click to do it again”. But nope it wasn’t free so idk if you could do your weight loss journey on this so whoever downloaded this and got the same this as me, sorry for ya

Where’s subscription management ?
I am a new subscriber. Usually, subscription management is easy to find within the app but I have been unable to locate it and messages inquiring it location have not received replies.
Issue
it was working super well for me i felt myself getting into the routine but on the 4th day when i was all ready to do my work out it wouldn’t let me access my 28 days free work out no matter what it just kept popping up that i had to pay
I loved this app but then had to pay
So I started this app and I was like ok it says you don’t have to pay unless you want premium.Well then I got the app and today was day 4 and it said I had to have premium and y’all said I didn’t need to pay unless I wanted premium for better experience (y’all said that on someone else’s review)
So I deleted the app and I’m kinda upset bc I liked the app otherwise the first 3 days were great.
