Worthless
Once you download this app and sign in, you can’t do anything. The screen just says welcome back and no options to do anything. When you go to remove the app and it says click here to send info why you’re deleting the app…it takes you to a page no longer found. This is sketchy at best or just a pathetic excuse for an app. I loved the concept, which is why I wanted it. But when you can’t do anything once in the app, it’s worthless.

They enrolled in a premium subscription and I did not do it.
I ended up with a premium subscription and I did not do anything. It paid itself. It does let me see where to cancel it and get my money back if they took it.

I could never figure out an easy way to track past travel.

I took a chance on this. It said in app costs. What it didn’t say was that it is SUBSCRIPTION based. I don’t want a subscription. It also says you can cancel in the app. I couldn’t find where. I emailed them from the app telling them to not charge me.

Paying? Are you kidding me? I don’t think so. You had me sign up and then tell me that I would have to pay to use your app. I think you guys should let the people know before they gave you all that information now you have my information and that’s invasion of my privacy if I don’t wanna pay. Let everybody else pay the $44 a year. I don’t think that’s right to me. It’s false advertisement after the fact.
It’s not “in app purchases” if the app requires a subscription
That’s it… saw an ad on Facebook, installed the app, since I’ve been to a lot of places seemed handy to keep a record. I was happy to see it listed as “in app purchases” because that generally means the app is free, and upgrades (that I have 0 interest in as I’d use the app like once a year) are available for additional cost

Incredibly buggy - unusable
Thought I’d try this app out. Signed up and then was stuck in an eternal loading screen. I’ve tried quitting out of the app and reopening it, but it stays in an eternal loading screen. Such a waste of my time.
No 3 day trail use
They charge your credit card immediately and when I tried to cancel the subscription, it tells me that I have the app for the whole year. Let’s call it what it is, they just want your money!

Seeing as how I only had this app downloaded for less than 3 hours, I shouldn’t have gotten charged $14.99 since I was clearly within the 3-day free trial window. Also, not as user friendly as it should be. I just wanted to select states I had been too but you had to do cities. My first ever negative review on the App Store. Don’t download.

Poor navigation
Just installed it and will immediately uninstall it. This app has such poor navigation and instructions. I pinned all the cities I’ve been to but can’t seem to get maps of my pins. It keeps asking me to add pins when I’ve already done it. No thanks.

It just wants you to pay. Every time you click on anything, it prompts you to pay. So many better free ones out there.

Features seem to be missing. Countries and territories are missing. Poor grammar in the instructions. This is not a professional app. There’s no clear way to cancel the trial, and be issued the refund.

This app literally does everything that you can do in Google maps but makes you pay for the premium features that you can do in Google maps for free. The map also wants to charge you if it scans your photos and pins places you’ve been as well. it’s absolutely ridiculous. How many behind the paywall features are in this app don’t waste your time. I am a frequent traveller who is widely travelled in Europe, Asia and North America. I liked the idea of the app, but realizing the limitations of the free app I can’t see spending money on something that might or might not do what I want. I’d rather spend the money travelling.
Not what I was hoping for
I was not able to keep track of National Parks and Forests visited, only cities which is not most of my travel. Also, the free version only allows 50 pins. I don’t like paying for extra pins. Paying for cool features is fine but not for something like pins.
50 Pins??
50 pins for the free version. After you use them, time to pay. People that do travel probably have been to more than 50 places in their own country. Let’s not talk about going outside the country

Good concept
Very little features that are engaging. I paid and then canceled membership before it renewed (months before annual subscription would expire) and was never able to oh back in. It’s an annual subscription and I got about a month of it.

The app works as advertised however, there is absolutely no customer support. I tried to email them twice about switching my login email and did not get any response from the company.

a lot of bug issues
It’s a cool app but there’s a lot of issues with adding stuff to the visited vs the wishlist. If I’m on the wishlist and add countries to that list, they will end up on my visited list and then I have to delete them and it’s really annoying. also, i’ve repeatedly counted my flags and list of countries i’ve been to and it’s 19 to make sure i’m not wrong, but for some reason the app says 21?? which is just wrong
Underwhelming
Tried the app out, no issues, but then when I see that it can scan your photos for geolocations, I tried the subscription. I have like 35k photos across the US, and it gave me a few cities in CA, one in AR, and one in OR. Canceled the subscription. If it gets fixed, I may do the lifetime. That’s only a maybe for an if
