Support gives nonsense replies when I tell them about bugs with the app. They ignore other bugs completely. I guess they don’t care about improving the app. Smart move guys. Text disappears from bio randomly. Repeatedly. Settings ignore what you put (have kids? - No) … flips it back to “No response”. Over and over. Audio clip quality is horrible. Grainy. Over-compressed. Mail inbox is annoying as heck. Don’t create a separate box for “Unread” and move messages around with “Inbox”. Just have Inbox and put a Dot on the unread ones. It’s such a pain in the butt to have to manage two inboxes!!!
Functional app but itonfist guidelines
Because of strict guidelines it’s difficult to be honest with what you are seeking for it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Too many solicitors thanks to ironfist guidelines nobody bother to write their own profile so if I can’t write a honest profile why bother paying $20mo or $100yr for premium when you won’t find anything

I’ve been using PinaLove for several years and have always been respectful to everyone on the app. I never argue with scammers, never engage with the constant requests for money or crypto investments, and simply block them right away.
I’ve put up with the endless fake profiles and low-quality experience because I was able to connect with some genuine people.
Today I was permanently banned with no warning. My only “offense”? I wrote a polite and respectful note in my bio stating that, due to high STD rates (especially HIV) in the country, I would show my own recent medical records proving I’m clean before meeting anyone - and that I expected the same courtesy in return. I wasn’t shaming or criticizing anyone. I was simply protecting my health and being transparent.
Apparently PinaLove doesn’t allow users to have basic boundaries or health standards. If you care about your safety, this app will punish you for it.
Between the flood of scammers, fake profiles, and now getting banned for no good reason, this app is no longer worth using. I cannot recommend PinaLove to anyone. Save your time and download something else.
If you don’t believe me then try it for yourself. Write a polite bio saying that you want to see your date’s medical records, and you’ll show yours too. That’ll get you banned! PinaLove doesn’t care about your health, they just don’t want users to get “offended” and leave PinaLove.

Freezes
This app is constantly freezing up in iOS 26. I have to switch airplane mode off/on about every two minutes to get it to work right. Super annoying & this is the only app on my iPhone doing it.

We have to turn on our cameras so their algorithms can scan our faces. This is straight out of a dystopian nightmare.
They claim that this is a feature to protect against scamming, yet all you have to do is pay them money, and you can bypass it freely without worry… so much for staunch ethics and taking a stance against scammers.
All this does is enable more sophisticated scams by deluding gullible users into thinking verification means something.

This app is terrible
The app basically banned me while I was signing up, how are you going to Ban me before I even get to USE the app??? I have no idea why I was banned, no email or explanation(obviously) but seeing the positive reviews I wanted to give it a try and I didn’t even get a chance too. Don’t try it, if this is a bug don’t waste your time on this app if it isn’t then the devs purposely banned me for no reason

Don’t even try to take your money when you beg them to My premium subscription expired and I tried to renew it on the website but it was impossible (even though the website said they take PayPal they don’t, and there is no method to pay via the website). So I tried to login through the app to pay but was never able to access my account despite entering my email address and user id. I sent no less than 15 emails to support to rectify this, they didn’t even bother to read my emails and sent back irrelevant nonsense. Now when I try to login to pay it says my account is banned - banned for persistently trying to pay them. If it weren’t so horrible it would be funny

Tried and tried to verify but it would not accept as many others too I seen here say ? So I just messaged without just fine until my subscription ran out and it is still supposed to allow you it’s just restricted but no now I can’t do anything it pops up and says verify which is certainly not required unless you are a white American ?

Just paid for one month premium and still makes me wait 10mins to send message, and to top off im still having the issue where the app wants to just not work unless i go in airplane mode and then turn off reconnect to data and works. Would be nice if some admin reaches out to fix this issue or reimburse me

Banned for no reason and locked out of my account
I was using my account this afternoon and logged out. Before I said hi and nice to meet you to other people on the app. That’s all I did. I wrote a lengthy profile about not wanting anything weird because I had people send me inappropriate pictures without my consent and to try scam me offline. I had emails with likes from other people early evening. Then I got kicked out when trying to log in. Same thing on thaicupid. I sent many emails for support and they said good luck and didn’t help. So it’s ok for people on the app to send disgusting pictures and scam others for actual illegal activity. When I want to meet someone that can lead to a serious relationship in the future. I get banned.
Don’t buy premium.
I paid for premium and they never gave me premium abilities. It still had me as a free user. There’s no real customer support. When you contact “help” they never respond.

I used this app and 2020 and it was pretty decent but now it’s just scammers and seemingly incompetent people that don’t understand basic things about life. So it makes me wonder what’s there reason for even using the app. They will reply with nonsensical messages. Within one week I met three women that thought the Earth was flat and then a fourth one that said people used to be bigger. And then nothing like that ever happened again. Most of the time they will reply that they are hungry and don’t have food and it’s like why are you on a dating app? But none of that’s really important now because that app doesn’t even work. It stopped working. None of the content loads, even though I’m getting message notifications I can’t see them, and I can’t load any information in the app. It’s just that spinning loading icon forever it never loads content.

The app sends you a link to your Gmail to verify who you say you are. Then you open it but it doesn’t work at all, then the app cuts you from communication with other users and there’s no help for this

My account was banned back in August of this year and somehow they charge me the membership fee 4 days ago??! Wouldn’t they cancel your account if they ban you? I guess this is a way for them to make money even from “customers” that can no longer access their accounts. Also this dating app is filled with single moms and gold diggers, it’s best to just stay away from apps like these or to just take it with a grain of salt and accept the women from these countries only want you for your citizenship and money. Unless you’re fine with that then I guess have fun here but for majority of the women you’ll meet here are what I described above. Just keep in mind that if your account is paused or banned you will still be attached to the membership which is not fair at all.

This app is doing something illegitimate
I suggest everyone reading this look go use something else. Having used the app for nearly 5 months that the app clearly has allot of fake profiles. I believe it’s he maker of this app is manipulating you into thinking someone is interested in you. I have done tests and have come to the conclusion the developer of this application is using programming to fool into paying for subscription. When you exist the app sometimes a few seconds or a minute or 2 later you get a notification someone is interested in you. It’s very clear the developer has programmed the app once you close the app they take an existing profile and send an interest notification as if someone real is really is interested in you. Go and ahead try it. There are some real people on here that you get yo char with once in a while. Some of them i would say are scammers. Some women give you a sob story and ask for money. Some switch their profile pictures often. Clearly this app has issues. Their photo verification is a joke. What gets me the most is it’s so obvious after 5 months of using the pattern that the developer is doing something illegitimate. Apple of course cannot keep track and baby each app. But i can say for certain this developer is doing something illegitimate. Exist the app and notice all of a sudden you get notifications of someone interested in you. It’s not hard to program an app to do this. Apple has a responsibility to get rid of apps that are doing illegitimate things. and this app deserves to be removed. Look for other apps like eharmony. I met my ex wife there and although they have issues there sometimes at least they try to do something to keep their system legit. For sure they do not do what this app is doing and fool people into subscribing with fake messages and interests. If someone at apple is reading this remove the app. Like I said I have been on their platform for 5 months and it’s clear what they are up to. Do bot waste your money here.
