Game Resets Progress Constantly
I enjoy this game generally, but what drives me crazy is that if you start a round and get interrupted where you have to put your phone down for a little bit, the game resets and deletes your progress, forcing you to restart the level you were on. This is particularly bad if you used any power ups to get to the point you’re at. Total rip off
New update sucks
Was working good before the new update, now it boots you out in the middle of the game. Would be nice if I could go a full level without it stopping or lagging

Eighth edit: **EIGHT** ‘updates’ in a row of it crashing either immediately upon opening or within a few moves of starting a puzzle. How can you be so incompetent as to not try running your own game to see if it works before releasing a so-called update? -=-=-=- Gameplay WAS alright. What is *NOT* is having used some of your helpers and gotten to one or two platforms from the end of Fire Quest, being 3/4 of the way through the current puzzle, then trying to use the finger to grab a needed color, only to have the game crash and wipe out your progress on not only Fire Quest but Cosmic Journey as well. The bug where pigs randomly skip over shooting particular blocks, and have to be sent around 3 or more times to hit a single one, doesn’t help your quality rating either.

This game is swarmed by ads. They have done an okay job of introducing new elements to the game, like the Cosmic Journey and Pixel Race. HOWEVER - Pixel Race is rigged. You’re playing against bots, not real players. You can have a “1” on your helmet the entire run, indicating you’re in 1st place, and no matter how quickly you finish the final level - it will say “finished” instead of “claim” and you will be 2nd place and awarded no prize. This game is a money grab. If the developer doesn’t get money from you, they’ll get it through ads, which are so frequent that if you are not engaged in a level, you’re watching an ad. And no airplane mode. They’ve made it so internet is required. You can always just close the app as soon as the ad starts, and re-launch it but that gets tiresome after a bit.

Update 3/5/2026: ANOTHER update (version 0.24.3) that crashes constantly. This is about the 7th or 8th update in a row that is UNPLAYABLE!!!! Did you fire all the qualified developers at your company???????? When will this actually get fixed???????
Starts fun becomes a cash grab
Updated: latest update renders app unusable. Game crashes right after I spend precious coins or rewards to keep playing an impossible level. Developers grabbing cash and running. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

You cannot play this game offline (so it’s a no-go on airplanes,) which also means you can’t avoid the ads, which sometimes include hardcore pornography.

I love this game. But the last month or so it’s been almost impossible to play. It keeps freezing or just randomly closing the whole game.

I loved this game. I’m on level 1114. Unfortunately for the last month or so it crashes constantly. When I wrote to support they just said bugs have been fixed and make sure my app was updated. That was a couple updates ago and now I can’t even play for 30 seconds before it force closes and I lose a life. It just keeps getting more and more buggy.

Passing Levels
I got to 835 before abandoning the game. I loved it, but I’m not willing to pay to get past a level. Agree with others who suggested some daily rewards that allow you to get through levels without purchases. I don’t mind the ads as much as I hate a game that you can’t beat without paying to get past it.

Pay to play and too many ads
This game was okay to play for a while, although the ads are excessive. However, for the more difficult levels you need boosters. The only way to get enough boosters is by purchasing them with cash.

Not an offline game
Worked fine offline until level 20, then the endless prompts of “please check your internet connection” started. Not even a grace period in case you’re traveling in an area with no connectivity.

SO many ads
It was fun at first but after like level 10, you get ads after every single level. I deleted the game so fast. I will MAYBE spend $1-2 on add free if i really like the game but $10 is absolutely ridiculous. Just goes to show that the creators are just money hungry.. charging $10 for ad free plus whatever they make for forcing ads after every level.

I usually search for critical reviews on low-effort free mobile apps like this one to see if they’ve bloated it with ads and microtransactions. Turns out they were right. They wait for you to rate it before flooding you with ads, so be careful out there.

Not sure what’s wrong but the game crashes all the time now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times without luck. Love this game so this is a huge bummer. Fix it soon please. I’ll go find something else.

Ad centric and WiFi dependent.
This game just got worse. Where I work I can barely get a cell phone signal. Until now I’ve been able to play here and there. But now the game constantly nags me that it wants a WiFi connection. This has become THE WORSE of the apps that require you to have WiFi to play it.
Still Pay to Play even after purchasing app
Do not buy this game! You still only get a limited number of hearts to play at a time. When they run out you need to buy more or wait 30min to an hour for another heart. Pretty ridiculous when you buy a game for $8 to still have to pay extra money to play. Scam like all the others.

I’ve gotten to level 524 and the game freezes and the app shuts down. It does this over and over which is very frustrating. I also wish there were more side games going. Things are locked on the side, but you can’t seem to access them no matter how much you play though the game is very fun. It does not user-friendly.

The game was very fun at first! I would play it all the time, but I have recently deleted it. The game would glitch out on my IPad. At first it was just affecting the ads. Then, it started to affect the game by automatically kicking me off the game. Repetitive and slightly boring
There is no skill involved, you are doing the same thing over again, just hitting buttons repeatedly. Not too many ads, but there are some. It’s not all that fun, but there is no interest after about half an hour.

I loathe the totems. It’s no fun when you can’t see where the totems are and you get to the bottom after playing for a long time and POOF there’s a totem that you can’t get rid of and then you have to pay 900 coins? No. I’ll just stop playing.

Fun, but too many ads
Fun puzzles, I really enjoy the game. But after about level 10 or so you start getting ads between EVERY LEVEL, and it made it not worth playing. Every 3 levels or so would be annoying but tolerable, but it’s so frustrating having to skip through a 3-part ad that overrides other audio every 2-3 minutes.
