For the past week I’ve been trying to sign into the app since the update but doesn’t sign me in even after putting in code
Pizza Hut app. Horrible
I used this app to purchase pizzas for customers and could not get it to work correctly. So I called the Pizza Hut location in Denton, TX. to place my order and I asked if any order has been placed by me. They said no so I ordered 6 pizzas and paid over the phone. So they delivered the pizzas and while we were eating our pizzas another person showed up with 6 more pizzas from Pizza Hut in Denton, TX. so I couldn’t refuse them since I already paid for them. But what’s weird is the PH app kept refusing my payment and I had to start over so that is why I called my order in. I called to explain the circumstances and person was courteous, but couldn’t do anything about it.

Pizza delivery tracker LITERALLY doesn't track your order at all!!!! Your order NEVER progresses past "Received." You will NEVER know when your order is being made or out for delivery when using the Pizza Hut iOS App. This has been a problem for more than 1 year.
Completely bugged
This app is a mess - been a Pizza Hut rewards member for years, but impossible to log into the app - can only order as a guest. The Hello Fresh add that pops up after ordering cannot be declined. You guys need to hire someone to oversee app development.
App update sucks
The new update has no easy way for existing customers to sign in. Spent twenty minutes going is circles on the app and web page before just going somewhere else. What a joke to screw over existing loyal customer

Order ahead
Scheduling an order for later never works! I had to call and cancel the order and repay over the phone, was an extra $10 and no rewards. This has happened twice now.

Will not allow you to sign in to use your points. It takes you to where you create an account, I already have an account. Why did you change the app it was fine like it was, now I can’t even place an order. This is ridiculous!

I created an account on the app, received a welcome to rewards program email, and ordered a pizza. The next time I ordered a pizza I had to do it all over again. Then it said my account already existed, but I have absolutely no way to get to it in the app. It does not have an option to sign in.
Dissatisfied
Do not order from this Pizza Hut. They will cheat you. I ordered one large pizza and the charged me for at least twice that. I had 2 charges on my bank account and they were both for more than the pizza cost.

He did updates, but now it’s even worse than before. We’re unable to process our order because it keeps saying not more than one payment method can be allowed. We always pay using the same card. We can’t even change it to pay in the store because it won’t allow us past that next step.

This app is basically useless now. I tried to use my points so I wouldn’t have to pay so much for a pizza and some wings but when I went to put it in the cart it just said “couldn’t put item in cart” so I said f it and tried to order normally and GUESS WHAT..IT STILL SAID IT COULDN’T PUT ITEM IN CART so I tried to delete the app and reinstall it to see if it would work but it still came up with that error message and I’m noticing that it’s been happening to other people too so I know it’s an app issue and I think a lot of people would appreciate it if it gets resolved ASAP.

If I could give this app a negative 9,00,000 I would. Kept asking me to make a new account even though I ready had one. When it sent me a code it allowed me to copy and paste, but not enter. Last time I use Pizza Hut

Am I to believe that you guys got rid of delivery drivers so you could have doordashers deliver? I literally order through you so I don’t give doordash any money. Glad I know now. I won’t be giving you my business anymore :)

Garbage app
Pizza Hut purposefully makes it so they don’t have to honor any of their coupons. Anytime I get a coupon for Pizza Hut whether it’s T-Mobile Tuesday or the other it doesn’t matter where in NC I am, “tHiS lOcAtIoN dOeSn’t hOnOr tHe cOuPoN”. For literally every single store, Greenville, Raleigh, fuquay, holly springs doesn’t matter. Waste of my Tuesday coupons because you decide to let your franchises do whatever they want.

You can’t convince me Pizza Hut didn’t vibecode their app over a weekend with the cheapest LLM subscription available.
Finding out why an order couldn’t be placed is not intuitive. I’m using a flagship phone with default settings and there are multiple UI problems with this app - I’m constantly having to manually close my keyboard when typing into an input field to see all the information I need. I don’t do this on any of the other 15+ restaurant apps I regularly use - literally no problems with any other app.

Asks for update get time I open it! Old version has less problems! Y’all erased my rewards when yall changed the app! Pizza good app trash!!!!
WHATS WRONG WiTH THIS APP
Almost every time I order on this app something always goes wrong!! Especially locating my orders in random buildings I never order from. While I’m on my lunch! Then the order I placed before I put toppings on DISSAPPEARED!
Delivery but using DoorDash to deliver
Why am I paying $5-6 for delivery when they are routing the delivery orders to DoorDash?? Then I am being asked to tip ON TOP of the delivery charge?? Why would I even order through pizza hut directly when I can just order through DoorDash directly

Broken, Nothing Works
Can’t log in with phone number or email. Previously when I COULD login, it wouldn’t let me spend the free points. On top of this, they changed the hand tossed pizza to taste like doughy floor-pizzas from Little Caesars. The food is literally the same quality as the $5 joke pizza shop.

As the title says, order never updates from order received. Not a very good app. Better off using the webpage.

Where’s My Account?
I’ve used this app for years and Pizza Hut has been my go to for decades but now I can’t login on the app. I send a code to the phone and email and no code arrives. I have to use a web browser just to get a code sent. Even then, once I “log in” my account is nothing. My rewards are gone. My address and payment options gone. Order history gone. When I try to add an address I get an error message. I had to order from freaking Marco’s Pizza, last night for crying out loud. Why have to forsaken me?

Really Wanted Pizza Hut but the App wouldn’t take my payment. So I canceled the order and got Papa Johns instead. It’s a Shame you let your App cause you to be out pizzad

I have had the Pizza Hut app for a while now and I haven’t been able to login in nearly a year. I cannot find the login button and when I open the app it immediately goes to sign up!
