Unable to create sign on
I signed up online (not the app) and then downloaded the app, however when opening the app it does not recognize me as a member and will not let me bypass to create an account.

They will take your money even when you attempt to repeatedly stop them. They are a predatory company and need to be investigated for theft. Do NOT give them your bank account information. They are TERRIBLE and WILL steal your money!!!

Worst app of all time when it comes to payments, first it says that I already paid so I think oh okay I already paid my monthly fee. Next thing you know im charged a late fee!!! I spent over $100 on late fees because of that bs!!! Then I can’t even get my money back!!!
Need a new fancy phone to now!
Will only work on phones who can update to iOS 16 or higher. Big mistake. A 1/4 of the people I know still use older iPhones. They literally cost 1000 bucks for a news one. Ridiculous. Now I have to carry a a thing on keychain to check in. And update payment info in person.
Also they don’t have a way for people to pay in cash if you can’t get a bank account. Which is more people than they think.

The app won’t load for multiple days

I never see greedy fitness club in my life to make u open an account they advertise u can even cancel your membership on ur phone that’s a lie the late fee is out of hand even if u didn’t use or work out. LA Fitness is much better this is crazy imagine this problem is for the 3rd time.
Needs Apple Wallet Integration!
The app app itself works fairly well however, the fact that you have to go find the app to get access to your gym pass is a complete pain in the butt. It would be much easier if they would integrate with Apple Wallet that you can easily access your gym pass automatically when you arrive at your local gym.
