Don’t get
Never suggests any weight lifting only body weight exercises. Very difficult to navigate and find a workout that works for me. Regret my subscription.
Failure to launch

Be careful
I followed this app for 1 workout. I now have been to the ER because I have severely bruised tricep muscles to the point I can barely bend or move my arms!! I won’t be using this app ever again.
Bugs
Will not log correct number of pounds for weights. Please fix. Cannot get an accurate workout of what was lifted.
Unable to open app
Unable to open app. And it does it doesn’t respond and keeps shutting down. Had to cancel subscription

So, the app worked great on iOS, something has changed and now the app doesn’t open or loads incredibly slowly. And always crashes after completing a workout.
I liked it a ton, and would recommend it, just not for iPhone users at current sorry all.

The advertisement listed this app as FREE. Well, there’s a trial period that is free and well, just like every other app out there… you have to pay. NOPE!
All not working anymore
I have been using the app for a few months now and even upgraded to $79.99 deal. It’s been great but now it won’t let me log in and won’t cancel my membership! I’ve tried emailing but no response from email! I am not pleased with this app anymore

Went and worked out this morning pressed log out and finish it did not it’s not possible to listen to music while you work out and that little countdown timer never works and I pay for the premium service🤡
Am I missing something?
It appears as if you cannot create a custom workout and then save it in the app? I want to create my own routine and track the reps and weights each day of the week. But every time I switch days, it erases any changes I’ve made to another day.
I feel like I am missing something here.
It also doesn’t seem to save any changes you make to the gym workout for each day either. Like it allows you change things during a workout but then loses all that information if you change days.

Great app when it was working.
To whom it may concern, I lost 30 pounds while using this app in 6 months…was working great until my Verizon 5G apple iphone stopped working. I emailed tech support to report the problem and it’s been a week. Still no update about the app, I have requested a refund due to the app not working and SILENT from this app manufacturer. Only way I can use this app is being on WiFi and I wouldn’t use public WiFi, I have also using other apps while at the gym such as Amazon and facebook and no issues.
I hope to get a refund.
I don't use this app anymore. I've never used it since September 5, 2024, when I first installed it, and I had to check the components in the app because of the premium plan feature that I had to check for experience. I deleted it to stop using it after that day, but suddenly I got a payment text today. I forgot about it for a while, but I got paid a whopping $84! I'm not willing to use this app. I want a refund to my payment account.

I downloaded the app and was getting started on it. It asked for my birthday which I had typed in however whenever it got to adding the birth year it would say check birth date and wouldn’t let me continue. I deleted the app and redownloaded to see if it was just my phone but it still did it. Would love to try this app but it will not let me.

Would have loved to try this app out but it crashed and closed app twice. Fix that and I may try it again.

I’ve had this app for over a year and it has been really helpful in the gym. Sadly, the updates have been making it really difficult to use. The app no longer notifies me when the rest timer is up which is a pretty crucial feature. I was told by developers that the app was never designed to vibrate or make a noise when the timer is ends which is weird because it used to. Regardless, I’m going to have to find another workout app. If I were you I’d look elsewhere.

I used to love this app and have been using it regularly, but ever since the recent updates, I’ve noticed several issues starting to pop up - one of the biggest being with how weights are displayed.
When I enter my workout weights in pounds, the app now converts and shows them as long decimal numbers instead of clean, rounded figures. For example, if I type in 45 lbs, it shows something like “20.41164 lbs” or “36.28736 lbs.” It seems like the app might be converting entries to kilograms internally and then re-displaying them incorrectly.
This makes tracking confusing and really takes away from the otherwise smooth experience the app used to offer. I’ve double-checked my unit settings, and they’re definitely set to pounds.
Please look into fixing this issue - I’d really like to keep using Planfit the way I used to enjoy it.

make it understand how long each exercise takes instead of auto setting it to 1 rep/sec its dumb
Potential but too many glitches
I was hopeful that this app was going to really help me in my workout routine. In some ways it did help by keeping me on track and motivated. But there are still too many glitches in the app that I have to work around. I.e skipping warm-up and cool down, skipping exercises, giving my exercises that I don’t have the equipment for etc. I should have waited another year for them to improve it more. Not worth the $80 I spent. 🤷♂️You live and you learn
Loved at first
Been using this app since Nov and was going well until the more recent updates. First they messed up the warm up phase to where you have to literally touch play on your phone to start each stretch. Now they’ve combined gym/home so now each routine has 90% of the exercises using gym equipment. I use the app for my garage gym so this is very inconvenient when I have to replace each exercise everyday….

Does not work offline
The App seems decent enough if you always have access to a goon network connection. However my gym is in the basement if my apartment building where I barely get any signal and no WiFi is available. So every time I wake up my phone to complete a rep, the App looses connection to its online servers and boots out to the loafing screen to “contact server”. It did this almost every time I tried to use it down there and if I turn on Airplane mode it simply doesn’t work at all. Useless for this reason…
waste of money
Have been using it to be more efficient but the app is very basic and does not provide any guidance. You can use any free apps available to track your progress. It could not detect my local ymca gym. I find it a true waste of money!
Glitches
I like this app because I can track my weight and reps for each exercise. However there are a ton of glitches as of the last week. It’s been very frustrating and makes using the app a pain.
