I have tried to register on this app twice in a span of a year but it’s still not sending through a code to a US number that is for some reason the only way to verify your account. Very idiotic
Phone verification doesn’t work
As some other users have reported, many countries for registered phone numbers are not listed. My country happened to be listed, but I never received the text code (even after clicking to resend code) so I could not complete a booking. It does not make sense for me to make an international phone call to register my account. Account registration is not simple if you do not have a French phone number.
Useless
Tried booking a barber appointment but since my number is from the US it will not send me a text. I have checked and made sure all of the settings are correct and even tried workarounds with other numbers yet I cannot book an appointment without verifying my number and I can’t verify my number because the text from their authentication never arrives. They need different versions of authentication.
Do Not download and use this App- it’s theft
I used this app to book an appointment. They took my money for an appointment but I never received the service as the salon was closed when I got there for the booking time. And is still closed and one can’t contact the salon.
The app managers won’t refund me even though they received the money.

Weird list of accepted phone country codes
I am travelling around France and wanted to get a haircut. Such a surprize app developers only allow like 15 random coutry codes for phone registration. And you cannot register with email or google or anythibg else. So weird. Why would you ignore 80% of the tourists vising France?
UPD: app support team reached out and told me that’s for security reasons, although it makes no sense: you allow Guyane or Canada or United States, but don’t allow Poland or Hungary or Norway? Why? Every similar app I used allowed phone numbers from all over the world. What kind of security do you need in a barber-booking app anyway?

Pretty sure they allow fake reviews. I had the worst experience of my life at a “very well-rated” salon. Then they wouldn’t allow me to post my bad review of the place.
