I have been charged twice for this app that does not work or show in my subscriptions so that I can cancel.

I signed up for the free subscription. I did not sign up for any type of subscription just a free identify of my plants. They have been charging my account 2499 each month. I have no idea how to cancel it. I have called the number no one answers I have sent emails. They do not respond. When I had the app it told me to login to be able to cancel the account I never created a login information to do that. I’m having to dispute the charge

Does not provide warning before charging weekly fee even when you opt for notification. Does not allow to delete from phone after installing app.
Misidentifies plants then opens this to give a rating the first time you scan a plant
This app is awful. It gave me only 3 free scans and messed up on all of them. Totally useless. The ones that missed were onion, lettuce, and bush bean seedlings… not exactly exotic things.

Absolutely terrible app. I would not recommend this to anyone does not get anything right at all not worth it.

There is no customer service number, when you try to reset your password, you NEVER get the email with the rest link. On top of that, even emailing the company, you don’t get a response about cancellation or a refund AFTER having tried all of those methods. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

This app does NOT do what it specifically advertises for. You can NOT take a picture and have the app tell you what is wrong / what to do. What the ad shows is NOT what you can do :(

Plant with human diagnoses
I took pictures of several of my plants and formation came back as problems with humans. I am not a plant and my plant is not a human.

This app is a scam and is designed to get you (or your kid) to click to install and then charges you weekly $7 or more. Beware.
Over charging!
Be careful with this app. Even canceling within the free trial period, they have continued to charge me for the last four months. Customer service does not return email messages and has provided no response to how to fix the issue. They will also not allow your credit card to cancel the charges!

Could not seem to identify any plant that I take a photo of or upload. I bought the app kind of a rip off

One of the worst apps I have ever come across! If it’s not “busy” (which is ALL the time), it’s mis-identifying plants! Now I’ve got to try and find my way through the extremely complex instructions to cancel this app and possibly get refunded!

Free trial charge
I was trying the free trial BEFORE purchase and yet I was charged $10.54 ($9.99 + tax). No fair.

Developer website literally has fake “Loren Ipsum” text on it. WILD.

I was looking for an app that would identify unhealthy plants diagnosis, and treatment by taking a photo. I thought that that’s what I saw with this particular app, but it does not perform that function.
Never works
I purchased a 1 year subscription, and the app hasn’t worked in the last month! Every time I try to identify a plant, I get this message saying: Under maintenance “due to high volume” - if and when it works it’s ok, but not worth the money at this rate
$10 a WEEK 🤯
The price is crazy high! It misidentified several of my plants. All these 5 star reviews must be fake
Problem with App
This App is great for identifying plants but the disease identifier feature does not work. Every time you put a photo of a diseased plant in, the App asks you to sign up for a free trial even though you have already paid the lifetime subscription.
