Very Disappointing
I scanned four plants and only one was correctly identified. That’s not why I needed it, it was for helping me identify what was wrong with them. If it can’t get it right, it can’t give me accurate information.

Been using the app for a while then started realizing it’s constantly just wrong and I mean way wrong google has better results than this app on basic trees and flowers

What a joke. I took photos of common plants like Dracena, Variegated Fern, etc. and it failed to identify a single one. I can only imagine that it’s health diagnostic and care instructions are equally incapable.
Can’t ID varieties within a group.

The ads are unbearable
This can ID some plants, but I have several variety of pothos and it lumps them all together. Also, I can't take a picture without then having to sit through an ad. It's awful.

I got better results using Google, Facebook and chatgbt (they all identified one plant. But this app mis-identified three times using different photos/angles. Plus a bunch of ads that you can’t tell if it’s the app or ads. Also, my plant was Schefflera (umbrella plant) this app miss-identified it as fiddle leaf fig. Easier to just google

Does a poor job of identifying the correct plant.
Completely Inaccurate
I scanned my bamboo plant that had discolorations the tips and it said it was healthy, when something was off about it. Then I tried scanning my Juncifolia air plant that was dying and it also said it was healthy. Plus it identified the plant as a moss. Not even close.

Difficult times
Seems that this app has a hard time identifying some plants. It'll identify philodendron as pathos or pathos as philodendron, and it seems that every single plant has either spider mites or root rot.. in the beginning when I first started, I actually dug up a couple thinking they had root rot even though against my best judgment I knew they looked good, needless to say I would dig it up and find that the roots were just fine. And it seems that they just have a hard time identifying some plants would be my biggest complaint. So using this app, I've had to Google the plant that they say it is to double check. It's about 50-50. They get it right 50% of the time.

So many long ads, not enough help for sick plants
The ads are awful. You can’t do anything without a long add filling your screen for 15-20 seconds before you can get out. Sometimes there are multiple steps to get out of the ad.
I chose this app because it was better about user privacy and wanted help to fix my house plants. I was hoping for “add lemon juice” or “ move to sunnier location “ but it says “could be a range of environmental factors” “add fungicide”. I think I’ll keep looking.

Keeps saying “Get”
Downloaded the App but keeps saying “Get” the App. Is it not fully installed. Used it to ID a plant, worked fine but still has “Get” on the page.

After taking my first pic of a plant, I immediately get a pop up box stating, my account has been restricted as the app has detected my phone has been hacked and I need to click on “ok” to get to App Store to download an app to cheat up my phone . 😡

Not as accurate as claimed . It provides basic accurate information but at times is wrong
Not as accurate as it claims, gives wrong description at times. It also bombards users with apps to purchase and makes it almost impossible to stop the advertisement or avoid it. I paid for this app to check my plants not to be bombarded every time with unwanted advertising
