Worthless
Took a picture of my patchy dying lawn and said it was healthy. Far from healthy and did nothing like the ads said it would. Wish I could share the picture here so you can see how useless this app is.

Nothing but a glorified reminder to water your plants. If you want help with anything else there are constant up charges. Paying $50+ to get nothing but watering timer is a rip off. One of my plants obviously had some sort of mites due to webbing and moving specs all over it, the app told me after seeing photos that all it needed was water.

The app was ok. A bit confusing. To download you have to pay $1. The business practices are not integral. Two days later my card was charged $29.99. I contacted them to tell them I had canceled, and they said I didn’t cancel the subscription 24 hours before the charge date. If I paid $1 for 14 day access, why would I be charged $29.99 a two days after I just paid the $1 for 14 days? Hinze, bait and switch…to date, they have not returned my money! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Customer Service is terrible
They will not offer refunds for services they charge for that are no longer wanted.

I’ve tried this on simple, and vegetables, jasmine, even onion seedlings, and it has no idea what they are. It gives all sorts of fancy plants that aren’t even growing in this area or region. It’s so wrong so often that I’m deleting it.

This app is a scam. I got it for free for 3 days and decided to cancel before. Nevertheless, they charged me for a month. Now that I am forced to have it, they don’t let me in and do not accept my email. I never received any email to inform me of anything. I am unable to use it and don’t know who to contact to make a complaint. I want my money back!

Watch out for these scammers
I signed up for a “free” trial because they promised to warn me when it’s about to end, before charging me. There was no warning and they make it nearly impossible to get a refund.

Not accurate, poor customer service, such a scam!!
I signed up for the free trial believing I would be reminded before the trial ended, but I never received any notification. Without warning, I was charged for a subscription I never intended to purchase. Even worse, the charge was processed using a payment method I did not have selected as my active payment option. To top it all off they aren’t even accurate, they misidentified some of my plants, and gave me directs that killed others..their outcome was “give me name of plant we will research it for you”. ISNT THAT THE POINT IF THE APP?! TO IDENTITY PLANT AND HELP WITHOUT THE HASTLE!!
When I contacted support to explain the situation, they refused to issue a refund and simply pointed to their subscription terms. This feels very misleading and unfair, especially when the whole situation could have been resolved easily with basic customer support.
I would strongly recommend being extremely careful with this app and its “free trial.” What seems like a simple trial can quickly turn into an unexpected charge, and the company does not seem willing to help customers when issues arise. I would give this app negative 5 stars if I could!!

need another option
There is not an option to check the soil dampness. i do not water daily, weekly……. I check on them. i have a green room in our basement. i started growing again when we lost our first daughter to SIDS. A work friend bought a violet for us, a small one and now i have seven large ones and four small ones and startes. you need to water as beeded.
