I hate being wanted to the commercial literally said the best. It’s literally totally free and when I took a picture of my plant I didn’t give you any response. It just said still don’t get response AI for help and then when I pressed it, it says get the plan was pro pro version so I pushed diagnose. It didn’t give me no response like if to take a picture of this stupid with the stupid thing you have to pay money.

Gives questionable advice
I only wanted a trial, but, it charged me for year. This app isn’t one that is helpful, like other plant apps and I am, apparently, stuck with the cost. Apple says that they cannot give a refund for 3rd party apps, but, they have on other occasions. I’ll be asking the developers of this app for a refund, I’ll update you when and if they do.

I downloaded your app and I paid $34.99 and now it’s telling me that I have to pay another $12.99 per month to use this app! I think this a scam and they ripped me off! There’s nowhere to sign into the app and you can’t get past the subscription fee page. I’m deleting it because it’s useless and it’s a scam!

This app does not identify no where near the amount of plants other apps do. It also doesn’t pick up on some issues with plants for you to be able to car for them properly. I paid for the entire year subscription so that I could have the full access only to realize it was trash and have to download and pay for another app. Very disappointed.
Can’t use the app without an subscription
This app claims it’s “100% free” but when you download this app, you have to pay for a subscription to use it. Just use Google lens to figure out what’s wrong with your plants

0 stars will be more appropriate. What a joke. No, thank you. They scammed me for $19.99, and thanks God I happened to be awake at 2:00 am when I saw the charge; it's supposed to happen every week. I never subscribed to the idea that I am crazy to pay 20 bucks every week for something that AI can do perfectly fine. And of course, nobody responds when I ask for a refund.

I downloaded because the ad said it was a free. Before I even get fully into the app it is asking me to choose a subscription. If you are free be free. If you charge a subscription plan to work then don’t say you are free. The app itself might be amazing. It might be worth the price of subscription and more. I won’t know because even before getting to main interface I was hit by subscribe and rate our app.
