Not a great app
You buy this app to allow for improved care. Part of that is to diagnose issues. This app said it could do. But have tried 3 different plants and it’s just an error does not even suggest anything. Then comes back and wants an essay on its it this is it that has this happened has that. Not sold as provide us a written life story of your plan and we might diagnose an issue. It did recognise my plants but I already knew what they were so paid for something that I already knew. There are better ones I just wasted a years subscription and I won’t open the app again. Waste of money.

I am a care taker of fruit trees, I figured that this app would help, instead it charged me a subscription of 19.99 a week=1040$ a year.

I’ve had this for five minutes and I know I don’t want it. They have made it near impossible to cancel. I do not want this app. I am trying to delete it, but it will not come off my phone. I would like to not have this service even though they’re saying that it is a free trial. I will fight for my money and I don’t want this app please remove.

Don’t waste your time
This app is good for chatting with AI for advice but that’s about it. The plant is almost never identifiable or the results are wrong. I have a sick plant I wanted help diagnosing but had to upgrade for that feature. When prompted to do so, I selected a free trial option. Instead I got charged for a full yearly subscription only to find out that it doesn’t even work. The photos will not share or post in the chat, cannot get diagnoses or identification so what did I get charged for? I’d like my money back

I hate being wanted to the commercial literally said the best. It’s literally totally free and when I took a picture of my plant I didn’t give you any response. It just said still don’t get response AI for help and then when I pressed it, it says get the plan was pro pro version so I pushed diagnose. It didn’t give me no response like if to take a picture of this stupid with the stupid thing you have to pay money.

I was hoping it would be good but it said $0.00 and when I click continue, it said oh it was not it failed. It did not fail. It’s a whole entire scam. They just want you to think it’s good. It’s not good at all.
Google or Apple error
I googled for a way to identify a plant with a photo of the leaf and Google sent me to this app saying it was free of charge. I downloaded it, but wanted to charge me money before ever even using it. So it’s not free. Maybe Google or maybe Apple said something wrong.

AI unable to identify plants
The AI needs better teaching/greater machine learning. I used the free trial and the app/AI was unable to identify basic garden weeds (either misidentified or could not identify). Not worth a $19.99/mo subscription.
Big RIP OFF
I already took a chance on this app instead of them charging $12.99. They’ve been charging me $25.98 for one month. The next payment is supposed to be on the May 4 but They are already charged $25.98 on April 9 and I just look at my back account And see they charged me again today the April 28th. They are a BIG RIP OFF😠

How about supporting yourself thru adds like plant food suppliers or potting soil suppliers. I have yet to find a plant app worth this charge. Do I need some info ? Yes! But at price I’ll do without. Adds for retailers garden center would help too.

This app is horrifying to your phone. You open the app and then you have to pay to use it. And you might think it’s ok, but it’s not. You get on the “ go 7 days free.” You can’t leave the app. It tells you “ WE HAVE A DEAL!!!” And you have to restart ur phone to get off the app. Highly not recommended. Pay for it or find Another app.
